Chapter 140 - But My Brother is an Idiot!

Half an hour later, Li Qin Yao and the other arrived at the amusement park, which was one of the most popular attractions in L City. Because it was still early, there were not too many people queuing at the ticketing booth.

Because Li Qin Yao and the others are guests to Mo brothers, they were permitted to early entry. As Zhang Jing had come along, Mo Cheng Feng too joined the others to show them around and soon, they were introduced to the park's designer.

Li Qin Yao listened to their explanation as she marveled at the attractions around. There were a few spots where couples could spend their date, and some attractions for the family with small children to enjoy their time together.

The most popular ride was, of course, their roller coaster. It was steep, fast with a few twists and turns. Definitely a favorite to a thrill seeker.

It was lunch hour when the tour ended. The Mo brothers then brought them over to lunch and soon they decided to let their guests explore their park and have fun.

Hearing that they were going to play around in the park, Zhang Jing decided not to join them. Mo Cheng Feng then invited the Elderly man to visit their headquarters where they will discuss business.

Before they parted, Mo Cheng Feng took out a few cards and handed them to Li Qin Yao. "Miss Li, these are VIP pass. If you show them to the attendants, you can skip the queue and the attendants will take you straight to the rides and attractions."

Li Qin Yao stared at the pass and smiled. "Thank you, President Mo."

Mo Cheng Feng, who always had a poker face, suddenly smiled. "These are the only thing we can do to help. Miss Li, I still have not thanked you for your help the last time."

"Your brother is my senior and Yun Xi is a good friend of mine. Of course, I could not ignore everything when I heard about your predicament."

The two of them exchanged a few more words before the Mo brothers left with Zhang Jing. In the end, Fan Yun Xi was left to entertain Li Qin Yao and the two Zhang siblings.

Fan Yun Xi, who was appointed as the group's guide began to notice that something does not seem right with her friend. As the two Zhang siblings were looking at the park maps and discussed how they were going to spend their time in the park, Fan Yun Xi dragged her friend aside.

"What's wrong?" Li Qin Yao blinked.

"Yao Yao, you tell me," Fan Yun Xi frowned. "Why do I feel like there's something strange between you and Director Zhang?"

Li Qin Yao tilted her head sideways and pretended that she did not understand her friend's meaning. "What do you mean, strange?"

"I'm not blind, alright," Fan Yun Xi rolled her eyes. "Anyway, I saw how the two of you were sneakily holding hands while we walked around the park."

"Alright. I'll tell you," Li Qin Yao let out a laugh. "It is as you suspected. We're dating."

"Ah?" Fan Yun Xi stared at her friend with her eyes wide. Though she merely guessed after she had seen certain scenes with her eyes, to hear her friend confess it still made her shocked. "When? Hey! The last time I saw you, didn't you say that nothing was going on?"

Li Qin Yao gave a shy smile to her friend. "It was only recently."

"Hey, Cheng Yi was right. Director Zhang does have his eyes on you. The other day, he said that the way Director Zhang looked at you was the same as the way I looked at him. Like a love-struck fool."

"Senior Mo is right. Yun Xi, the way you looked at him does resemble a love-struck fool."

Fan Yun Xi slapped her friend on her upper arms, causing Li Qin Yao to yelped in pain.

Instantly, both Zhang Yu Han and his sister turned to them.

Zhang Yu Han frowned. "Are you alright?"

Li Qin Yao narrowed her eyes at her friend and mouthed a few threats before she walked over to Zhang Yu Han and tell him that they were joking around.

Fan Yun Xi stared at her friend and chuckled. She joined the others and began to play her role as their guide. "What are you going to try first?"

Zhang Yu Ying raised her hand high. "We have to try the roller-coaster. This is exciting. Just by hearing how the others scream, you could tell that it will be a heart-pounding experience!"

Li Qin Yao swallowed as she heard Zhang Yu Ying's suggestion. She had heard how the others had screamed while they were walking pass by, but she did not think that it will be an exciting experience.

Though she had no problem with height, she did not think that riding a fast ride like that would be a good thing. Moreover, just look at the twist and turn in the middle of the track! She could feel her blood drained off her face.

"Let's not ride them. The queue is too long," Zhang Yu Han said.

"Didn't we have a VIP pass?"

Zhang Yu Han frowned as he stared at his sister.

"Brother, are you afraid?"

"Can I not go?" Li Qin Yao finally said.

"Alright, alright," Fan Yun Xi pulled at Zhang Yu Ying's hand and smiled. "How about I accompany you to ride the roller-coaster." Then, she looked at Li Qin Yao. "You two should walk around and look for ideas for the Tourism City project."

Li Qin Yao glanced at the tall man beside her. Then she nodded to her friend. "Let's separate and meet again after we played enough."

In the end, Zhang Yu Ying watched the two of them walked away with her mouth gaped. Though she wanted to stop her brother from leaving, Fan Yun Xi had held her back from being a troublemaker.

"Sister, do you know what you have done?" Zhang Yu Ying looked at Fan Yun Xi exasperatedly. "It's finished. My brother is finished!"

"What is it? You don't like your brother and my friend dating?"

"That's not it. I like my sister-in-law. That's why I have to help my brother and push him when he needed a push."

Fan Yun Xi heaved a sigh of relief. "Then, just let the two of them have their date peacefully. Too much interfering isn't a good thing," Fan Yun Xi patted the girl on her shoulder.

"I don't plan to interfere, but my brother is an idiot!"

"Your brother might be an idiot, but Yao Yao is not. At least, let's have faith in her. Meanwhile, the two of us can have fun without them stuffing us with dog food. Anyway, riding roller-coaster on a date is never a good idea." Fan Yun Xi frowned.

The roller-coaster was too exciting. After all, there were many who ended up throwing up after a ride and had to end their date earlier than planned.
