There were only six dice placed on the table, and the girls next to Chen Chu and Jiang Shaofei weren’t able to play, so they could only sit and watch the game outside the casino.

In the first game, Ji Mingjue ended up being the first player, followed by Huo Yunchuan, and lastly, An Wuyang. This player order could be related to Asura’s territory, which regardless of An Wuyang’s moves, Huo Yunchuan still had to suffer from them.

The six sets of sieves totalled thirty-six dice, and when they arrived at An Wuyang, they called twenty-two dice, which couldn’t be more mysterious.

Ji Mingjue curled his lips, showing a smirk. “It’s yours, little brother.”

Seeing his obvious hesitation, the girls seated off the court felt anxious for An Wuyang, and thought that he should be opened at this time.

Jiang Shaofei was the preceding player of the game, and he had already taken the wine. “Would you like to open it?”

An Wuyang casually leaned closer to Huo Yunchuan, asked him in a low voice, “One point can be counted as any point, right?”

The receiver of the question, Huo Yunchuan, got distracted by the sudden warmth, so he tried to refocus his mind on answering when the question was asked the second time. And he only managed to give a nod.

Receiving his answer, An Wuyang said, “I’ll add another one, twenty-three twos.”

Jiang Shao Fei immediately put down his wine. “Do you really believe that there would be so many twos?”

An Wuyang nodded. “Everyone can’t just tell.”

The people around him couldn’t help but burst out laughing and even the revered Huo Yunchuan, who was famous for his signature face, “…” couldn’t maintain it. He was uncertain whether to tell An Wuyang or not that the question was just a trick to distract him.

“Yunchuan!” With his stomach aching from laughing too much, Ji Mingjue kicked Huo Yunchuan and flashed a mischievous smile as he teased, “Here you are, are you ready to drink!”

Whatever how and how much he wanted to drink entirely, no one in the box had a clue. “Hahaha.”

“I will also add one, twenty-four twos.” Huo Yunchuan turned his face back to the crowd and said collectedly.

The whole box went silent for a second. Then, Ji Mingjue’s voice boomed the silence and said without the least bit of hesitation, “Cut you, double.”

He opened his dice cup and revealed the five dice showing three of two face values. “Although I have three of them, I don’t believe that everyone has two.”

The little rabbit weakly raised the dice cup containing her dice in front of her: “I have four…”

Chen Chu: “Four.”

Jiang Shaofei raised his eyebrows and scratched his hair. “Ming Jue, this one is a bit evil…” Because he too owned four twos.

“What?” When Chen Chu heard the pitiful words, he took the initiative and opened it for himself. “Fuck…”

“Three forty-two, plus three fifteen, I have five here.” An Wuyang lifted his dice cup and looked at Huo Yunchuan breathlessly and said, “Can you open four?”

The devoted eyes of the youngster were ablaze with expectation, which made Huo Yunchuan’s heart burnt fervently.

He never thought that it was such an incredible thing to shake a leopard, until tonight…

“Come on.” Ji Mingjue exasperatedly facepalmed, he didn’t entirely believe that Yunchuan could get four of them. “Damn, if you get four, then I’ll have another drink!” he said.

“This is what you said.” Huo Yunchuan deliberately opened the dice cup slowly in front of him and smiled like an evildoer. “Instead of four, I actually have five.”

“Fuck!” Ji Mingjue glared resentfully at the five twos who stood tall on the table, unable to believe it: “You’re so fucking crazy! The first who actually has the guts to shake the leopard, you!”

“If you say that, then Ming Jue can still win if you add another one, right?” Then, Chen Chu squeezed out a cold sweat and said, “Fortunately, Ming Jue isn’t that smart, otherwise I would have to drink that glass of wine then.”

Ji Muingjue without a doubt fell straight into a bad mood, and still, his xiong di kept making cynical remarks even though he knew. “Old Chen, are you still a xiong di?”

{T/N: 兄弟 xiōng dì –  younger brother;  I, me (humble term used by men in public speech); brotherly; fraternal}

Huo Yunchuan knocked on the table. “Stop talking nonsense, two glasses.”

