Chapter 293.1
Chapter 293.1. The School Festival Comes To A Close
-Miu’s POV-
“It stopped moving.”
Mii-chan felt sad because the fox-san plushie she was holding had stopped moving.
Even when I tapped it, it didn’t open its mouth.
“Just a moment ago, it was telling so many stories.”
That must mean the play is over. It’s a bit lonely.
The bear-san plushie that had been playing the villain until a while ago also froze in a punching pose. The bunny-san plushies weren’t moving either.
When I first came here, I was very surprised. In the dark, the fox-san plushie spoke to me like a real person.
And from behind, a line of bunny-sans plushies walked toward her.
Mii-chan is smart, so she quickly figured out where she was.
This is the world of plushies! Mii-chan had seen it before. It’s the world of plushies.
Mii-chan was excited. Mama had said she would come to pick her up, and she could smell the scent of hamburgers. Her tummy rumbled.
“Huh? Do we start over?”
The surroundings distorted, and the abandoned building, the sky, and the ground all melted away. It became a world dominated by darkness, with only the plushies remaining.
After a while, Golden Threads descended from the sky onto the plushies.
I somehow understood it. They’re trying to start over. Mama had told me that people do the play many times. They do the play multiple times.
“But Mii-chan is done already.”
For some reason, Golden Threads were closing in around Mii-chan. They wrapped around her body, but could it be a snack?
“Is it okay to eat it? Well then, here I go!”
So I opened my mouth and took a bite. Golden Threads rustled and gathered around, but maybe they’ll be distributed after the play is over?
“I’ll eat as much as I want!”
What is he saying? Mii-chan is a good girl, so her memory is good.
“Huh? Do you have your memories? Because I don’t feel any power from you.”
Heimdall had a puzzled expression, and I pouted in dissatisfaction.
“You just have to remember. I remember everything, so it’s okay.”
Mii-chan has memories, but she doesn’t recall them. She only keeps her family and friends in her consciousness.
Presently, Mii-chan is a timid and easily lonely child.
Besides, Mii-chan is not good at thinking. So why did it have to be Mii-chan?
There’s no choice but to switch her consciousness firmly. Remember, remember.
Change from cute Mii-chan to serious Mii-chan.
I poke my temple with my finger to trigger my memory.
I activate the secret switch and switch my own consciousness.
My ice-blue eyes harbored an inorganic glow, and my emotions faded. My drowsy head cleared, and I began to think.
I needed to understand this situation quickly. I don’t do this often.
In her ice-blue eyes, wisdom from the abyss resided.
“Hmm, Mii-chan understands now! We need to cut the power to this theater.”
As I began to think, I reviewed my memories up to this point and observed the current situation as if it were a movie or a book.
“Cut the power?”
“Yeah. I understand! We’ll use the control panel!”
I understood how this happened. I came here to save Tamamo-chan in this God Realm. I remembered.
The support suddenly disappeared, and it seems to have affected her memory. Mii-chan doesn’t really mind things like that!
I looked around again for confirmation. Yes, the outer walls are hard, but there’s no surveillance. After all, they probably weren’t expecting that I was coming here.
So, even if I use a little power, no one will notice.
“Heimdall, everything you’ve seen and heard here is a secret, okay? Shhh. Because it’s death. -Command-.”
“Oh, oh, I got it? Yeah, I got it.”
