New Skills.

If Lucy’s left eye is really a skill crystal, I should be able to get it.

But this time, the skill crystal is from Logimel.

I’m pretty sure one of the hints Scarlett gave earlier about skills I’ve already mastered was Logimel?

“Hey, could it be that my new skill is precocious or super-healing?”

“Yes. That’s very impressive of you to remember what I was saying.”

Coexistence with Skill Crystal.

Only rainbow-colored skills can be learned by coexisting with a skill crystal for a certain period of time.

It’s not reflected in the status panel, so I didn’t know I was learning it.

I spent a lot of time with Lucy, who used to be my horse.

I see, so that’s when I got my skills.

“‘Then why bother interfering with the Skill Crystal?”

I don’t know if the skill you get from this Logimel skill crystal is precocious or super-healing, but I’m guessing it’s the super-healing one since that’s when I think I learned it.

But in any case, now that I’ve already mastered both, I don’t see the point in bothering to interfere and have them appear in the status panel.

The only thing I can say is that I can actually see the effects of those skills.

“Interference is absolutely necessary.”

But Scarlett cut off my words like that with a bang.

“The important thing is that your body perceives that you have mastered the skill. It is important that you interfere with the skill crystal, so that you can actually see the skill.”

And Scarlett asked me.

“Hey, Ragnus. When you learned the rainbow skill, what do you think happened to the SP that was consumed?”

“What happened to the SP that was consumed?”

I was initially under the misconception that learning the rainbow skill required a large amount of SP.

But Scarlett would have said that she would find out when she got a certain skill.

“That’s a nasty question you’ve been asking yourself.”

Scarlett said this with a slightly apologetic expression and continued.

“When a certain amount of SP has been accumulated, the rainbow skill will awaken with the effect of a certain skill.”

“Skill will awaken…”

“When you learn a rainbow skill, it remains dormant, with its true power hidden within. In order to awaken them, you must interfere with the skill crystals.”

It remains dormant, with its true power hidden within?

If that’s true, it means my skills could get even stronger.

It makes sense that Scarlett would encourage me to interfere with the Skill Crystal.

“I get it. Just one thing…..”

I’m gonna have to check this one out.

“Will Lucy’s body be affected?”

By interfering with the Skill Crystal in Lucy’s left eye, will Lucy’s body be adversely affected?

“There is no effect on the skill acquisition.”

In spite of my thoughts, Scarlett answered optimistically.

“I can trust you, can’t I?”

“You can.”

Scarlett’s been keeping a lot of things from me.

She can say confusing things and misrepresent things in a chaotic way.

But she has never lied to me, not once.

“All right.”

I decided to take Scarlett’s word for it and quietly approached Lucy.

“If it hurts or you feel anything unusual about your body, let me know right away.”

Lucy nodded silently at my words.

With that, I put my left hand over her left eye.

Then slowly I focused my mind.

Instantly, the skill crystal in her left eye began to emit a rainbow-colored light.

“Lucy!”

I noticed Lucy’s expression of anguish, and when I hurriedly tried to let go of her hand, she grabbed my arm as if it was okay.

“Because it’s just a little dazzling ……”

Lucy smiles at me as she says this.

While we were having this exchange, the light contracted and disappeared into me.

“Lucy, are you okay?”

“Yeah, I’m fine.”

I was relieved to hear Lucy’s unchanged tone of voice, and immediately opened the status panel.

=======================

After all, it was the super recovery skill that I had learned from Logimel’s Skill Crystal.

The effects are as Scarlett had told me before.

It seems that with this, I was able to make his my perceive that I had mastered the skill for the time being, but what I am more concerned about is what it said earlier.

I don’t know if she’ll tell me, but there’s no harm in asking.

“Hey, about what tou said earlier…..”

The name of the rainbow-colored skill obtained from the skill crystal that controls the world, which awakens the rainbow-colored skills, is [White Awakening]. Born in the farthest reaches of the earth, the Skill Crystal rests with the hero of 400 years ago.”

“White Awakening? A hero from 400 years ago?”

My mind is confused by all the information that is suddenly brought to me.

Speaking of Hero, the one that comes to mind is the story of the hero that Luriel was talking about.

It seems that that hero was also using a power similar to my Peerless.

I can’t dismiss it as irrelevant now that I’ve been made to feel so connected.

“The hero’s final resting place is in Deirne, a land that once existed. It is now a part of Lisbet.”

Deirne is the country that was destroyed by Lisbet’s first invasion.

And if Scarlett’s hint is correct, it was the country that possessed the skill crystal that housed the first precocious skill I learned.

“The next guide I can show you is Deirne. It is there that you will find the White Awakening and touch some of the truth of what the Rainbow Skills mean.”

“‘–When I get there, I will know what these rainbow skills mean?”

“Yes.”

A word, Scarlet said, and nodded.

The meaning of this skill that led to the collapse of everything I had built up until now.

Will knowing that really make me stronger?

At least the white awakening skill seems to awaken my rainbow-colored skill and regain its original power.

If I can get more strength, the decision I will make is clear.
