『You have entered Arlo’s private library.』
This system’s notification rang in Roy’s mind just as he entered the tent. He was the last to enter it as everyone else was already inside. The twins were touring this place and playing around, going up the staircase before taking the slides connected to the raised platform with bookshelves to come down.
Meanwhile, Julian slumped down on a sofa in the living room and breathed out loudly like an old man.
‘Finally, I can flesh out my new ideas and create new types of magic scrolls. Watching Roy fight foes, fate, and monsters the past several days has inspired me to make a breakthrough in my research.’
Julian immediately leaned forward, bringing his esteemed self close to the table, which was next to the comfortable, almost luxurious sofa.
His hand waved over it, and instantly all the materials necessary to create magic scrolls appeared on it.
His brows drew together as he picked up a brush and wet its tip with blood by dipping it into what seemed like an ink cartridge. When he decided it was sufficiently soaked with ink-like blood, he pulled it out and began earnestly sliding its tip against the empty sheet, filling it with lines. With each wave of his hand and twist of his slim but powerful wrist, a line of power would be gushed on the paper. These power lines intertwined with one another in several spots, creating what is known as a magic circle.
『Your first friend, Julian, has invented Wind Blast Magic Scrolls.』
『As you’re the reason behind his successful attempt at creating a new type of elemental magic scroll, you, too, will be rewarded.』
『The data of the Wind Blast Magic Scroll present in the mana database has been duplicated』
『It will be transferred over to you.』
“W-what? Argh!”
Immediately, Roy grabbed his head as he felt pained there.
Memories foreign to him became an unforgettable and easily recallable part of his memory.
『You have learned how to create a Wind Blast Magic Scroll.』
Hearing these notifications, Roy felt so shocked that his eyes widened to the size of saucers.
‘Holy fuck, that is too broken. This function of the system is too overpowered…’
The mana database most likely held the records of everything that happened in the Far West Major Realm, and his system was somehow able to connect with it, copy the data present in it without being noticed by Far West, and even transfer that data to him in seconds, making a task that was impossible for everyone except for the heroine possible for him too.
That’s why the second Julian invented it, knowledge about it appeared in the mana database, and so as to reward Roy for changing Julian’s fate and then inspire him to create it, the system transferred this knowledge to him.
‘I know how to create it. Sadly, I lack the skills to.’ Roy sighed.
Just having knowledge about how a certain magic scroll is created didn’t guarantee even a 1% chance of successfully creating it; one needed to be proficient at drawing too.
If it were that easy to become a shaman, there would be as many shamans as trainees and fake mages.
‘Wait, maybe I can learn how to draw magic circles and become proficient at it using skill points.’
Just then, he was disturbed by his uncle.
“What’s wrong? Is your head hurting? I got a potion for headaches. You want one?”
Arlo pulled out a potion and extended it to his nephew, who clearly looked like he needed it. Roy lowered his hand from his head as it was no longer paining while looking at Arlo in shock.
‘Is he the real-life version of Doraemon? What can he not pull out from his inter-spatial storage?!’
Roy gawked at Arlo for a moment before giving him a reply.
“No thanks, I am fine.”
The two maids, Amelia and Delilah, were nowhere to be seen.
Thus, Roy wondered where they were and what they were up to.
Pitter-Patter!
Just then, the sound of running water was heard. Roy’s head reflexively turned to the direction it was coming from, and he saw two blurry figures showering behind the foggy glass walls of the room adjacent to his current position.
Except for that and the steam, nothing separated them from his gaze, but he couldn’t see them, not like he wanted to.
He was about to look away from their mesmerizing silhouettes when playful and naughty words were caught by his sharp ears, and he paused.
….
Delilah and Amelia were covered in blood, sweat, and dirt from their experience in the icy, cold lands.
They looked quite disheveled and unkempt and wanted to shower urgently to clean themselves.
Unlike men, they couldn’t stand remaining unclean for too long.
, There was only this bathroom in this library, and thus they had entered it at the same time.
Delilah smiled brightly at the prospect of being able to finally take a bath as she took off her clothes and stripped herself down to her birthday suit, revealing her mature, fully grown body to Amelia.
She couldn’t help but stare at it as Delilah had the best features she had ever seen in a woman.
Delilah noticed her gaze glued to her figure.
Thus, Amelia was questioned.
“What are you looking at?”
Even under her gaze, Amelia didn’t shy away and kept her eyes on her.
“Uh, well, your breasts and hips are big, and you have nice proportion, perfect for childbearing. You have a wonderful body.”
While taking off her clothes and before revealing her body to a fellow female, Amelia honestly admired Delilah.
From head to toe, she was like a fine piece of art personally crafted by a God.
“And yours are too small,” Delilah said monotonously after she looked her up and down.
Amelia: (^_^)
Hearing her words, Amelia felt so immensely pained that she internally cried but kept a fake smile on her face.
She had low self-esteem and always considered herself ugly when in actuality, she was just unaware that she was a little cookie, and there were many who preferred women like her, including Roy.
Anyway, after Delilah made that remark about her body, her insecurities boiled over.
