Chapter 4045: Tail
Step!
I stepped out of the teleportation gate, before appearing in front of the familiar gate and walking inside.
There are hundreds of people around me. Disappearing on the disk, every second.
I walked toward it; not even glancing at Yantis. Who is waiting for his turn; my turn is before him.
A small thing for a Prime to manage.
Buzz!
I didn't have to more than a half minute before I stepped on the disk.
A moment later, I disappeared.
A few seconds passed and things around me brightened. I found myself landing on the snowcapped mountain.
Zarei mountain.
They are in the north and I am in part of it, which is so cold. That only Sky Sovereigns could bear and not the weak ones.
Yantis isn't weak. He is Peak Sky Sovereign above average. The Prime suspects. He is much stronger than he shows himself to be.
It is why, he had asked me to tail him.
Step!
I landed on the ground and hid. He will appear soon in a few areas around me.
Thirty seconds later, I felt him. He is just five miles away from me. Immediately, my seed which was floating around moved toward him, while he was looking around.
In the ruin, I hadn't seeded strongest ones and paid the price, when I wasn't able to predict Hayat's strength.
This time, I didn't want to make a mistake and reforged this seed.
It cost me a lot, but will be worth it.
In the past six hours. I was familiarizing it with Yantis's energy sample, which I got from the Prime.
It will reduce the chances of it discovering it.
Three and half seconds later, the seed reached him and seeped inside him.
t seemed like, there are good samaritans,' I thought when I saw two people coming to help them and they seemed quite powerful.
I watched till my waves could let me. The last thing I saw, was all of them fighting against a group of bears in statement.
Hours passed and I followed the markers.
Yantis is moving smoothly toward his destination. He isn't doing anything suspicious. If he was that bad; the organization would have caught him a long time ago.
Tor is really good at catching spies, but no system is perfect, and he is proof of that.
He is a spy; Prime Volsnorth seemed quite confident of it. I will believe him, with a slight reasonable doubt.
I had learned enough in life to not believe every piece of information blindly, no matter how good the source is.
Another hour passed and he stopped. A snow eagle had discovered him, and he fought the monster for a few seconds before killing it and resuming the journey.
Soon, the sun begins to go down and with it the temperature.
It became colder by the minute, that many Sky Sovereigns started to take out their above, but
he didn't.
He kept moving while his sensory abilities became more powerful and expanded their range. Seeing that a smile couldn't help, but appear on my face.
It's a pretty good idea. If someone is following you; you can know much more easily in this
environment.
Here, a person would focus their energy on defenses against the cold weakening their stealth, making them easier to get discovered.
Well, he isn't going to discover me. It may be cold to others, but to me, it's not.
My armor alone is enough to handle it. I don't need to activate any other measure to deal with
it.
Soon, it is ten and the temperature becomes even colder, but he is still moving. Prime is right, he is more powerful than he lets on.
Which is a not a suspicious thing. More than half of practitioners, try to hide their true
strength.
Including me.
It was at midnight he stopped and summoned his abode. I got a little closer, before summoning my own and stepping inside for the night.Nôv(el)B\\jnn
