Author’s Foreword:
A New Reality Romance:
When I muttered, “I don’t have any childhood friends,” my female friend who I often hang out with started acting strange.
Chapter 1: “I don’t have a childhood friend― No, that girl from my past, if only I didn’t transfer to a new school…”
has been released!
This time, it’s another Adolescence story(*´▽`*)
And it’s sweet and lovey-dovey.ヾ(≧▽≦)ノ
I hope you will all read it!
==============================CHAPTER STARTS HERE==============================
“Yes, I apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your cooperation.”
After Kasumi, Nagisa, and Marin were seated, Yō was talking to the clerk alone.
Marin looked at Yō curiously.
“It seems like he’s really familiar with this…”
“Well, actually, he’s used to it.”
“Oh, really…?”
“Yeah, he’s pretty good at negotiating, apparently.”
After hearing Kasumi and Nagisa’s words, Marin looked at Yō even more curiously than before.
She wondered how he could be so good at negotiating when he was usually so unsociable and shunned others.
“He’s also very polite…”
“Yeah, I guess so, since he’s wearing cat ears.”
“I thought Hazakura-kun didn’t flatter others.”
“That’s a difference in perception, isn’t it?”
“Eh?”
Marin looked at Kasumi with a puzzled look on her face when she said it was a difference in perception..
Then Kasumi held up one forefinger of her crossed arms and looked at Marin’s face.
“He’s being polite, explaining what’s necessary and so on, but he’s not exactly playing dumb, is he?”
“Ah, that’s… true I suppose…”
“Yō doesn’t do anything like that, but it’s a pain in the @ss to have to deal with, so he just puts pressure on them so they can’t say anything.”
“I’m learning a lot of new things from here…”
“No, I don’t think this should be a learning experience…”
Nagisa stopped the honest Marin, who was trying to learn about Yō’s attitude, with a slight chuckle.
“Why is that…?”
“Yō-kun’s response was completely calculated, so it would be difficult for Marin-chan.”
“But…?”
“When it comes to Marin-chan, it’s better to ask without thinking.”
When Yō responds to people without thinking, he gives them his usual very cold attitude.
Marin, on the other hand, is the type of person who unconsciously tries to be polite and respectful to others.
In Marin’s case, it seemed better to ask for help in a normal way, due to her natural adorable appearance.
“Besides, Yō can only do that because he doesn’t care about the other person.”
“Huh? What does that mean…?”
“It’s not like he’s going to have much to do with this clerk in the future, right? That’s why Yō doesn’t care what they think of him, so he’s just giving them the benefit of the doubt.”
“…………”
Marin thought she still didn’t know much about Yō.
This thought made Marin envious and somewhat jealous of Kasumi.
