Gift Aptitude Test

The Gift Aptitude Test.

There are two ways you go about this. One is a good old blood test, another is a ceremony where you put your hand on a crystal-like thing.

Through these two methods, you can find out if you possess a Gift.

In case it was ascertained that a student possesses a Gift, it is mandatory for that student to attend one of the [Gift Academy].

Incidentally, in [Japan] the country where we live, there are eight Gift Academies, sorting from the First Gift Academy to the Eighth.

If your test comes back negative then the storyline would get all wonky after all.

Just in case, I tried using my Gift on him once and it was nullified as expected.

There’s no doubt that he has the [Anti-Gift].

When it comes to [Dominating Decree] I only used it the meta way(TLN: Using it with the knowledge of the story in mind) most of the time after all.

Well, since her brother has a Gift, it’s not that unusual for a close family member like her to also have one.

As a fan of the game, I really want to know more about Risa’s Gift since its details were skipped on in the game but I will respect the Juumonji siblings’ wish and lay off of it.

I understand that some people want to keep their Gifts hidden.

After all, I am one such person.

…….still, there’s one unexpected problem.

The aptitude test revealed that Emi also has a Gift.

Honestly, I don’t know how this is going to go.

Certainly, the game also said that Sasaki Emi was a Gift Holder.

However, the real Akechi Hideyori (Not Me) said [The test just came back positive because I always used my Gift to make Emi a slave. She’s practically being soaked to the core by my Gift so it makes her a Pseudo-Gift Holder.]

Such was the given explanation.

In other words, I rarely used my Gift on Emi so I was sure that her result would come back negative.

It made me wonder if the fact that I used my Gift on her when we first met has triggered this result.

Still, although I used my Gift to cure her cold, Tanikawa Sakuya’s test came back negative.

In other words, their test won’t come back positive just by having my Gift applied on them.

That means it’s possible that Emi was originally a Gift Holder and the fact that Hideyori was using his Gift on her all the time did not affect the test result at all.

The Gift Academies are open to anyone who wants to study Gifts so even non-Gift Holder can attend one.

Earlier, I asked Tsugaru[Hey, if you don’t want to get yourself involved in the game’s story then shouldn’t you just avoid the Gift Academy?]. And her serious answer to me was, [But if I know that there will be cute heroines waiting for me there, there’s no way I’m gonna miss out right.]

It kinda hurt for her reaction to be like this when she was the victim of this very same Gift though.

Does she yearn for one like Sakuya?

Or does she loathe it like Master?
