I dared to give them a taste of dishes that had a lot in common at the same time.
The dish of seafood is an improved version of "Mallory's Chili Sauce" which mimics shrimp chili, and what I called the dish of stir-fried food is "Mahjong Chan" which mimics Mahjong aubergines.
"Mallory's Chili Sauce" has been created for Fermes before. It was an improved version with the addition of new ingredients such as dust, fish soy sauce and maroon chit pickles.
The basic flavoring is tarapa ketchup, but the use of those new ingredients allowed it to be more Chinese. Chit-pickled maroons that resemble cocoa and soy sauce when pepper is a hidden flavour, but the difference will be historical when compared to the original flavour.
After all, "Mahjong Chang" used its marooned chit pickles as the main theme, plus miso and tau oil and fish soy, sugar and hoboi oil, meamoo and kel root grated, and after all, cocoa to pursue the ideal flavor.
I think the Sichuan-style recipe with flower pepper was popular in my hometown. The flavors and flavors will vary greatly between the flower peppers and the mountain peppers, but in the dishes I had this time, I felt that the cocoa played a much larger role.
