Chapter 217 Laying On His Sheets

Name:Mr. Fang's Feisty Mistress Author:
Shutting the door behind, she walked in proper with her gaze fixed on the best white sheets on his bed.

As his minty scent hit her nose, the smile on her face broadened as her eyes shone brightly.

The scent here was just like she remembered it. It was engraved deeply in her memory, and stepping into here, reminded her of how badly she had missed him.

Smiling to herself, she rushed to his bed. Putting the box down at the foot of his bed, she immediately jumped on his bed. And as her body landed on his bed, she started rolling on his sheets and inhaling his scent left on his sheets.

Luckily, this was not a new sheet, otherwise, she would have been greatly disappointed.

Shrieking excitedly, she continued rolling on the bed and the more she did that, the more her hair became disheveled.

Zhang Liling continued this way in her own fantasy until she heard the soft knocks resounding on the door.

"Huh..."

She hurriedly paused with her stomach facing the bed. Her confused gaze narrowed at the door as her brows furrowed.

'Did I hear correctly?' she thought to herself as her chest quickly rise and fell due to the small exercise she was doing a few seconds ago.

Her ears perked up, as she carefully listened.

A second later, she heard the slight thuds on the door and quickly rushed to get off the bed.

'That must be one of the servants knocking.' she thought to herself.

Quickly, she tried to dress the bed by spreading the sheets to neaten the folds as soon as she can.

Soon, her perked up ears heard the door handle being turned, making her to instantly abandon what she was doing to pick up the box of gift she had brought in with her.

That same second, the person at the door pushed the door open and stepped in with a plastic tray in her hand.

On seeing their new guest standing beside the king-sized bed with a small smile, a look of surprise flashed past the servant's face.

She was not expecting to see her there, not in the very least.

Quickly, she regained her composure and shut the door behind her before lowering her head.

"Hello, Miss Zhang." She greeted before steppied forward with the bottle of water in the tray.

"Hello!" Zhang Liling said with the corners of her lips curving deeply.

She stood there with a few strands of her hair out of place. She had forgotten to smoothen them, a d arrange her dress which she didn't know was a little out of place.

Not saying anything, the servant put down the bottle of water on top of the nightstand before turning to leave as quickly as she had come.

The only reason she did not question Zhang Liling was because she and her other colleague had seen how she was treated as soon as she returned.

Also, the hosuekeeper had told them that she was Mr. Fang's special guest, while hinting at something she didn't fail to take note of.

Back in the room, as soon as the servant stepped out, Zhang Liling's butts landed on the bed as a long sigh escaped her lips.

She had barely escaped ring caught rolling on a man's sheet.

"Aish! That would have been very embarrassing!" She thought to herself while patting her chest with one hand.

Finally when her nerves had calmed down, she placed the light box on the bed before leaving.

It was never her intentions to spend much time while going to drop off the gift, so she hurriedly got out and returned to her room.

Going straight to the kitchen afterwards, Zhang Liling spent almost an hour there as she had to watch the interesting way the Chef was using to make the pastries she had requested for, after handling his gift to him.

That night, Zhang Liling did not meet Mr. Fang again, as she had other things to do. And besides, she was not in a hurry.

She still had plenty of time to meet him at will as long as she was still at his place.

When her mother's call came in at night, she declined it and sent her a text instead.

'Your daughter is fine. She was not kidnapped on her way out of the airport. She has gotten to her destination.' The text says.

When Song Jujing saw the text, she let out a long tired sigh with a palm on her forehand.

O! What a daughter she has.

After sending the text, Zhang Liling went around her chat with Tungmei to reply the unread messages.

'Hey girlfriend, when are you coming back? I miss you dearly, and work is killing me.' The text read.

Zhang Liling's entitled face was contoured in a big smile when she saw the message, so she quickly replied vaguely before dropping her phone and turning off the lights.

'You will see me soon.'

The next morning, as early as 3:30, sleep left Zhang Liling's eyes.

The jetlag was having fun dealing with her, and she couldn't be more surprised.

She had slept for long hours the previous day and had almost skipped dinner just like she did with lunch if not for Mr. Fang coming to wake her up.

Releasing a long sigh, her long lashes fluttered a bit before coming to a still close to her brows.

As her eyes squinted, a yawn escaped from her lips as her right hand unhurriedly reached out to trap it with tired eyes glistening in the dim room.

Stretching her hands after the yawn as muffled noise escaped from her lips, she sat up quickly with a dazed look darting around as her hands unhurriedly reached out to scratch her nesty looking hair.

She had forgotten to put on the hair bonnet before sleeping.

Letting out another yawn unrestrainedly, she shifted her butts towards the edge of the bed and finally slided out.

Standing to her feet, she pressed on the light switch on the wall next to her bed and immediately, the bright light came on, illuminating the entire room.

As her messy bed cane into view, her eyes squinted at the table clock on her nightstand.

Seeing how early she had woken, a long tired sigh fell off her lips.

"What am I going to do after waking up this early?" She grumbled to herself with pouted lips.

But just as she turned her back towards the nightstand, her eyes suddenly widened in surprise as an idea quickly popped into her head.

"Mr. Fang is still sleeping by now." She said out loud and slowly, a smirk turned on at the corner of her lips as a knowing smile illuminated her face.
