SHING!
Azmodeus's thoughts were interrupted by a blade blazing through the skies, aiming to lob his head right off his shoulders!
However, contrary to the intent behind this sword strike, Azmodeus simply back-stepped a little, watching the poison-coated saber cleave a large chunk of the ground away from its roots.
The people of this territory strive with the presence of poison... They have adapted and evolved...
He stared at the one who launched the attack and realized something else.
"A lizard subspecies... Some form of lizardman, maybe?" He turned his perceptive gaze up and down the 3-meter lizard in front of him, trying to better understand the peculiarities of this territory.
"&$&(!:$)/$@#/"
The lizardman swiveled his head toward the human while spouting a number of words that couldn't be comprehended.
"It also appears like this one is in the lower intelligence bracket. Typically, I would be able to translate any Mortal languages, but this one is not speaking a language, just a bunch of gibberish."
Azmodeus analyzed the appearance of the Lizardman, and he didn't see anything too outstanding.
The creature wore a worn-down leather tunic, a metal hat that it likely looted from a corpse, and a pair of chainmail pants that probably came from the same place.
As for the physical appearance of the Lizardman, his scales were green and dirty, while his tail was long and spiky. On the other hand, his eyes were beedy, and his face was sinuous, with no ounce of humanity within its expression.
However, from the perspective of the Lizardman, it found the crimson-haired bipedal monster far scarier than anything it could hope to induce in another living being.
Azmodeus noticed this as well, which was why he asked, "You're scared...?"
"+#+)$-$($(_#"
The Lizardman screeched with its sinister voice as it jumped away from the human before making a run for it.
"..."
Azmodeus blankly stared at the fleeing Lizardman as it jumped through the dark green grass, racing toward what appeared to be a swamp.
Even without understanding what it said, I could feel the fear in its voice...
*Ding!* *The overall cultivation speed booster is one that works in conjunction with the 'Cultivation Talent' stat (Still waiting for Starry Expanse to reactivate the acquisition function). You will also have an indefinite limiter on the overall cultivation speed booster!*
*Ding!* *Your overall cultivation speed multiplicative booster has improved from '0x' to '1.15x'*
*Ding!* *Continue to kill and evolve so you can improve the value of the multiplier!*
"..."
Azmodeus emotionlessly stared at the system screens as he couldn't believe what he was seeing.
"All I have to do is kill new organisms in order to acquire a vastly superior cultivation speed... This is unbelievable..."
He didn't think he could become any more of a cheat, but apparently there was no such thing as impossible when it came to the level of cheat he could become.
A soft sigh escaped his mouth as he realized that yet another cheat had been added to his rep sheet, permitting his mind to focus on what he originally planned to do.
Time to find Moldon, the Poison Deity... and kill him...
ZIP!
His figure zoomed through the skies at a speed bordering on insanity.
After a moment of travel, he already found the Peak Adamantine Rank Warrior he would provoke in order to lure Moldon out of his seclusion.

"Who the hell are you, invader!? And are you the one who caused True Darth's life signals to go dark!?" A large, half-dolphin, half-human man questioned with a weary voice.
This man was someone known as Nightshade, one who consumed so much Nightshade as a youngling that he eventually evolved his human form into what it was today.
Along with this evolution came major increases in strength, as no one was capable of standing in his way on the path to absolute power!
At least, that was the case until he encountered the Sunsmite Emperor—a godlike figure who stopped him in his tracks without moving a single inch of his body...
It was this same Emperor who recruited the downtrodden Dolphin man, authorizing him to become one of the Overlord's who served under his high-ranking Heavenbreaker General.
Nightshade also just so happened to be assigned to Moldon's territory the moment the Crimson Terror decided to pay a visit...