As everyone could tell, he was in a good mood now.

“Okay, I can’t drink it,” Ji Mingjue mumbled with a bitter expression. He then held the bottle of wine in one hand and skillfully poured it on the wine glass he held on his other hand, as he faced An Wuyang and said, “Pretends to be a hog eating the tiger, huh. You just wait and see, and later you will also be embarrassed.”

An Wuyang bore an innocent face as he heard those words. After all, the person who shook the leopard was not himself.

Facing Ji Mingjue’s accusing finger, he simply smiled.

As he and the others waited for Ji Migjue to drink, a cherry was stuffed over again into Wuyang’s mouth.

“…” An Wuyang was particularly stressed. He felt like a piece of pork fat being targeted, which sooner or later would be eaten by the man next door.

Bracing himself to receive the offered cherry, An Wuyang snapped his face in a certain direction. It just so happened that Huo Yunchuan saw his bulging cheeks, which moved very adorably.

Struck by this cuteness, Huo Yunchuan couldn’t help to not stop his naughty feeding hand and specially selected some easy to digest snacks for An Wuyang to eat.

The interaction between the two of them was witnessed by everyone.

On one hand, they felt that it was too surreal to be true. However, they still felt very pleased. Among the four of them, the old diamond virgin was finally willing to pick up a cabbage.

“Come, come, let’s start.”

‘I was so happy tonight, I was talking and laughing on the table.’

An Wuyang was always on the short stick to suffer from the others’ teasing. He was always goaded off to be intimate with Huo Yunchuan, such as kissing him. And also, urging him to confess. Fortunately, he didn’t lose too many times. Moreover, he hadn’t finished drinking the two-pound can of milk as he left the game.

In contrast with their previous times of bar games, Huo Yunchuan drank a lot and was a little drunk.

After playing dice, the drunken girls decided to sing in their box.

Feeling slightly tipsy, An Wuyang lay paralyzed on the sofa beside the man who turned awfully silent after getting drunk.

“Hey.” Jiang Shao Fei held a cigarette case and threw it to An Wuyang. “Give Yunchuan a smoke.”

An Wuyang caught hold of the cigarette case. He got up in a daze as he opened the case, pulling one stick out, and taking a lighter on the table to lit it up while it’s encased between his lips.

“Cough cough…” Clearly, he didn’t know how to smoke. After lighting it, he directed it in front of Huo Yunchuan’s mouth. “Mr Yunchuan, open your mouth.”

Huo Yunchuan lifted his closed eyelids, and his pair of black deep orbs stared at him unblinkingly, “…” He opened his mouth and received the proffered stick. After that, he propped himself up in a favourable position and leaned towards An Wuyang, with a cigarette he just transferred on his one hand and cupping one side of his face with the other hand asking for a kiss.

“Um, hello…”

With the girls singing in the background, An Wuyang was attacked by a kiss and momentarily became muddle-headed. When his reason came back, he struggled to shake Yunchuan off and stared at him with eyes red with anger.

Ji Mingjue said with a big tongue, “Yun Chuan, take him away.”

Huo Yunchuan remained silent as he smoked. When the cigarette was consumed halfway, he extinguished the lit-up butt of the half-length cigarette. He collected his personal items back and stood up, informing An Wuyang after. “Let’s go.”

An Wuyang looked up stupidly and asked, “Where?”

The man looked at him condescendingly. “Where do you like to go?”

At this moment, the sole person who wasn’t drunk suddenly felt embarrassed with his pretentious fit of being drunk. Wuyang got up on his feet and followed Huo Yunchuan out of the box, and suddenly grabbed the man’s wrist at the door. “I’ll send you downstairs to find a driver for you.”

Huo Yunchuan copied him and gripped hold of him too. “No need, I’ll stay here tonight.”

With a clear comeback and steady pace, he didn’t appear as intoxicated as he was.

An Wuyang removed his hand. “Then I’ll help you open a room.”

Unexpectedly, Huo Yunchuan pulled him back and hugged him with one hand. “It’s not just for me. It’s for us.”

