Su Ling looked like she had just suffered a blow. She held her head high and turned to Yan Xue "Is there something I may help you with, Miss Yan?"

Yan Xue had a bewitching smile on her face as she walked towards Su Ling. She was about the same height as Su Ling but with her thirteen centimetre high heels, she had to lower her gaze a little to look at Su Ling. Under her gaze, Su Ling felt incredibly inferior. Yan Xue said, "Of course. I really need your help with something."

Su Ling bit her lips and tried not to lose her confidence. "It's quite an honor for a wealthy missy like Miss Yan to need my help. I wonder what you need?"

Yan Xue let her words out leisurely. "I wonder if Miss Su knows of the acquaitance between the Yan family and the Lu Enterprises?"

"Marriage contract?" Su Ling was shocked. Wasn't it just a blind date?

Miss Su, the Lu and Yan families do have a marriage contract. If my elder sister married Lu Aotian, the contract would have been honored but since Lu Aotian (as the rumours say) has someone else that he loves, it's up to Shaoting and I to honor it."

She continued while enjoying Su Ling's shocked expression. "I hate to tell you this, but you don't deserve a man like Shaoting. Forget about the marriage contract: the Lu family does not care about backgrounds as long as you are an honest person with a good reputation, but are you?"

Su Ling looked at her curiously. What was she talking about?

Yan Xue walked to her car, took a file and opened it under Su Ling's gaze. Then she started reading out, "Patient name : Su Ling,

B Scan results : No clots, normal thickness of uterus,...should I continue?"

"How dare you!" Su Ling exploded. How dare she obtain her past medical result? It was the file of the B scan she did one month after having an abortion years ago. How did it end up in Yan Xue's hands?

Yan Xue continued, "Do you think the Lu family would accept someone with such a past?
