Chapter 3610 Member
Hun!
I stepped out of formation and saw a huge mansion in front of me; it was not particularly large, but it was beautiful.
It surprised me; I thought the meeting would be in the office, but it is clearly a place where someone lives.
A place where the Prime live.
The building might not be grand, but the surrounding area is huge, and only Prime could have such a large area on this flying island. Here every inch is important and only the Prime is important enough to have it.
I was in my thoughts when the silver gates opened.
'Come in,' a familiar voice rang out in my head, and I stepped inside after a moment of hesitation.
I entered inside while admiring the beautiful garden; it was not just beautiful. All the plants here are rare and precious. Seeing some of them, my eyes couldn't help, but light up and I wanted to see them.
They would be very helpful in my practice.
I was wondering where the man called me is, when I spotted him, sitting in a garden chair.
A few seconds later, I stopped and bowed.
"Prime Valsnorth," I greeted the Prime. He is the man, who had come to receive me, after I escaped from the cultists.
"Take a seat, Michael," he said. "Thank you, Prime," I replied and sat down.
He didn't say anything and began pouring the tea into the cup, while I thought about the purpose of the meeting. There must be some reason; the Prime didn't have enough free time, that they would call an Earth Sovereign for general things.
He poured the tea and handed me a cup, which held the water's golden-red liquid.
"Thank you, Prime," I said as I took the cup.
Some steam entered my nose and a refreshing feeling had spread through my body.
"Aragus tea is excellent for after recovery, especially when it is mixed with urat honey. It helped to soothe the soul and body," he said, and I nodded, before taking the sip out of it.
The tea is the most delicious I have ever drunk. It had a light taste that brought peace and contentment and when it entered the stomach; it reached the stomach, it transformed into soothing energy.
It had been three days; I had come back, while I had recovered fully. My soul and body were in a little rough shape.
The methods were dealing with it and a lot with a few days of rest. They would have made a full recovery.
Now, with this tea, it will happen in a few minutes.
"You must be wondering why I had called you?" he asked as I put back the empty cup on the table.
To that, I nodded.
"It is to inform you, that your background checks have been cleared. There are a few things we weren't able to find out, but I am sure they are intentional on your part," he said, and I smiled.
As he informed me, my badge lit up with a notice from the tor, saying I have become a full member.
It also made my badge turn green, like every member.
"From today, you are a member of the Tor." He said. "Thank you, Prime Valsnorth," I said, feeling slightly emotional.
The old man didn't say anything, just smiled.
"There is another reason I have called you here," he said, and I looked at him. "The two methods you have received from the temple of irudin,"
"If you are not practicing them, the organization is more than willing to take them for equal value; it could be the methods or resources," he said.
I am not surprised; he knows about it. I had used my badge to enter the camps; I had kept my identity hidden, but it was only for Sky Sovereigns and below. The Prime of his position could easily see through it.
"I plan to practice both of them. I had already started practicing the one and will start, practicing the second one after collecting all the things that are required for it," I replied and no change appeared on his face, as if he had been expecting that.
"Well, the offer still stands, after the completion," he said, and we both smiled at them.
These kinds of methods come with the conditions.
I have started practicing the dance of ukasanavor, which means I couldn't give or sell it to others. The only way, I could do it now, is by completing the method; I have less than a 0.1% chance to do that.
I would need to be at Golden Prime for that and reaching there is extremely hard.
"I have seen your battle. Do you know you have killed 3.2 times more spawns than the second higher Earth-Sovereign?" he asked, and I didn't put a surprised expression on my face.
"I was lucky," I replied humbly.
Since there are recordings, there is no need to play dumb.
He was wrong about the kills; I had killed 3.4 times more Grimms, than the person, with the second-highest kill. n-/0veLb1n
"The organization will welcome anything you wish to sell from it. Especially the rewards, from the temple of ukasanavor," he said.
"I hope, the organization will give me a fair rate," I said, and the old man smiled. "You do not need to be worried about that," he replied, and now it is my time to smile.
I have opened those hundreds of storages and found a lot of stuff and while I hoard stuff, it is really too much. I have a lot of stuff to sell, and it is not just what I have got from the battle, but stuff I got before that.
I also have a buy a lot of things and now being a full member, I can do it.
"If you don't mind asking, what are your plans for the near future?" he asked. "I am planning on staying in the organization for the next few months, practicing the arts," I said.
"It is a wise decision." Said the old man with a smile.
I was about to ask for permission to leave when the old man's expression turned serious.
"The main reason I had called you here it was because I had heard about what you did in the camp."
Hearing that, my expressions couldn't help, but turn serious as well. I knew this would happen and I would need to treat it carefully; it is related to my secrets after all.
"Your record for the breakthroughs is amazing. Especially in regards to Sky Sovereigns," he said, looking at me.
"You should be aware of how the conditions helps in increasing the chances of the breakthrough." "The same thing happened there. The conditions were such that bodies and souls aligned with purpose perfectly."
"It is the reason, so many succeeded and would be hard to replicate, that here," I replied carefully, and the old man smiled.
"I am aware, but we would still like to send some Peak Earth-Sovereigns on your way to check their suitability for the breakthrough," he said.
"I have no problem with it, but I have some conditions," I replied, and the old man smiled.
