“―Why are you being so mean to me…?”
When Kasumi realized that Yō was going to cut her off, she appealed to him in a weak voice while grabbing the clothes on Yō’s chest.
When Kasumi clutched at him, Yō opened his mouth with a wandering gaze.
“I don’t think this is being mean.”
“You’re being mean… Yō, you’ve been saying some pretty horrible things…”
“…But as I’ve said many times, Kasumi did this to herself…”
“But no matter what, this is just awful of you…”
For Kasumi, breaking off her relationship with Yō is the last thing she would ever want.
But that didn’t mean that she could choose to be friends with Marin.
The person Kasumi sees as the most dangerous right now is Marin, and she would hate to see Marin get involved with Yō.
And yet, it’s impossible for her to get along with someone who could be considered a rival in love.
In the end, it’s obvious that they’ll end up fighting over each other, and the more they get along, as Yō wants, the more they’ll be hurt by each other when it comes down to it.
That’s why Kasumi says she can’t be friends with Marin, but Yō, who doesn’t think Marin likes her romantically even if she likes him, doesn’t understand.
This made Kasumi feel uncomfortable, but there was no way she could tell him that Marin might steal him, or that Marin might have feelings for Yō.
And if Yō’s feelings for Marin were to completely change, then she would be screwed.
That’s what Kasumi was thinking in her head.
“We can have that sub-channel that Kasumi wanted to do…”
“There’s no point unless it’s just me and Yō…”
“Wouldn’t it be more fun if we all just hung out?”
“It’s never going to be like that…”
“Akimi is a good person though…?”
“That’s not what this is about…”
Yō thought about how he could convince Kasumi, but no matter what he said, she wouldn’t shake her head.
How could he convince Kasumi?
Just as Yō began to think about this, Nya~san, who had left the room, came back into Yō’s room.
When Nya~san saw the crying Kasumi, it ran up Kasumi’s body, jumping up and down.
“Nya~san…?”
“Meow~!”
Nya~san climbed onto Kasumi’s shoulder and began to gently touch Kasumi’s cheek with his paw repeatedly.
Maybe it was an attempt to comfort her.
“Thank you, Nya~san…”
“Meow~!”
Kasumi wiped her eyes with her hand and thanked it with a smile, and Nya~san answered Kasumi with a cheerful purr.
And now, it began to stare into Yō’s eyes.
“Nya~san…?”
