"Ugh, done. Now you're my slave."
"Don't be ridiculous!
After a while Aig, who had finished his work, stood up and proclaimed with a sneer, the dark merchant yelled. Because it was different from the way I knew how to do it, I was watching the work, but I didn't think I was able to do it well, and I stare at Aig as unlikely.
"Shut up."
"Huh!?
The Dark Merchant was unable to open his mouth when Aig, who narrowed his eyes so much, told him so. No matter how much he tried to scream, he didn't speak, only the fu and the exhale leaked.
"Apparently, you succeeded."
"Amazing. You've heard contract magic is hard!
Coming back near Aig, an excited Caro reacts to a grunt of an impressed atal.
"He's always been clever, no matter what you make him do."
Anzam, who knows so far about Aig, said it like nothing, but in his heart he was as happy as he was about himself that he would be praised.
"Ugh, now you've managed. Let him take my orders. And shall I hand it over to some city guard"
Atal, Caro and Anzam both nodded to agree to Aig's proposal, which took a breather.
"Then let's take our carriage. This number of people will manage to get on. Exactly. It's tough to take all the others, so I'm sorry to leave you here."
That's how Ataru and the others get in the carriage. The dark merchant, who looked disgusted, also couldn't disobey Aig's order to become his husband, and he took the carriage quietly while tied up.
As the Ataru were walking through the woods in their carriages, they gradually felt signs of demons, animals, etc., coming back.
"Looks like the woods are back."
"Sounds like it. Good."
Atal and Caro were at your table, talking to each other looking out at the woods as they were regaining their serenity.
"But what was that demon? It wasn't normal to move or look."
"You've never heard of such a demon... have you two heard anything?
Looking back, Caro asks questions to Aig and Anzam behind him.
"I don't have one. I've never seen or heard that before."
Anzam, who shook his head loosely, replies so. Then the same attention focused on Aig. He would know a lot. It was because I had such a feeling.
"... one thing comes to mind, but I don't know if that's the same thing as the demon earlier"
"What the hell is that all about?
I'm not sure, Ataru doubles the question so that it's okay for Aig to say so darkly.
"Again, it is unclear if this story refers to that demon. I'll talk about it, but they say there's a place in this world called the Devil's Forest. They say there are demons out there that aren't where we live."
Listen to him. Atal sends his gaze to Caro, but you don't know, she's shaking her neck sideways.
"Naturally you don't know. This story is an old story that passes into our elves. When you scold little children, if you do evil, they'll throw you in the Devil's Forest! So much so that I thought it was just a legend."
That was Aig's idea. I didn't believe in its existence when I was young, but now that I saw that demon, it made me think it might have been true.
"I see. Does it convey the traits of a demon in the Devil's Forest?
Interesting appearance makes Atal continue to ask further questions.
"Are they saying they're not on the ground and that the strength is different digits?"
Atal frowned a lot when he heard that.
"Then the forest..."
After squealing so much, Atal looked up at the sky. Caro also looks up so he can stick, but the sky is just blue and clear.
"That's a good read. An elf scholar said it probably is. But there's not much to go along with this absurd story about being on the sky, and it looks like we ended up with that research."
Aig clapped his shoulder, but still thought Atal might be...
"There's still something interesting going on in this world."
This story came to this point, but Atal, who smiled happily, murmured so in such a small voice that no one could hear him.
It was hours after that that I went through the woods.
"So, we want to head to the city for now... which way do we go?
At the end of the forest was a wide plain, in which there were three paths. Atal, unfamiliar with geography, packed his carriage and asked Aig, who seemed familiar with the area.
"The road to the right should have led to a small village. There's just a village, so I don't think there's anything else dizzying about it. I think there was a cave down the road to the left."
"What's the last one?
The last central road, where it leads. Instead of Eig, who didn't talk about it and somehow shut up, there was an explanation from Anzam's mouth.
"In the middle there should be a connection to Big Street. It's a city in front of the Elves."
Sometimes it's a city that leads to where he came from, and Aig had something to think about. He gently slaps Aig's shoulder with a slightly darker look so that Anzam can encourage him.
"Let's turn over the Dark Merchant in the city."
That's when Caro suggested that with a smile without daring to read such an air.
"Right, you'll be fine if we talk about the situation. Nevertheless, don't get excited about the new city. I wish I had something delicious."
Plus, Ataru gets on and inflates the story. Because it was what I actually thought it would be, I thought it would be better if I didn't mind it at all.
"Uh, I wonder what it was. There must have only been specialty dishes... Aig, remember?
"Yeah, then I think you mean soup with beans. It's not just beans, it's a special cultivation method, so it's very flavorful and sweet."
The talked about Aig also liked the soup, so it reminds me of its flavour, and my expression is only soothing whenever.
"I'm looking forward to that. Let's go around the store and see if there's anything else delicious."
"Speaking of which, which way are you two headed?
As they listened, Atal felt like they were planning a slow trip, so Aig asked Atal a question.
"We're going for a kingdom of beasts. I thought I'd go to Carol's hometown once."
"That goes a long way again. I was born this way. I've never been there before."
It's not about being prestigious, Anzam says with his chest up. That made everyone smile.
"Phew, is that right?... I wonder what kind of place it is."
You put your thoughts on your hometown, Fu and Caro had a distant eye. Atal gently strokes her head like that.
"Well, that's why I'm going to take my time and enjoy it because it doesn't mean I'm in a hurry"
I'm convinced Eig too when I hear that. It's a long way to go, but I thought they would make it.
"So when you get to the city, can you give me a moment? Once you decide to stay, do a little magic lecture. Thank you at least."
And Aig's offer to help them like that was something that I didn't even wish for for the two freshly remembered magic.
