With his regenerative healing factor, Tsukasa’s recovery was faster than usual, so even though he had passed out, he had awoken before he was lying on the stretcher, and he was about to be brought into the ambulance.
“Tsukasa, have you woken up?”
“Touka-nee?” Tsukasa’s lips twitched when he saw Touka, Kanata, and Stella were right in front of him. There was even Ikki, Alice, and Shizuku nearby looking at him.
Touka didn’t say anything and hugged Tsukasa quickly. “Don’t make me so worried!”
While this hug was nice and all, Tsukasa could feel that the gaze from Kanata and Stella was so cold. His expression was slightly awkward, but he patted Touka’s back and said, “I’m alright. I feel better now.”
“Are you okay now?” Touka asked worriedly.
“I’m okay. Let me walk by myself. You don’t need to take me to the hospital,” Tsukasa said with a dependable smile.
“That’s good…” Touka sighed in relief, but she helped him to stand up.
“By the way, where’s Nene-san?” Tsukasa asked.
“Saikyou-sensei is with the police, making the report that has happened in the shopping mall,” Kanata said.
“…I’m not going to be in trouble, right?” Tsukasa asked since he knew that he had shot the soldiers of the Rebellions without mercy. While he didn’t feel that he would be held in jail, he was too lazy to face a troublesome situation.
“You don’t need to worry. Saikyou-sensei has taken care of everything,” Stella said with a pout.
“…..”
Tsukasa felt that dating a rich woman was always nice since he could feel the feeling of being taken care of by someone. “That’s great…”
“Still, be careful next time.” Touka flicked Tsukasa’s forehead since this guy had always encountered many troubles from time to time, which made her worried all the time.
“Sorry to make you worry, Touka-nee,” Tsukasa said meekly as if a child had acknowledged his mistake.
“Geez…” Touka quickly forgave him and said, “Then I’ll take care of the report too so we can go on a date tomorrow.” She then gave a peck on Tsukasa’s cheek, then walked away while glancing at Stella. “Wait here, alright?”
“…..”
Tsukasa held the cheek that was kissed by Touka before he awkwardly met the gaze of Kanata and Stella.
‘If it’s like this, then isn’t it better for me to pass out until later?’
Luckily, Nene didn’t see him being kissed by Touka, or else…
“Oh, right!” Before Touka left, she suddenly remembered something and said worriedly, “Tsukasa, your first opponent for the selection has been chosen.”
“My first opponent?” Tsukasa was curious then took his school datapad, but he was startled when he saw the name of his first opponent.
“………….”
His expression turned weird, and he stared at the girl who was standing on the side of Ikki since the name of his first opponent was Shizuku Kurogane.
Shizuku also looked at Tsukasa weirdly.
Neither of them would expect to meet in the first match of the election.
“Huh? Your first opponent is Shizuku?” Stella was surprised when she peeked at Tsukasa’s datapad.
Her voice surprised everyone, even Ikki and Alice, startled when they heard Tsukasa’s first opponent.
Tsukasa then looked at Kanata, who gave him a warm smile.
“………”
Tsukasa rubbed his temple then said, “Touka-nee, don’t you need to take care of the report?”
“Ah, yes!” Touka quickly moved toward the police since she needed to make a report.
Tsukasa then looked at Stella and said, “Stella, can you go back first? I might need to follow the student council for a while to make a report.”
“I can follow you!” Stella said without hesitation.
“It might take a long time,” Tsukasa said.
“I don’t mind.”
“…But I want to eat something when I go back since I’m quite famished now, so can you cook me something?” Tsukasa asked.
“Okay.” Stella nodded without hesitation, but then she glanced at Kanata, feeling weird, but she didn’t say much and thought to cook Tsukasa a good food from the Vermillion Empire.
“Your relationship is so good,” Kanata commented.
“It’s okay,” Tsukasa answered in a perfunctory manner.
“Does she like you?” Kanata asked.
“Probably, but she’s a princess, after all. You should know that it isn’t easy for someone like her to fall for a commoner like me.” Tsukasa looked at Kanata and said, “Like our relationship, right?”
Kanata snorted, but she didn’t deny Tsukasa’s words since she knew he wasn’t wrong. She might be the one who pushed her relationship with him, even though she knew that he had dated Touka, but she didn’t regret it, and she didn’t want to part from him.
Tsukasa looked around, and there were still people around, so he said, “How about we go somewhere to finish the matter of the student council?”
“Okay.” Kanata agreed without hesitation since it was a chance for them to spend their time together. She knew that her relationship with Tsukasa was wrong, especially when she had a fiance, but there was no way that she could stop it, and she didn’t want to. Instead, she wanted him to break her engagement and take her away.
As for the fact that Stella might fall for Tsukasa, Kanata didn’t feel surprised since the number of people that fell for him couldn’t be counted with hands anymore. His charm was undeniable that even her mother often asked her about him most of the time, making her speechless.
The two walked around the suburbs together, and Tsukasa then held Kanata’s hand when he was sure that there weren’t any people who watched them.
Kanata also held his hand tightly and didn’t let him go since even though they often met at school, they were quite secretive about their meeting. After all, it would be terrible if they were found out.
“If we go on a date, don’t wear this dress,” Tsukasa said while looking at Kanata, speechless.
Kanata’s clothes were distinctive since she had always worn a white sundress, white sun hat, and a white umbrella.
While these clothes looked good on her, Tsukasa felt they attracted too much attention.
“My clothes only have this type of design,” Kanata said.
“Let’s buy clothes later when we have a date,” Tsukasa said.
“Okay.” Kanata nodded with a smile.
Tsukasa sighed in relief and thought that his problem had been solved, but…
“By the way, you’re going on a date with Touka-chan tomorrow, right?” Kanata asked plainly.
“…”
“…Yes.” There was no point in hiding since Kanata and Touka lived in the same dorm.
“Between her and me, who do you love more?” Kanata asked.
Tsukasa stopped and pushed her on the wall behind. He lifted her chin as he stared deeply into her eyes. “Woman, you’re mine, so even if your family, your fiance try to part us, I won’t let you go, and I’ll make sure that you’re to be only mine in this life.” He was going to end this with a kiss on her lips, but who would expect that Kanata was going to kiss his lips first?
‘Girl, you’re not following the script!’
Tsukasa was helpless, but he didn’t say much and hugged her waist as he kissed her lips deeply, telling her how much he loved her, but he also told her that she wouldn’t be the only one. Though, he wasn’t sure whether she heard it or not.
Anyway, their time was limited, and they enjoyed their time together as long as they could for now.