“Who agreed?”An Wuyang curled his lips and stripped himself out of the other’s arms. “I must go home tonight,” and stressed, “Mr Yunchuan, I am not a duck and I will not sleep with you even if you spend money. It was merely an accident last time. A one-night stand, okay?”

Huo Yunchuan frowned. His usual stern face had cracked into an eased and relaxed expression because of his drunkenness just now, immediately morphed back into his frozen, grave state due to An Wuyang’s words. “I didn’t treat you like a duck, nor did I think about spending money just to be with you…”

‘After all that said, this boy still doesn’t understand?’

“Oh, does that mean you don’t want to spend money whoring?” An Wuyang gave him a major eye roll and still refused by saying, “No matter whether you spend money or not, I won’t sleep with you. This is how our relationship is.” Then, he strode to the front desk and told the staff, “I want a room for the gentleman behind in 309.”

“No need.” Huo Yunchuan’s indifferent voice sounded from behind. “I will book a room for myself.”

What he thought just now was that he would simply play along with the situation, by putting on a cold and ruthless facade.

At first glance, the people who came out were often thought unworthy of engaging in an entanglement.

When An Wuyang turned back, only the fading figure of the man was seen.

Wuyang thought this setting of breaking things off was fine, neat and proper, and also believed that there would be no more recollections in the future.

After a few minutes, Brother Quan met Huo Yunchuan in the corridor. He immediately approached over to greet him once he caught sight of the gentleman. “Mr Huo, are you still having fun with all your hearts tonight?”

“Manager Quan—” Huo Yunchuan looked at him. “The employee named An Wuyang, settle the bill for him tonight. And don’t accept part-time students again in the club in the future.”

Brother Quan’s face became deathly pale and hastily apologized. “Sorry, Mr Huo. I’ll fire him immediately.”

“It’s not really a big deal.” Noticing that he had misunderstood what he meant, Yunchuan added another sentence. “Don’t embarrass him. I simply don’t want him to do things here at such a young age.”

“Okay.” Brother Quan involuntarily swallowed his saliva, then bowed and nodded.

When Huo Yunchuan resumed his journey, Brother Quan searched for An Wuyang everywhere and finally found him in the lounge area.

“Brother Quan,” An Wuyang said with all smiles, “Can I get off work?”

The certain sales manager, who was in a good mood, took out a wad of money from his pocket which counted up to one thousand and two hundred. “Yes, not only can you get off work, but you also won’t be getting back tomorrow.” And the money that was given to him, “This is your commission for tonight. Take it and go, okay?”

An Wuyang held the stack of money foolishly and with a puzzled face, he said, “Do you not want me to come? Did I do something wrong tonight?”

Brother Quan pointed to himself and said, “You didn’t do anything wrong, I was the one who’s wrong. I shouldn’t have let you in the first place.”

An Wuyang was still puzzled. “I sold wine well, and I haven’t embarrassed you.”

Couldn’t handle it enough, Brother Quan blew his cool off. “Mr Huo has been involved with this matter personally, and he also didn’t let me embarrass you.” Then he waved his hand. “Let’s go. Let’s go home and find your mother ah.”

An Wuyang clenched the money as hard as he could. His forehead furrowed and asked, “Mr Huo? Is his full name Huo Yunchuan?”

Brother Quan was still capable of enduring his temper and patiently resolved this youngster’s doubts. “Yes, that’s the one you accompanied to drink with tonight.”

“…” An Wuyang endured the urge, yet he still kicked the counter next to him as his quick internal meditation failed and whispered, “Animal. Dared to cut my money.”

Brother Quan scooped out his ears, thinking that he had misheard it. There was actually a person who’s brave enough to dare call Mr Huo an ‘animal’?

“Brother Quan, I’m leaving. Thank you for tonight.” An Wuyang was furious for a while, yet, he still accepted the money. There was no place for him to stay there any longer, so he comforted himself when he walked out of the bar.

“Go on, okay.” Brother Quan didn’t care about the sentence spoken just now, as his mind was busy thinking that he indeed had auditory hallucinations.
