Chapter 1012 - A Dreadful New Reality!

In the vast Primordial Cosmos, there were many things that remained a mystery.

One of these mysteries was the concept of the Cosmic Dao of Ruination that one needed if ever they wanted to traverse outside of the Cosmos.

Something that very few thought about though, was the type of essence that birthed the Primordial Cosmos- the essence that purified every single one of the beings within it when they began achieving high enough levels!

There was a Dao of Ruination, and naturally there was the Primordial Dao!

A Dao of utter regality and majesty that as of this moment, the only person to comprehend it within the Primordial Cosmos was the dominant Oathkeeper.

The only reason he did so was because he got his hands on a Cosmic Treasure...on the Primordial Disk that currently covered the skies and sent its pressure down on every living thing within the Hallowed Astral Star!

Even two of the most powerful Hegemonies could not stand against him as they utilized a fusion skill of truly powerful Daos that caused the eruption of the [Extinction Tree of the End Times].

The tree dug through the Hallowed Astral Star the moment it bloomed, beginning to spread out towards the space of the Astraeus Galaxy soon after as it threatened to spread the light of extinction on everything it touched while the light of Chronos threatened to cause everything to fall to the vicissitudes of time as they deteriorated!

It was an attack of wanton destruction as the golden hair of the Oathkeeper flowed calmly, his eyes capturing everything that the moment this tree began budding, he commanded the Primordial Essence to wrap and protect all the guests of the Hallowed Astral Star, his eyes then gazing at the ever growing Extinction Tree as his Cosmic Treasure pulsed to release even more Primordial Essence to wrap around and contain it.

Around this time, the figures of a few Hegemonies began to silently disappear as the Chronos was first, followed by the Cerulean Hegemony and three others as the last to leave while the Oathkeeper was containing the wanted damage of Chronos and Extinction was...the Goliath!

The swirling black hole this being had for a head vibrated with power as he released another sigh, his figure fading away soon after.

RUMBLE!

Essence wildly spread out as a few seconds passed before the shocking growth of the Extinction Tree of the End Times was stopped by the Primordial Essence, this pulsing tree having entirely torn the Hallowed Astral Star in half as its length alone stretched out tens of thousands of miles!

It was a skill cast to bring immense and wanton destruction, but the Oathkeeper that could wield the Primordial Disk and command the essence of the Primordial Dao had an impassive expression as after he contained the growth of the Tree by wrapping it with Primordial Essence, he began to grind it down and cause it to disintegrate at a very rapid pace as tens of thousands of miles of length were eradicated in a second.

An instant later, the Extinction Tree disappeared entirely!

When the Hegemonies looked around in shock and incredulousness, they only saw the shattered Hallowed Astral Star around them as the figures of multiple Hegemonies were missing along with the Goliath and Chronos.

They had many traitors among them it seemed, but they had all been uprooted from this single event as the power of the Oathkeeper was reinforced as the strongest in the Primordial Cosmos!

A being that held a Cosmic Treasure that could control the very Primordial Essence that made the Cosmos.

His power was about to be expressed even more as with a flutter of his hands, it felt like time was moving in reverse as droves of Primordial Essence wrapped around the shattered Hallowed Astral Star, its pieces beginning to come back together as Noah and the other Hegemonies that were still wrapped in a protective light of Primordial Essence watched this same shocking essence weave around a destroyed planet and put it back together as if it was never shattered!

THRUM!

It was a scene of utter majesty and power as within seconds, it was like pieces of a puzzle were coming together as the torn apart pieces of the planet they were on came back together, the golden chains that had become white disappearing as they returned to wrap around the Astraeus Galaxy once more.

"..."

Noah looked at this scene with shining eyes as Adelaide grasped onto his hand tightly.

Valentina and the other Hegemonies looked towards the Oathkeeper with slight apprehension and awe at his show of power as the wings of this being vibrated with power, Primordial Essence swirling around him as the scene of him calling the Primordial Disk to reduce in size and fall into his palm was inscribed in the minds of every single being!

Surrounded by a sea of Primordial Essence, he looked like an archaic being from ancient times as with his command, everything was brought back to calmness.

"..."

Not a single being spoke as they saw the eyes of the Oathkeeper open, a tremendous amount of pain and wrath hidden within as at this moment, this being felt like the weight he carried on his shoulders had just increased by an even larger amount.

Two of the strongest beings he knew had turned against him and the Primordial Cosmos!

A being he even looked up to and considered a friend…a being even older than him had sided with the enemy side as at this moment, he felt alone!

Yet...he wielded tremendous power as even they could not do a thing against him, not while he was in this Astraeus Galaxy anyways.

Not while he had the chains of Primordial Essence wrapping around this galaxy, the very same weapon that had caused the plans of Chronos to miss once more in this lifetime as they had to run.

But the end of today's events made one thing clear.

The power shift in the Primordial Cosmos had rapidly changed, and they now entered the reality where everyone knew the strongest being of the Cosmos wielded an unstoppable Cosmic Treasure, while the 2 strongest beings that followed him were chasing after Antiquity as they used 9 Universes as sacrificial lambs for something yet to come!
