"This... Empress, what should we do?" Asked a middle-aged man with elven traits. He has blonde hair, bright blue eyes, longer ears, and transparent butterfly wings.

Huan Caiyi glanced at the elven man and replied, "You guys don't have to panic. We have the solution on our side."

"Yu Long, if you may step up. I'll introduce you to the patriarchs of Twelve Guardian Families."

Yu Long stepped forward calmly, observing the so-called patriarchs of the Twelve Guardian Family with a keen gaze. He could see their unique origins, mostly demons or profound beasts.

Well, half of them were demons. The other half were humans with unique bloodlines.

Yu Long lifted Helian Kuang and commented, "Your neck feels nice in my hand."

"What do you think will happen if I break it?"

Everyone in the room broke into cold sweats except for Huan Caiyi and Chu Yuechan.

Chu Yuechan stood close to Yu Long and sighed, 'What a bunch of fools. Hubby is trying to be lowkey, but you're slandering him as a boy toy.'

'I would have drawn my sword if Hubby didn't stop me earlier.'

Huan Caiyi glanced at Yu Long in surprise, 'Yu Long wasn't supposed to be a rash character. Then, why? Is he doing this for me?'

Her heart felt a little warm.

Yu Long stared at Helian Kuang's eyes and saw them become slit like a snake. The patriarch is humiliated and wants to use his power to overpower him.

Unfortunately, Helian Kuang's attempt is childish in Yu Long's eyes.

"My name is Yu Long."

"And I'm Caiyi's Fiance."

"So, let's have a civil chat, or I will beat you up like him." He pointed at Helian Kuang.

"Understand?"

"Yes/Understood!" The remaining patriarchs nodded dumbly like a chicken.
