Chapter 151: Revenge?
His magic and the magic within the twins' bodies seem to have a kind of nexus that allows for the reverse transmission of newly mutated abilities.
The characteristics of this mutated magic are completely replicated by the memory of magic within Bi Xiao's body.
In other words, his own magic now has two additional properties: one that can alter reality and one that grants speed.
The absence of Chaos Magic properties can be easily explained. Chaos Magic is one of the original magical forces of the universe, unique in its own right. However, Bi Xiao's magical quality is similarly high, to an extent he himself does not fully understand, but it is undoubtedly a formidable power.
At the very least, it is not inferior to Chaos Magic, and might even surpass it in some respects.
All the properties of Chaos Magic are present in his magic, making it universally applicable. Bi Xiao also feels that his magic does not repel Chaos Magic, though it does not seem overly impressed by it either. This feeling, while not direct, is quite clear.
This is not a major issue; after all, Bi Xiao believes his own magic is simply superior.
Thus, his magic now encompasses new abilities, including reality manipulation and Speed Force.
The former is a higher-level ability derived from Wanda's probability manipulation combined with Chaos Magic, which was then secretly absorbed and uploaded to the "main database" by the hidden magic within him, thus recorded by Bi Xiao's magic. Pietro's Speed Force was similarly integrated.
The addition of these two attributes has significantly increased Bi Xiao's combat power compared to the twins, Wanda and Pietro. Initially, his combat strength was already at the level of a sub-Celestial, even among the highest of that tier, though perhaps slightly inferior to a powerhouse like Odin.
Despite being just shy of reaching the Celestial level of existence, he remains formidable.
Even though he might fall short compared to Odin, his superior attributes and stronger magic allow him to maximize his capabilities.
The ability to alter reality makes Bi Xiao akin to a mature male version of the Scarlet Witch, though perhaps not to the ultimate extent, but still impressively powerful.
Bi Xiao has secretly tested this ability, and he found that with a mere thought, he can create things that do not exist in this universe, such as the Sword of Promised Victory. This is not the same as the Sword in the Stone from Earth, but rather the divine weapon forged by a planet, as depicted in "Fate/Stay Night".
With just a thought, he actually created it, using people's beliefs as raw materials, crystallizing within the planet as one of the ultimate divine weapons.
This Sword of Promised Victory is not inferior to some divine artifacts, though it might not rival the Destroyer Armor or Odin's Gungnir, but it is certainly one of the most powerful weapons in the universe.
This is quite remarkable, as this ability makes Bi Xiao feel that he will never lack weapons.
Especially compared to the Gate of Babylon, where the weapons, though powerful due to various enchantments and magical nurturance, pale in comparison to the Sword of Promised Victory. Thus, Bi Xiao spent a day creating various powerful artifacts and weapons with just a thought.
However, according to the data from "Fate", he can only create weapons below EX-rank. He attempted to create the EX-rank Avalon, but could only manage a lower version at A++ rank, with significantly reduced functionality.
Even so, this was a pleasant surprise for Bi Xiao. He knows that reality manipulation is not omnipotent, and it is based on his own solidified strength. As his power and life level continue to rise, reaching the Celestial level or even a universal singularity, his reality-altering ability will also increase.
It is indeed quite extraordinary.
This ability comprehensively enhances his combat strength and logistics. For example, the Golden City, which is not yet perfected due to material limitations, can be optimized and completed with this ability by acquiring many powerful materials.
The Speed Force attribute is much simpler, eliminating his last shortcoming.
His speed was already impressive; as an all-rounder, his strength and speed were outstanding. The Speed Force further enhances his speed, making him a light-speed-level combatant with the potential to reach even faster speeds.
However, due to the recent addition of the Speed Force attribute, the derived abilities have not been thoroughly tested and developed, so it is uncertain whether he can travel through time.
He did develop another ability: flight.
Although aerial combat was not a weakness for Bi Xiao, the flight ability derived from Speed Force further optimized this aspect.
The emergence of these two abilities was an unexpected delight.
It also solidified Bi Xiao's existing plan.
That is, to seek and cultivate people, plant the seeds of magic, and create his own nation and army, while also receiving more feedback to indirectly enhance his power.
