Chapter 4169: The Gate
"Finally," I said loudly as half an hour was over.
I stepped out of the gazebo and looked at the Primes.
They are scanning two people. I wanted to give these bastards a middle finger, but that wouldn't be wise.
So, I simply gave them a look before walking toward the compound. I wanted to run toward it, but I controlled my gait and walked toward it casually.
It made seconds feel like an hour.
Time seemed to pass even slower than it had in the gazebo where I was worried about every second about being found out.
Finally, I had reached the compound.
It took great willpower to take the step forward as casually as possible.
The test didn't end after passing the last prime. It continues till one, enters the compound.
Those bastards watch every movement till them.
I entered inside and worried, I had disappeared. Here, I am safe. Nobody would be able to do anything to me, even if they found out who I am.
I looked at the gate.
It's a simple wooden gate. The only distinctive thing about it is its size and thickness.
It is the gate to the secret realm.
It is a realm within a realm. Dangerous place, that remains open for only ten days, but those ten days could give one a reward greater than what this realm gave in the six months.
It has everything. Including the forest of laws.
The place that the primes desire to go the most. It is the place to comprehend the law, with a powerful formation that increases comprehension power temporarily.
Even with that, only one hundred primes could comprehend the law, which is a great odd. Comprehending the laws is extremely difficult. It requires time and a bit of luck.n/ô/vel/b//in dot c//om
It's so difficult that more than half of the primes never do that in their lifetime.
Soon, I stopped in front of another store and immediately felt the hateful gaze.
It is manned by the woman who chased me crazily.
"I want qaeldr quarts," I said. "Do you have any of these resources?" she asked, surprising
me.
To be honest. I was expecting 'fuck you,' but despite glaring at me angrily, her voice was rational. Though I do not doubt that she will kill me the moment she gets the chance.
"Yes," I replied, and after a moment, I negotiated. I chose quarts.
I had brought nine more things from her store, before moving away.
I moved around the stores, buying things, I am not the only one. Most of the people are doing
the same. It is a great opportunity, but they one hard to come by.
They are milking it for all its worth.
I was buying things when a young average-looking man appeared beside me.
He didn't look at anything and didn't even look at me, nor I at him, but I know, who it is.
I am not surprised that the shaman was able to enter the compound. If he hadn't been through this resource, he wouldn't have survived the long he did.
I wanted to shout his name, but I didn't.
It won't be helpful. Instead, it will bring me into trouble. It is why, not even my expressions changed. With everybody looking at everybody, it had become more important here to guard one's expression.
I continued to shop around. Going to the one store, twice and even thrice as the new stuff
around.
Soon, the last hour begins.
As it happened, things changed rapidly. More people began to come inside, and store owners started to take out the rare stuff.
The scrutiny of each other had also intensified further. So much, they begin to look at every
Sky Sovereign as me.
