Chapter 384: It Has Always Been Me... And You

While face-to-face with the Russian beauty, Azmodeus had no clue what was going on inside that head of hers. "How are we alike?" He asked out of curiosity.

Sylvia spun around a little as she flashed a smile capable of brightening up the whole world. "We are alike," she said. "Because you are lost, just as I was once lost before meeting you."

"...I am lost?" Azmodeus asked himself as his eyes fell on his rough hands. "Why would you say that?"

Sylvia hopped a bit closer to Azmodeus. "I know because of your eyes," she said with an illuminating smile. "The eyes are the gate to a person's soul, and your eyes depict a story of excitement, thrill, anger, sadness... and loss..."

"You are lost," Sylvia repeated. "Just as I was."

She put her slender hand up to Azmodeus's heart and felt something all too familiar.

"Even though you are lost," Sylvia said as her voice became sweeter. "I will find you."

"Until the end of time, I will find you. Just as I always have..."

"What do you mean by that—??"

OOOM!!!

Before Azmodeus could understand the meaning behind her words, a dazzling ray of light beamed down from the heavens!

It covered Sylvia in its entirety, causing her body to erupt with a splendiferous myriad of iridescence!

"???" "???"

Azmodeus took Delilah and stepped back to a safe distance. Neither of them knew what was going on; however, it was definitely nothing good.

FWIP! FWIP!

Materializing into being were the Silver Catasphrophe and Miss Moon, both of whom looked up at the insurmountable beam of light with worry overtaking their expressions.

Her crystalline tears beating against the murky ground marked the end of something she cherished more than anything in the entire world.

The light beam around Sylvia slowly dispersed, and from the light emerged a floating silver-haired woman who was no longer the same person she once was.

"..."

This familiar yet unfamiliar woman observed her surroundings. That was until she caught sight of the man she had been searching for.

The woman calmly leviated over to Azmodeus. On her face was a smile so warm and inviting that all of existence would fall into her ample bosom with just a single word out of her mouth.

Thud! Thud!

The Silver Catasphrophe and Miss Moon suddenly fell to the ground unconscious.

'Why is she coming to me?' Azmodeus thought in confusion. 'And why does it feel like I know her from somewhere...? Sylvia... she's still in there as well...' read-this-on-NovelFire

Being the only one thinking lucidly enough to notice, he realized that Sylvia was this woman, but also not this woman at the same time.

Before this train of thought could lead him anywhere, the mysterious smiling woman floated down to him and stopped moving right when her button nose touched his nose.

"I found you," she declared in a voice sweeter than ambrosia. "Just like all the times before, I found you once again. It's always just been the two of us."

"What do you mean—" Before Azmodeus could finish asking his question, the mysterious silver-haired woman cupped his cheeks and took his lips for her own.

Their hot breath mingled together as their tongues wrapped around one another, and under the presence of a mother and a father, the mysterious woman disengaged the kiss.

With a string of saliva sensually connecting the two of them, the woman touched her lips with her index finger and then touched his lips with that same finger. "It has always just been the two of us," she said.

"When we met as children in the Yang Sect, I fell in love. In a cave, I sat and waited, waited for the day that you'd arrive. And there you came... I was a silly Drake, and you were the same person you've always been..."

"I don't understand what you're saying—"
