126 Royal Wedding X

After the wedding banquet, Yang Luoyang and Chang Ah were bidding goodbye to Yang Ning and preparing to return to the Yang Household.

Unlike the other brides, Yang Ning didn’t shed a tear while seeing her parents off. She was rather elated to see them leaving her here and was glad that she doesn’t need to see them daily and ruin her mood every day.

Then why was he getting so emotional leaving her here at the royal palace? Shouldn’t he be glad that he will get to use his old chamber from now on?

This was only making her feel bad for arguing with him over a chamber.

While bidding goodbye to each other, Yang Luoyang didn’t fake his tears and kept his expressions stoic throughout their formal goodbye.

However, Chang Ah had another plan.

She was bawling her eyes out as if Yang Ning was dying. Well, even if she died, Chang Ah will never cry, instead, she will laugh out loud and will celebrate her demise with a drink.

Xiaowei blinked at her strange question as she couldn’t understand what she meant by this question. If not here, where would she take her?

“Erm...Milady, you are married to His Highness and will be getting the title of the Crown Princess of the Zheng Empire after the crowning ceremony. Where else would you stay if not His Highness’s chamber?” She asked in confusion.

“You and His Highness are husband and wife now. You will have to share a room with him from now on.” Xiaowei voiced out and looked away in embarrassment.

While Xiaowei was shying away, Yang Ning pursed her lips and looked at Xiaowei with puzzled expression.

“Xiaowei, you’re joking with me, right? How can that be possible? Yang Ning never lived in the same chamber as Zheng Liang!” Yang Ning shouted in shock when things seemed to be going in different directions.

In the novel, Zheng Liang and Yang Ning always lived separately and they never even shared a room together, forgetting about the bed.

Zheng Liang stayed in his chamber, meanwhile, Yang Ning has been using another small room in the dragon pavilion since the start.

That’s why she was so chill about the whole wedding thing. If they were to stay in separate chambers, she could do her own things and would figure out how to stop her fate from going downhill.

Yang Ning was panicking and walking back and forth in the spacious chamber. She cannot help but worry about what she is going to do when Zheng Liang appears in front of her.

Xioawei was horrified at her straightforward embarrassing question, ” Milady!” She shouted in disbelief and asked, ” How can you ask me something like that? Why would I spend a night with a man?”

“I haven’t even gotten married yet. How...can I spend a night with a man?” She asked while looking at her with a frightened gaze.

Yang Ning has become quite bold. How can she ask her such a question directly?

Yang Ning smiled at her and said, ” Exactly. Then how can you say what His Highness is going to do? I never thought that you have such a dirty mind. You’re kind of forward despite being so naive, Xiaowei.” She chuckled and teased her a little more until Xiaowei’s face turned cherry tomato red in shame and embarrassment.

“Milady, how can you tease me like that?” Xiaowei grumbles when she realizes that Yang Ning was teasing her.

Yang Ning laughed at her reaction but inwardly, her heart was beating fast as she couldn’t believe that she would share a room with a man.

She has never been in a serious relationship before and never kissed anyone. How can she share a room with a man and act as if nothing has changed in her life?
