I opened my eyes and the first thing I did was burn the impurities.

This is my eighth day of hiding, and I have just completed a fifth session of practice. In this session, 48% of essences belong to strengthening and 52% belong to the forbidden.

The ratio will be adjusted for every session, but there won't be much change in it.

The purpose of it is that both of the strengthening moves toward the limit at the same speed. So, if I get a bloodline, Grimms; I will increase the percentage of forbidden essences, till both limits come in synch.

Today is the day, I will leave, or rather tonight.

There are still people searching for me, but I think, with the preparations I have made, I could leave. There is no reason is wait; I have already waited long enough.

There is a long way for me to travel to reach the exit and since there is Grimm, it won't be easy.

A few minutes later, I have got up, showered, and ate. Once that was done, I lay on the couch and closed my eyes; they remained close till the late afternoon before I woke up and walked into the practice room again.

I stood in the center and took a deep breath.

A moment later, a great sword with a white bone handle and a crystalline red blade appeared in my hand.

As it did, I began moving the blade through the different moves. Usually, if I want to practice, I do it in my core, since it is almost real, even if I am using my projection.

However, since yesterday, I have been doing it outside.

The dance of Ukasanavor isn't just a refining method. It is also a dance, a war dance, that lets the person performing it manipulate worldly energy around them.

Even without runes, I felt the worldly energies around me moving when I practiced those physical moves.

Now, I am incorporating the essence of the dance into my combat style. It is not my idea, but the scroll itself had said and also the books to do it.

It will not only help me increase my combat prowess, but also aid me in aligning with the more perfectly. Which is a prerequisite for breaking into the Prime.

Even to the prime, it is useful, as it helps them sense the laws better and comprehend them.

It is not just scrolls and books and the placebo it had cast. I had started noticing things, as I had practiced the dance. My movements feel lighter, and I can control my body and soul more adaptively.

I wish these benefits would show during the practice of the dance.

Every session feels like a gamble with the death. It feels like it is getting harder and harder, and it is.

At every session, my body would summon more mystic worldly energy. Making it difficult for my body and soul to handle it.

Though it is also true, that I am receiving tremendous benefits through it. I am taking longer and longer steps toward my goal at every session and that is why; I am practicing it every day, despite the danger.

Nearly two hours later, I stopped with sweat dripping from my body, while at the same time, I felt a tiny amount of worldly energy, I was able to gather through my dance disappear.

That amount was not even to scratch the First Stage of Primary, much less a Sovereign or High Sovereign, but still, it made me ecstatic.

Yesterday, during the practice, I was not even able to move a speck of energy. Today, I was able to move the handful.

I have to comprehend this dance and practice. Eventually, I will gain enough comprehension that I will be able to summon enough worldly energy through my combat style to pose a threat to those of the same power as me.

I put back the sword inside me and went to the bathroom to shower and eat after coming out.

Soon, it was time to leave.

"Tomorrow," I said and stepped into the gate to leave the above.

Like the lessons, I planned to practice the method every day and with abode. I will be able to do it.

It will delay my travel, but I don't mind. I have more than enough time to reach the exit.

Once again, I came out, and it was night.

There are more monsters and fewer people. Most Earth-Sovereigns in the area had already found safe places and activated their abode, but some of them are still searching.

There are three, I could sense with my soul sense. Two Grimms and one native, but they are far.

I haven't sensed the Sky Sovereign, but I know at least two of them are here. I had sensed both of them today and, unlike the first day; they have become sneakier.

Still, the abode had caught their sneaky soul sense, scanning hundreds of meters deep into the ground.

There are countless times their soul sense had scanned over my abode, but not a single one had been able to detect it.

I looked at the bright moon and started to walk on the path. I had decided with the brisk pace. My stealth ability had covered me, hiding all my signs from monsters to people.

Soon, over an hour had passed since I had started my journey, when I noticed a disturbance.

A native is fighting against the group of monsters, and he is having a tough time, but seeing how he is not threatened and would be able to pull himself away, I continued with the journey.

A few minutes after that, I sensed the presence of the Sky Sovereign.

It is near the edge of my soul sense and seeing its direction is the same as me, I had changed my direction.

The scrolls I have are precious enough that Grimms who can't even practice them are hunting me for them.

As I had said, they didn't need to practice the scroll to hunt me for it; they could sell them at a massive price.

A few more hours passed, and I have gained a good ground. If my luck is good, I would be able to get out of this region by the morning and then it would be much safer.

A few more minutes passed when suddenly I sensed a Grimms. A lone Grimm of the Mid-Earth Sovereign stage and it had the bloodline.

It is not the first Grimm; I had sensed in here. I had sensed a countless number of them and controlled myself to not go after them, but this one had a bloodline.

I nearly took a step toward it, before I stopped myself and sent waves; some that could even detect the Sky-Sovereigns hiding.

'It is not bait,' I said after a few minutes.

I thought about it for a while before moving toward it. The Grimms aren't weak, or they wouldn't have been able to explore this place, but I am confident in my skills and ability to kill it before anyone notices it.
