Chapter 282 - Framing Li Xiying

Hearing Li Chao's ridiculous words, Suzy almost wanted to laugh out loudly. If any of her closest friends would have heard Li Chao, they would most probably die laughing. If Mu Jun would have heard these words, he would have probably awarded Li Chao for cracking the most hilarious joke.

Not at all bothered by Li Chao's threat, Suzy lazily said: "You only have forty minutes thirty seconds left…"

Furrowing his brows, Li Chao decided to come to the point and take care of this little bitch later. With a stern expression, he said "Suzy--"

Before Li Chao could continue further, Suzy corrected him "CEO Suzy"

"You.." pissed at Suzy's domineering attitude, Li Chao almost wanted to slap her but he could not help but control himself and replied "CEO Suzy, is this how you look after your employee? My daughter has not started to work here for long but she has already had enough of it. Is this how you discipline your employees? The senior employee who has been working in my daughter's department kept molesting her from the past two weeks but none of them stepped forward to get justice for her. Is this how your employee works?" Li Chao berated.

Raising an eyebrow, Suzy folded her hands in front of her chest and spoke in an amused tone "Mr. Li Chao, do you think every CEO is as free and Jobless like you used to be? We have bundles of work lying on our table, we are not as free as you are to go around and ask what problems does an employee has and…" Glancing at Li Xiying, She continued "I'm especially not free to look after a lowly employee"

Hearing Suzy's words, Li Chao's anger flared up. Glaring at Suzy, when he was about to speak, Suzy stopped him and turned to look at Li Xiying and asked: "Did you report this incident to the HR department?"

"No" Li Xiying replied without thinking about it

"Li Xiying, do you think the employees here are your assistants to take care of you? If anything happens to you, do you think the HR department will come and ask you? No. Here, you are not a star but only an employee"

Dumbfounded, Li Xiying was tongue-tied and did not know what to do. Seeing that Li Xiying was not making her move, Li Chao could only help her to get back to her sense. "Enough…" Stopping Li Xiying from continuing her act, Suzy turned to look at her assistant and secretary who had just walked inside with a file. Receiving the file, Suzy looked at her secretary and ordered "Get the XX guy from YY department"

"Yes mam.." Bowing her head, the secretary left the office. Meanwhile, Suzy looked through the file recording the damaged items and was amused to see the total amount that was recorded. Lifting her head up, she raised an eyebrow at her cunning little brother. Noticing Suzy's gaze and the meaning behind, Luo Shen just shrugged his shoulder in response. Seeing her brother's cunning attitude, Suzy could not help but smile a little.

Not long after, the secretary returned back followed by a middle-aged man who was in his late thirties. Giving Li Xiying an indifferent glance, he bowed respectfully to Suzy and called "Boss"

"I heard a complaint against you"

Startled, the man looked at Suzy with a doubtful gaze and asked: "Uh..may I know what mistake did I do?"

"the young woman here says that taking advantage of your position, you molested her"

Startled, the man glared at Li Xiying before turning back at Suzy, he looked resolute and said "Boss, I have always been honest and punctual to my work and have never treated my subordinates with bad intention. Seeing Li Xiying curse at the middle-aged man, Suzy smiled coldly as she thought 'Li Xiying, you once plotted against me and framed me but you could not be successful. But today, I will let you taste your own medicine'. having heard enough of her curse, Suzy said "Li Xiying…enough. This is not your home, it's my office. If you have a little bit of manners and sense then you would not behave like this."

Turning towards the Middle-aged man, she asked "Since both of you complain about each other, it's tough for me to believe. If you have any evidence to prove your claim then that would be better"

Stunned, Li Xiying was dumbfounded to find that her plan flopped but at the same time, she sighed in relief when she thought that the other guy also did not have any evidence but to her surprise, the man stepped forward with an audio recorder and played right in front of Li Xiying's stupefied gaze.

Once the audio player was played, Li Xiying's words were heard "Bastard, who do you think am I? you dared to act against my order? Do you believe that I can easily punish you if you don't act according to my order? If you do what I say then I will let you go or else…hmm"

Hearing the short recording, everyone was stupefied, including Li Xiying whose mouth was wide open and an egg could almost fit in it.

After keeping his cell phone inside, the man turned to look at Suzy and said respectfully "Boss, if you don't believe me you can ask my subordinates and coworkers. They can asses to my claim"
