Chapter 179: This Is Too Much

Atlas wasn't done with Level Three and downed a few mana potions before he charged forward while dodging the Golem's attacks. He countered with his magic, which blew them away in a wave of azure fire.'I'm getting bored of this now, hopefully it ends soon.'

His blades carved through them with such ease that it shocked him. But this didn't slow him down while he rushed around the plateau while keeping out of the clutches of the Golem Warriors.

When getting some space, Atlas quickly checked the monster total to see how many he had taken out during this run.

[Void Golem – 412416/1000000]

[Void Warrior Golem – 411743/500000]

[Void Golem Commander – 97007/100000]

[Void Golem King – 1/1]

'Perfect, this won't take long,' Atlas thought with a satisfied grin just before realizing the Void Golems had encircled him.

Without hesitation, he drew a handful of Gravity Bombs and hurled them at the stone constructs. The bombs exploded with a resonant thud, slamming the Golems into the ground.

'This should help for now but my magic is better, to be honest,' he thought.

Seizing the opportunity, Atlas sprinted forward, his blade flashing in the dim light as he drove it through the head of one of the immobilized monsters before using Void Barrage to wipe out many more.

Another hour passed, and he eventually ran out of mana, forcing him back into the real world, where the airship tannoy sounded, "Passengers, we will be taking off shortly, but we have to fly further west over the Blackwater Sea to avoid the storm plaguing the Drowned Maw, as it's too dangerous."

'At least I'm not being chased,' Atlas thought, standing up and straightening his clothes before leaving.

He wanted to explore the airship and wondered what amenities would be on board. While strolling through the large hallways, Atlas noticed many races traveling while the goblins served them, which intrigued him.

'Makes sense as the greenskins

That's when he remembered some information. Estelle told him that the Greenskin Confederation was a hub for transport, and many people used its airships and airports all across Valoria.

Atlas continued exploring the hallways until he came to the entertainment section, where a play was being held. The restaurants were busy with the wealthier people, but all that bored him.

'So many people here. They looked like their having fun though.'

He returned to his room to try the Void Realm, and when reaching the top floor, orc warriors were walking in the opposite direction. Atlas was concerned but rushed to his room before they could see him.

When inside, he asked Medusa, 'Can you shrink in size, girl?'

'Yes. Do you want me to guard you Master?' she replied.

Atlas nodded before activating Dungeon Conquerer while summoning the Death Serpent, who shrank in size as she engulfed his body. Soon after that, he activated the spell before appearing on the Plateau. Enjoy new chapters from M-V-L

The battle erupted as Golen Warriors rushed for as a mist descended on them, causing Atlas to cast Void Bullets at the incoming monster, which sent them flying before using Void Barrage to pepper the swarm of creatures.

Explosions erupted everywhere as Atlas started slaying any Golems that came close while using his blades to deflect the direction of their stone fists before using Void Wave to blow them away.

Atlas continued fighting with the Golems and managed to take out thousands using a combination of speed, magic, and his blades. He tore through the swarm of void creatures, allowing him to bring down their numbers quickly.

While fighting, he quickly checked the total to see how good he was doing.

[Void Golem – 365201/1000000]

[Void Warrior Golem – 410743/500000]

[Void Golem Commander – 96457/100000]

[Void Golem King – 1/1]

'It's going down faster than I expected,' Atlas mused with a smile.

A group of Warrior Golems charged and started casting earth magic at him while running. He witnessed the spells flying in his direction, but Atlas used Void Guard to defend himself from the attack.

The stone hit the azure barrier before he used Void Blast to cause chaos within the warrior's ranks. Atlas readied his blades while casting Void Step to appear behind the charging stone monster.

'Now lets end them, a Void Bomb will deal with them.'

Atlas quickly cast the spell, which exploded on contact, turning the stone constructs to dust or flinging them into the water below. The battle on the plateau continued for several hours, and thanks to his mana potion stock, he could fight longer.

