Chapter 16 - The Female Lead Of The film is .....

After quite a long time , Li xiying came back to her house , she was also happy , she got the second female lead role , she won against Suzy and her company is also doing well , she came inside her house humming a song , she saw a bundle of magazines lying on the table which she ordered previous day , thinking that she may appear in the front page , but unfortunately she could not even make it to the headline . The front cover and headline were all about Suzy, reading the headlines she started to tremble in anger , she took the whole bundle and burnt it into ashes the next second.

Few days passed , Suzy was reading a book inside her room when her door opened. Li xiying stepped inside with a smug smile holding an invitation card .

Li xiying :" Suzy, may I come in ?"

Suzy :" come in xiying "

Li xiying: " I heard you appeared for the audition but could not make it "

Suzy just smiled , she didn't reply anything. Li xiying thought she was disappointed, so she continued, thinking to worsen her mood even more.

Li xiying: " how about this , Suzy, why don't you attend the press meet Tommorow as a guest , well I have an extra invitation ".

Suzy :" okay " .

After reminding her again , li xiying went outside grinning ear to ear after placing the invitation , she could also bring zu mey along with her to humiliate her , since she became a star at one night , why not bring her down within a night , she thought .

The next day , the reporters were waiting outside for the celebrities and people to enter , the second Male lead , the third female lead , the director as well as the producers and script writers walked down on the red carpet , even bei min was also invited but as a guest . Because of her appearance , everyone thought that she was going to act as the female lead . The director and the script writer was too secretive , they did not even share any of the information about the actors taking up the lead role to the producers , they initially wanted to let people imagine on their own , the more they guess the more curious they get . This was the directors plan.

The second female lead soon appeared infront if the red carpet , wearing a long silver body hugging gown , a silver shining pointed high heels , an emerald necklace and earrings perfectly matching her outfit . Her hairs were done into a messy bun leaving few strands of hair hanging , she gave her sweet smile when she appeared infront of the camera.

Reporters instantly surrounded her , asking her a few questions about the movie . after replying the reporter and posing for camerass a few more time , li xiying went inside .

After a long time , a white Porsche pulled in , out of the car came a beautiful young lady , wearing a lavender colored dress , a online bright shining platinum necklace designed with few diamonds delicately , he hairs were tied into a loose pony, her lips were coloured pink , her eye busy beautifully highlighted with eye liner , her eyebrows were natural . She wore a simple gold and diamond hangings . Offcourse all the reporters were spell bound by her beauty again , but this time they were not that stupid , they did not forget take pictures of this beauty infront . The reporters clicked on pictures continuously, they did not need her to pose like other celebrities , her simple moments were also a great capture to the cameras , from every angle she looked beautiful .

As soon as she made her way towards the entrance the reporters surrounded her and started to question.

Reporter :" are you miss Suzy, the beauty with brain ?"

" really , miss Suzy your truly a beauty "

" how are you soo beautiful "..

The reportes started to shower her endless compliments, what she could do was just give a smile , bow deeply and say " thank you for your complements " , that's it , the reporters were easily impressed .

" miss Suzy what's the reason for your sudden appearance "

" miss Suzy we heard you auditioned for the second female lead role "

" miss Suzy are you here to embarrass urself "

Suzy :" actually----"

Zu mey :" Haha, whom do we have hear , the great actress Suzy, ha... great actress my foot , do you finally know where's your place , you can never beat Li xiying , and what's that , yeah ....your moms dream , is it also shattered "

The reporters instantly became silent , their microphone was still on and what zu mey said was all being recorded . As soon as zu mey said that the reporters started to have a bad impression of her , they thought Suzy might be arrogant and selfish since she is the biological daughter and the first young miss . The reporters were internally having a kind of bad feeling about her but they could not decide yet, because Suzy was calm , their was no change in her expression at all , she was neither nervous, nor sad or angry , she was herself and their was no change in her emotions.

Seeing their was no change in her emotion zu mey was angered , she continued to slander her even more ,

Zu mey :" Suzy, you have lost , you have lost the bet but still you want to appear here when your sister is already playing the second female lead role , yet you still dare to appear here , your seriously were much annoying Suzy "

Suzy did not even bothered to reply, she just kept looking at her letting her to speak whatever she wants , zu mey :" ha , now do you understand your nothing but just a piece of trash , your a complete trash without that beauty "

Suzy finally talked :" are you done , If you are then ...excuse me " she then turned around and went inside . Li xiying was grinning ear to ear when zu mey was bad mouthing Suzy infront of everyone , but still she felt something was wrong , she felt happy when she saw Suzy did not respond, she thought she might be embarrassed but still she felt Suzy was quite different , her eyes were burning with confidence but she just pushed away all the thoughts .

after Suzy left the reporters started to discuss among themselves,

"I actually feel that Suzy is more perfect than xiying, the person playing the second female lead role must be extremely beautiful "

" to bad , she could not make it "

" what's the use of beauty when doesn't even know how to act "

after entering the hall , Suzy went backstage and waited in the resting lounge , just then she got a message from an unknown number . it was CEO sun again , he had messaged her ' it's not too late , you still have a chance, accept my offer and the second female lead role will all be yours ' , suzys eyes darkened, but she just ignored the message . offcourse she was not going to let him off , shes just going to give him sometime to enjoy his life before making it a hell for him .

The press meet officially began , the host welcomed everyone , he welcomed the director, the producer and the other co actors . After the host completed his introduction , the director stood up and walked to the front of the stage . Every actor had a Mike set on them so they were not in need for a Mike and could speak freely . When the director stepped front everyone were confused , ' is the Male lead and female lead not appearing on the stage ' was what everyone thought just then the director spoke .

Director: " hello everyone , thank you for coming to the press meet of ' the chess ' , I know everyone might be confused why I have stepped front and why the Male lead and female lead did not appear , well I'm here to welcome them personally along with guest " he said ' guest? Who's that ' they thought, but then the director continued " please welcome , the A lister actress, the golden award winner , the goddess of the nation , miss bei min " all the reporters were shocked " is it not bei min whose going to act out in the film " they thought . Soon bei min appeared from behind the stage, she bowed and greeted everyone before taking her place . After bei min was seated the director continued " now it's the time to welcome our female lead . Well this time myself and the script writer has specially selected the female lead and shes a new bie , please welcome, the female lead of the film is....
