Chapter 1067: Leaving the Mystic Plane

"...Whew."

By the time Valyr felt that the nine cocoons he'd conjured were done going through the concoction process, the young man went ahead and grabbed a ton of vials from his table, scooping all of the essence he'd created into them.

'I wonder how many vials Mystia has in spare?' Valyr asked himself as he swiftly filled all of the vials with the dark blue essence, briefly thinking about how there were still around half of the vials remaining on his table.

In the end, the young man did not dwell on the thought any further, instead looking at what he'd achieved with satisfaction.

Feeling that he'd gained a bit more leeway to push himself to 10 simultaneous concoctions, Valyr pushed the thought to the side for the meantime, going ahead and identifying one of the potions he'd created with his identification skill.

Quickly figuring out that he'd essentially crafted over nine batches' worth of perfect Lesser Mana Rejuvenation Potions, the young man began to smile, only for it to become crooked the moment he looked at both Mystia and Marcus.

Though Mystia was smiling at him, looking more or less how she usually did, the young man quickly notice a couple marks of strangulation around Marcus' neck, making his eyes slightly widen in surprise as he wondered what happened between the two while he was busy -concocting.

Of course, it did not take long for him to get a rough idea of what went on, causing him to slightly shudder as he briefly glanced at Mystia in fear.

Surprisingly, as if she'd taken notice of the change in the young man's expression, the smile on Mystia's face became wider as she looked back at him.

Unfortunately, that did not help her case much, with Valyr merely seeing the smile of a devil on her face at that point.

Then again, such things eventually did not matter much as the three moved on from it, with Marcus striking up a conversation with the young man, informing Valyr of his findings while the young man was busy concocting en masse.

Of course, the findings the man was talking about was none other than the reason why Valyr had been able to concoct potions with Mystic Rune Alchemy far faster than Mystia could.

Swoosh!

With the help of the rune Marcus taught him to create, the 12 cocoons concocted in unison, slowly bringing a number of particle clouds to being.

Dispersing the cocoons of Mystic Energy the moment he felt the concoction process was done, Valyr watched as the clouds he created were split between crimson red and royal blue.

Then, coaxing all of the clouds to enter the vials he'd brought out with his energy, the young man acted as if he were a conductor in an orchestra, slowly corralling the essences he'd created into their rightful places.

"At first, I thought that doing 9 concoctions at the same time was already insane." While the young man was in the midst of putting stoppers on all the vials he'd filled, a woman's voice began to echo from his side.

"Yet, in just the span of two days, you've brought that number to 12." Mystia slightly frowned as those words left her mouth. "Just what have you done to increase your mental power,

really?"

Valyr could only chuckle at that. "I've already given you two an idea on what to do. Plus, hasn't your efforts already begun to bear fruit?"

"Well, yeah." Mystia nodded after a bit of silence. "But still. The fact that I can now do 5 concoctions at once is still nothing compared to your 12."

After Valyr taught both Mystia and Marcus how to conjure limbs with Mystic Energy, it went without saying that the trio put most of their focus on alchemy for the next one and a half

days.

While Mystia taught Valyr all of the essential basic potion recipes for him to truly be called an alchemist, the young man went ahead and taught the two the steps necessary to aim for the higher stages of purification.

Adding on a few sessions of normal alchemy here and there, Valyr felt that he had been at his most productive state during these past couple days in the Mystic Plane.

And now, it was coming to a close.