His magic wiped away thousands of Golems; Atlas used his blades to deal with the stronger monsters he carved in two. Following that, he was running out of mana, and drinking any more potions made him feel sick.

'This is too much now,' he thought. 'I need to sleep.'

Once Atlas decided, he left the Void Realm and woke up in his room with Medusa protecting him. He flopped on the bed as the Death Serpent curled beside him before sleeping. The two continued to rest while the Confederation soldiers searched the airship.

The following day, Atlas awoke with a yawn as the airship shook due to the storm outside. He sat up while stretching before looking out the window to see dark grey clouds and lightning up the sky.

He stood up and approached the balcony, only to hear Medusa's voice in his head, 'The enemy is closing in, master. They will be here in a few hours.'

Atlas became curious before asking, ''How do you know this?''

'I can sense their mana and blood,' Medusa revealed with a hiss. 'It's delicious.'

Hearing this, he chuckled as he said, ''Do you want some of my blood?''

Atlas watched her yellow eyes glow, causing him to smile as he used Deepforge to slice his palm before offering it to the monster. Medusa hesitated but slithered over and started drinking his blood.

While doing this, he noticed a faint glow radiating from her body, 'Is she getting stronger?' he asked himself.

As he thought that, the airship suddenly buckled, causing him to fly straight into the wall with a thud. Chaos erupted as a roar echoed from outside. Medusa's head shot up with wide eyes as she declared, 'A sky Titan is targeting the craft Master.''

Atlas rushed over to the window only to see a massive shadow engulfing the airship before dozens of cannons roared to life. He witnessed the monster vanish into the dark clouds while a swarm rushed toward the craft,

'Oh shit, I can't fight that Titan but the smaller creatures will be easy to deal with,' he thought while rushing outside.

When outside, Atlas felt the cold air on his face before summoning his armor and weapons. Medusa spoke again, 'We need to get out of here. This craft won't handle a Titan's fury.'

He agreed with a nod before dismissing the Death Serpent, jumping over the edge and free-falling through the dark clouds. Atlas quickly summoned Theo, who let out a loud screech as the monster grabbed him.

Following that, he climbed onto the monster's back as it rushed away from the attacking monsters, which looked like Pterosaur; this shocked him, but he knew they had to escape this new threat.

Atlas gripped Theo's fur tightly as they soared through the turbulent skies, lightning crackling in the distance. The storm ahead loomed like a living wall, a monstrous barrier of dark clouds and roaring winds.

Behind them, the shrieks of the Pterosaur grew louder, their wingbeats slicing through the air as they closed in on their prey. ''We need to lose them in the storm!'' Atlas yelled over the howling wind, his eyes narrowing as he spotted a break in the clouds ahead.

Theo screeched in response, banking sharply to the left and diving into the swirling storm. Rain pelted them from all sides, and the wind threatened to tear Atlas from his mount. He tightened his grip, feeling Theo's muscles strain as the beast fought to stay on course.

The monsters weren't far behind, and their massive forms pierced through the storm, their talons outstretched and the creature's eyes glowing with hunger. One of them dove, its sharp beak just missing Atlas by inches as Theo twisted mid-air to avoid the strike.

''Faster!'' he urged, glancing back to see the creatures tossed about by the violent winds. But they were relentless, their screeches cutting through the thunder as they pursued with unyielding ferocity.

Theo flapped his wings harder, diving into the heart of the storm. The world around them became a chaotic swirl of lightning and shadow, and Atlas couldn't tell up from down for a moment.

'This is bad, but we can get through,' he thought as his adrenaline spiked.

But the Blood Bat King pressed on as hundreds of creatures continued the chase, wings slicing through the storm. Suddenly, a blinding flash of lightning illuminated the sky, revealing a narrow passage through the storm clouds. Atlas spotted it and leaned forward, guiding Theo toward the opening. With a mighty thrust, the monster surged forward, breaking through the storm just as a sudden gust swept away the Pterosaur's, their screams fading into the distance.

'Master it's getting harder to fly,' Theo informed him.
