Chapter 3533 Cage Battle
"Die, native!" said Rhinoman and swung its ax toward me, covered in steely blue energy.
My sword is already moving toward it, and it is filled with all my power. I had activated the full burst and used every bit of energy I had; I was not holding back anything.
My luck had really run out this time. I had not only come across a Grimms with bloodline, which is at the High-Earth Sovereign stage, but it was Rhinoman, which has greater physical power compared to other Grimms.
In a place where there is no exit. It is a cage battle, where only one will come out alive.
CLANNNNG!
My sword clashed against its ax and, for a moment, I stayed on my spot, before shooting back like a rock, with blood coming out of my mouth and every other hole in my body.
I had fought against the Peak Earth-Sovereign monster, but it couldn't be compared to the Grimm, I am fighting.
They both are on a completely different level.
I tried to stop myself, but I couldn't do that; the force it had sent me was too much. That every formation feels useless as I shoot back like a broken doll. n--0velbIn
BANNNG!
I crashed hard on the wall on the other end. So, the formation powered up to protect the wall.
I felt my bones breaking, but I didn't care about that and instead turned to Rhinoman, walking toward me with a smile on its face.
"I have to say, I am disappointed; looking at your posture, I thought, you would be strong, but you are weak as a chicken," it said, while casually placing its ax on its shoulder.
"I am not dead yet, say that to me, when I am dead," I said back as I wiped the blood on my mouth and got up, with some struggle.
"Oh, the spirit; I would like to crush it," it said with a grin.
"You can kill me, but never crush my spirit," I replied and moved toward it. "Good, let's see how long your spirit lasts in front of my overwhelming strength," it said and swung its ax at me casually.
It may seem casual attack, but it is filled with power.
CLANNNNG!
Once again, its huge sword crashed against my sword and blood spurted out of all my orifices with sheer shock before I had even blasted back.
The physical power of the attack was immense. It was not like its bloodline energy was weak, but my armor was able to bear it.
It couldn't bear the physical attack, which had torn me from the inside out in just two attacks.
BANNNG!
Once again, I had crashed into the wall and protections flashed for a moment, before disappearing.
I am just glad that the wall could reinforce and not attack back. Otherwise, it would have been bad for me.
"Now, how's your spirit?" it asked again.
"Still burning," I answered through the bloody teeth and got up shakingly, before leaping at it, with everything I have.
I didn't make a move until I had reached, really close to it. Usually, no Grimm or person would let the enemy get so close, but Rhinoman is sure of its strength and felt no fear from me.
CLANNNNG!
Once again, its ax hit my sword, sending me flying, more broken than before.
BANNNG!
I crashed into the wall, breaking more of my bones. This time, even my skin had split by sheer physical shock.
"Now?" It asked.
"Still burning," I answered as I got up, gathering every bit of will I had.
In just three attacks, it had been injured seriously. So much that I need immediate medical attention, and rest, which I will not get unless I kill it, which seemed like an impossible task, given the difference in our strength.
It is not like I didn't have any option against it. I could burn my blood and it might help me to kill the bastard, but it is not an option I am willing to take unless there is no choice.
It is the option I was planning to take after the first attack, but seeing it was more interested in breaking my will rather than killing me; it gives me a chance to rely on my trusted move.
Depending on it is extremely risky, considering I am seriously injured, but burning my blood is even riskier, because of the weakness that comes with it.
CLANNNNG CLANNNNG CLANNNNG
It continued to crash against the wall, that it had become bloody within a minute and my condition had become so bad that I could barely stand up.
The only reason I am doing it is because of the cocktail of energies which I have sent inside me. It has side effects, but they are not as heavy as burning my blood.
Still, with the cocktail, it had become hard for me, and I felt like I needed to change strategy to buy time or I would be finished before I was ready.
"Still burning," I answered one more time, as I struggled to get up.
I could see the anger in its eyes and prepared myself to burn my blood if it attacked me.
The attack didn't come, and I stood up before walking toward it with the sword in my hand. I looked like I could collapse at any moment and I was not acting; I could really collapse at any moment.
Every part of me was screaming in pain, wanting me to stop, but I didn't and I had reached the Rhinoman.
"Die!" I screamed and attacked.
I could see the anger in its eyes flaring and it attacked and its attack was stronger than all the attacks till now, which had the same power, but this one is not.
CLANNNNNG!
I was barely able to move my sword ahead of me in time, before the ax fell on my sword, sending me flying, while my skin was torn in a hundred more places, with blood coming out of them.
BANNNNG!
I hit the wall hard and, for the first time, lost consciousness for a moment, before the formation of my inheritance had brought me back to the grim reality, where I could see the monster, who was at the end of its patients and I don't want to test it.
This time didn't even ask the question, which it does, right after I had hit the wall.
I struggled to get up, failing several times, before getting up and walking toward it, with blood coming out of every part of my body.
CLANNNNG!
Finally, I had reached it and swung my sword at it, but it was faster and it could easily be avoided my sword, but it didn't. It crashed its ax with my sword, sending me back faster than before, which was fast.
BANNNNG!
I crashed and had been fully unconscious for a second before I was able to open my eyes.
My vision was blurry before it became clear and I saw the Steel Horn Rhinoman standing in front of me.
"The spirit is still burning," I said, looking directly into its eyes and could see anger flaring up and its right hand, which was holding the ax twitch, before it was able to control its emotion.
"Your spirit may be still burning, but If I injure you more, I will have nothing remaining to eat and I want to eat you," it said and moved its hand toward me.
