Chapter 3369 Halis



"Thud!"

I landed in front of the huge city gates of Halis city, before walking toward it.

Thanks for being a High-Sovereign; I didn't have to be in line. I went in, got my document checked, and also myself by an invasive soul sense of the Earth Sovereign.

The news of the son of the governor being an infamous bandit had already spread throughout the city.

She had tried to suppress the news, but it spread like wildfire. I have to know about it before even entering the city.

I will be finished with my inheritance today and once I checked it and make sure there is no fault in it. I will start the breakthrough process as I have already met the other conditions of it.

I have reached my limit, which happened a month ago and I have also finished my treatments two days ago.

To complete the inheritance as soon as possible; I have also made my clone working on alchemy and artifice to focus on the inheritance.

I am also going to help out as soon as I find a place to stay, but before that, there is one thing I have to do.

I explored the city for two and half hours, before stopping in front of a huge square brown building. It looked plain, but if one looked clearly, amazing it is with those shining.

It is one of the biggest stores in the city and here; I am going to do the biggest shopping I have done since I had come out of the ruin.

I have been doing that in every city. I have come across, and I am far from finished. I need a large number of things and I will need to continue shopping for months or even years.

As I progress, I will need more resources.

Thankfully, it is the only thing I will not lack in the near future. I have got more than enough resources for my needs.

If I need more, I could always buy more with the resources I have.

I entered the store and started shopping. Like all times, I have a list this time too; it is a long list and there is also a lot of independence to buy the things I need.

It took me four and a half hours to do all the shopping, and that is when I am fast.

If I had shopped at regular speed, I would have been here till the evening, and I do not have that much time.

With that done, I walked out of the store twenty minutes later. I am in front of a small cabin by a lake. I have spent quite a lot of money on it; I wanted privacy.

The first thing I did was to shower, then slept for four hours, before walking up and cooking myself a meal, which I ate alone since Nero is outside.

We rarely eat together, he loves outside and many times; I wanted to keep him with me, but I also want to give him his freedom.

I ate it in silence, before washing the dishes and then laying on the couch with my eyes closes.

'Let the bastard's spy; I want to see how long they would watch me sleep around,' I thought as I entered my core.

I looked around my core before walking toward the library on the small road. The road used to be big, but to plant more plants, I reduced its size and now I am thinking of removing it completely.

It is my core. I could teleport everywhere with just a thought, but this paved road looks nice, and I don't want to remove it.

Though removing it will open enough space to plant a couple of precious plants.

It is a hard decision to make, and I will think about it after I made a breakthrough. Till then, all my focus will be on it.

I didn't even plan to get out of the house before I made a breakthrough.

I do not need to; I have brought all the resources and satisfied all the conditions and the only thing that remained is inheritance. Once that is finished, I will make the breakthrough.

I reached the library and pushed open its door before entering inside and there; I saw six of my clones working on the inheritance.

It is nearly finished. Just a few hours of work remained.

I joined them without wasting any time and begin to work with them in perfect synch.

"Perfect," I said, and I wish I could just touch it and start a breakthrough, but that will be dangerous.

Seeing how my breakthroughs are, I need to be in perfect condition, and I am not. I am tired and hadn't slept for two days; I will sleep first before making the breakthrough.

I got out of my core immediately and slept.

'Father, wake up!'

I was sleeping soundly when a loud sound of Nero woke me up and, before I could ask him what happened, a scene appeared in front of my eyes.