Thus, Bi Xiao always believed that his cheat was not just about killing to become stronger; magic was another cheat of his.
Magic was a cheat created through his imaginative and creative mind.
The benefits of absorbing the twins were immense, to the point of making Bi Xiao feel ecstatic.
Of course, these are Bi Xiao's secrets and will not be shared with anyone else.
Shifting his thoughts, he gave Pietro some guidance on how to use his advantages when facing a mage. However, when it comes to Wanda, who is more of a "bug", nothing seems effective.
Pietro must focus on developing his Speed Force to become so fast that he can freeze time, or develop the ability to penetrate all matter and space, ignoring Wanda's attacks, to win against her.
"Damn."
Tony's expression changed. He grabbed the blonde woman, who had only managed to put on her shirt and not her pants, and rushed to the villa's basement. The villa was designed with an escape route for safety from the beginning.
The two unknown intruders managed to knock out over a dozen top-tier bodyguards and disable the villa's security system in such a short time. Clearly, they came with strong intentions.
Waiting for rescue is purely seeking death; we must escape.
However, just as Tony was dragging the "one-day girlfriend" out of the room and into the living room, intending to escape to the basement from the other end of the living room, both of them halted because there were two people standing right in front of the staircase leading to the basement entrance.
"Tony Stark."
"Who are you? Why are you looking for me?" Tony stared at the two young kids, speaking in a deep voice while subtly positioning himself in front of the woman to shield her.
This action made the two in front of him exchange glances.
"Are you very worried about her?"
"If I am your target, then there is no need to involve her. She is innocent; I just met her, well, about five hours ago."
"You can leave now."
The girl glanced at the blonde woman, who had a good figure and outstanding appearance, hiding behind Tony, and signaled her to leave.
The woman hesitated, looked at Tony, who then turned and whispered, "Go quickly, Jarvis will transfer the payment to you."
The woman didn't hesitate any longer and was about to run out of the villa. Seeing the woman in disheveled clothes, the girl snapped her fingers lightly, and a pair of jeans and shoes automatically appeared on the woman's body, who in her rush didn't notice this at all.
Seeing this, Tony immediately understood.
These two kids aren't necessarily bad people.
Silently, he waited until the woman had completely disappeared from the villa before attempting to lighten the mood, "Uh, do I still have a chance to have a glass of whiskey?"
"Hope it’s not your last," the girl said coldly.
Tony awkwardly smiled, only to find a glass of whiskey with ice mysteriously appeared in his hand. He instinctively looked at the bar but found no missing bottles.
So, where did this whiskey come from?
Was it created?
Tony's thoughts swirled as he raised his hand, taking a sip to mask his changing expression.
"So, can I know why I deserve to die?"
"Sokovia."
"Sokovia?" Tony was a bit surprised. What kind of place is that? He hadn’t heard of it before.
Fortunately, Jarvis's voice appeared: "Sokovia is an inland country in Eastern Europe, mountainous and poor, with a current population of 315,000, governed by Ostas."
"Are you from Sokovia?"
Tony found it strange why people from Sokovia would seek him out. He couldn't recall ever sleeping with a woman from Sokovia. Could it be the sister of these two kids?
Tony racked his brains to recall if he had slept with a woman from Sokovia who happened to be related to these kids, who, out of love and despair, committed suicide, leading these two to seek him out.
"In 2000, a war broke out in Sokovia, a conflict between rebels and the government that destroyed many families."
Tony listened intently.
He furrowed his brow, puzzled yet increasingly uneasy.
"This included the Maximoff family, our family. Our parents were killed by bombs, and only the ten-year-old us survived, hiding in the ruins, staring at a Stark missile lodged two meters away from us."
The girl recounted her story to Tony, revealing her past. She was Wanda.
The young witch, with cold eyes, stared at Tony: "The missile was a dud. We spent two days in despair."
Tony's eyes widened abruptly, his face changing. He shook his head in disbelief, instinctively refuting Wanda: "NO, impossible. Stark's arms are linked to the Department of Defense and never take orders from others, let alone rebels."
"Moreover, Stark-developed missiles never experience such a low-level failure as a dud.”
