Chapter 132: Frigga’s Shock
This is an equivalence relationship. Unless it involves superpowers, it is impossible to simultaneously exhibit great strength and physical weakness.
Pietro's attacks are weak, although he is fast but lacks strength.
At high speeds, he can hit his enemies, but his strength has its limits. Otherwise, if he exerts too much force, he could easily shatter his own bones. Even if he lands a strong punch, it is uncertain if the enemy is harmed, but his own body would collapse first.
In essence, although he is fast, his body is not strong enough. With maximum speed, his attack power is lacking.
This is Pietro's biggest flaw.
In fact, if Pietro's body were strong enough and he knew how to apply his strength, his potential for destructive power would be very high.
Bi Xiao has set two main plans for Pietro: mastering both magic and martial arts.
First, to enhance his life level, teaching him groundbreaking techniques for immense strength. Secondly, magic, to not waste Pietro's super-fast learning ability. The only possible issue is that Pietro's body might not have enough energy. The solution is similar to Bella’s, granting him secondary authority of the Golden City, allowing him to draw on magical power anytime.
A mage with maximum speed can run up to an enemy's face and unleash a magical bombardment before they can react, with excellent results.
Bi Xiao is considering creating another method, to see if he can bestow Pietro with a magic seed. Planting a magic seed would awaken new magic within his body.
Sharing the same root and origin, but the magic attribute would be one level lower than his own.
This idea was inspired by Bella.
Bella was originally an ordinary person, with a life level vastly different from his. He did not want Bella to age and wither a hundred years later. The magic granted by the Golden City can nourish cells, maintain cellular activity, stimulate cell division, and indirectly extend lifespan, but cannot achieve a complete life transformation.
Even if it is possible, it would be very slow.
If he could gave Bella a magic seed, which would awaken Bella's own magic within her body. After gaining magic, it would rapidly enhance her physical qualities, leading to a quick transformation.
Of course, this is just a hypothesis. Bi Xiao will conduct some experiments, and he is not sure whether the subsequent results will be successful.
"In return, we protect Midgard."
"But now things are different, Thor. The predetermined fate has been broken. Too many unexpected events have emerged in Midgard. The current Midgard is not what you imagine it to be. If you go to Midgard, I hope you can maintain some restraint."
Thor was somewhat puzzled. He understood the first part, but was confused by the last sentence.
Restraint? Restraint from what? Restraint of his character? His behavior?
Frigga did not elaborate further, letting her somewhat dim-witted son leave quickly.
Watching Thor's departing figure, Frigga frowned.
As Odin’s wife, Frigga knew many things that Thor was unaware of. She understood the source and beginning of all these changes: Bi Xiao.
Odin was in a deep slumber back then. By the time he woke up, Bi Xiao had already grown to an unimaginable extent.
Moreover, with the backing of Midgard's Sorcerer Supreme, Ancient One, Asgard, and Odin had a vague attitude towards him. The most prudent approach would be to eliminate this source of change and reset the altered timeline to its correct path.
But Odin believed that the instability caused by Bi Xiao's emergence might bring about different changes.
So Odin waited and observed, as did Frigga.
The human grew at a speed beyond imagination. Both Odin and Frigga were astonished that he had now reached new heights, single-handedly killing the demon lord Asmodeus in Hell and even entering Helheim to kill Lilith.
He had slain two demon lords in succession.
This level of power had attracted Asgard’s attention, and such rapid growth shocked Frigga.
She always knew that Thor's future achievements would be limitless, but compared to Bi Xiao, Thor seemed to fall short.
Thor, possessing the bloodline of Odinson’s family, the new god's lineage, had a deep foundation that few could rival.
