The whole world around Raven shook like crazy, almost as if a massive earthquake crashed into the mountain, hoping to split it apart and destroy it!

Unable to react in time, Raven watched helplessly as the crown on his head floated up and into the hands of the statue, which soon was thrown into the air, and as if hung by an invisible rope from above it remained to hover there!

"It can speak?!" Raven was speechless and dumbfounded before the only thing he saw was how a massive weapon appeared right in front of his face, descending onto him from above like a final verdict!

The air trembled and the platform shook like crazy as the statue's greatsword descended and crashed into the spot where Raven stood, creating a massive pit with deep fissures running everywhere around it!

'T-That was just way too close!' watching how the mask cracked slightly just from the air pressure alone, Raven swallowed nervously as he stared at the black knight several meters away from him.

Just now, if it would have been not for his high points of Avatar Traits and also for Kayn's training together with the scarce benefit that his Title and Rune Mark granted him, he would have failed to avoid the attack just now!

"That other human was right... Although you are just a mere mortal at the 6th Rank, your strength is way above that. Quite close to the 12th Rank!" raising his weapon and turning to face Raven, the statue gazed coldly at Raven, "It seems you have figured out the true potential of the Avatar Traits!"

'The true potential? He must be talking about what Kayn taught me before.' Raven thought inwardly and after taking a deep breath to calm himself down he opened his mouth;

"Who are y-" Raven was ready to ask a question to buy some time for him to figure out how he could get out of this hell pit when suddenly he saw as the statue vanished from his place and was behind him with a foot already raised above his head!

He wished to step on him like a human on an insect!

Another tremor shook the whole peak, forcing several pillars to be destroyed and turn into piles of debris, but strangely, the statue didn't seem to be satisfied.

No, in fact, it was almost as if he was smiling which made his crimson eyes burn even more!

Right below the foot of the statue, Raven with both hands raised above his head groaned with the pain while blood gushed out the crack of his mask.

This, naturally, went without saying, that forced Raven to slowly bend his hands and fall on his knees while the bones in his body cracked scarcely and blood uncontrollably flowed out from below his mask.

Struggling under both the massive pressure and ever-increasing pain, Raven was unable to hold himself back and yell out.

As for those who heard it, every human on Earth at this moment tensed up, feeling almost as if they were the one who was in pain, sending an undescribable shiver running down their spines!

With those two words, Raven channeled his Mystique in his body into both his hands, immediately causing the flames to come alive and like two roaring dragons grow in size and engulf the whole figure of the statue!

The black mountain peak at that very moment was lit up with a deep crimson glow where the temperature rose to inhuman heights.

Yet, despite tha, the statue didn't move and kept his feet on Raven, staring down at him with nothing but mockery.

"Did you really think a little fire will hurt me? You will need more than th-'

"I am just getting started!" interrupting the black knight, Raven closed his eyes and without hesitation pushed all the Mystique from within his body into his flames.

And just as he thought and as his Fire Heart Orb described it, the sight was akin to when one poured oil or gas on burning fire!

It was like a massive explosion!

KA-BOOOOOOOOOOOOM!

With an explosion that had enough strength to blast the knight's leg off, Raven freed himself and quickly jumped several meters backward while his scarcely weak but lively gaze watched how the black knight's figure now was engulfed in a massive flame pillar, struggling to extinguish it.

"I-Impossible! Y-Your Golden Essence... Why is it so pure?! You are just a human! A mere mortal! You should not have such a pure Gold Essen-, AARRGHH!"

? The statue began to yell and move crazily, staggering backward when suddenly its body began to melt rapidly like an ice cream under the sun, becoming just a pile of boiling mass in mere seconds!
