Chapter 377 - Teaching the wayward wife a lesson

Mrs. Blanc scowled. Did Amy not have a brain to mouth filter? How could she say such things in the presence of Lin Lihua? In fact, how could she  bring herself to say such things at all?

She looked at the calm Lin Lihua worriedly. "Lihua, it's our fault for not educating her well enough. We will teach her a lesson when we get back home."

Lin Lihua didn't look offended at all. "It's okay aunty."

She wouldn't be bothered to deal with such women. How old was she and how old was Amy Blanc? Wouldn't it degrade her if she were to start an argument with someone of Wan Jia's age? All would be well as long as Amy Blanc stayed out of her way in future. If not, she would teach her a good lesson.

Afraid that his long awaited daughter-in-law would be scared away by Amy's behavior, Mr. Blanc said something too. "Please don't blame Henry for this. In future, I will make sure she doesn't disrespect you."

Lin Lihua was amused by their looks of worry. "Uncle, don't worry about it."

"So are you two really going to settle down in this country permanently? I was hoping you could follow us to Country F." Mrs. Blanc said worriedly. This was the only time it was appropriate to talk about this but at the same time, she didn't want to scare her daughter-in-law away.

Lin Lihua had expected such a question, but she hoped the Blancs would understand her. Although Xia Rou was with Lin Zhou, Lin Lihua wouldn't feel assured leaving her to go to another country. She would feel less worried if she was closer to her. What if her dear mother became worried about her being far away and ended up triggering her heart condition? "We will always make time to go to visit you."

Mrs. Blanc knew that this was the only compromise her future daughter-in-law could make. "You are so filial, Lihua. As long as you don't forget about us, we will be fine no matter where you are."

After seeing his parents off, only the two of them were left. The servants disappeared out of sight.

"Don't you think they come too early?" For all she knew, the banquet of Lu Enterprises' Centennial will be held in a month.

"They're too excited about meeting their daughter-in-law and couldn't wait anymore. They will return home in few days and come back here in two months."

"Two months?" Shouldn't it be one month?

"Oh, you haven't heard the latest news yet. Something happened at Lu Enterprises and they decided to delay the  banquet for a month."

"What happened?"

"Aotian didn't explain the details to me. But he said it's something good."

"Whatever, I'll ask my sister." She humphed. Of course Wan Jia would know what happened.

"I didn't know my wife likes to gossip that much." Henry Blanc held her chin and teased.

"What do you know? Gossip is a woman's nature. On another note, why are your parents staying at a hotel? Can't they stay here? There are so many rooms."

"They want to give us some space. Or else, how will they have grandchildren?"

"Then they can stay in your other properties."

"In actual fact, it's only an excuse, they wanted to use the opportunity to check out Platinum Grand Hotel. It's gotten so famous that they want to try it out."

"I see." As expected of her sister. Everything of hers became so famous.

Lately, the Lu brothers had been busier than usual. With the centennial of Lu Enterprises drawing closer, they had a lot on their plates. It was just lucky that their wives were understanding and even helped them out. If not, the pair of brothers would be punished to kneel on durians quite often.

On Thursday, Lu Aotian felt that they needed a break. They had been working like robots for too long.

The first thing Lu Shaoting did was go to his girlfriend's apartment.

Su Ling knew who was at the door the instant the doorbell rang. "I was starting to think you decided to get married to the company instead. I was just about to start looking for a cute boy toy."

Lu Shaoting pushed the door closed with one hand and pushed her against the wall with another. He trapped her between the wall and his firm body, holding her hands above her head. "Do you dare to say that again?"

Seeing the glare in his eyes, she really wanted to tease him. "Are you gonna kill me? I'm so scared."

Lu Shaoting thought that this woman had become more daring. She even dared to joke about getting a boy toy! Without a word, he swept her off the floor, put her on his shoulder and headed towards her bedroom.

"Shaoting! Put me down. Where are you taking me?"

"What do you think?"

He pushed the door open using his foot and walked right in, placing her on the bed. Then he ripped off his tie.

"What are you doing?" she was alarmed as she looked at him.

Using his tie, Lu Shaoting tied her hands up above her head as she looked with curious eyes. "Teaching my wayward wife a good lesson."

He didn't let her respond before he lowered his head to kiss her lips. With the taste of his lips, Su Ling found that she didn't hate the fact that she had been tied up. Neither did she feel uncomfortable that he had long unbuttoned her blouse and was groping her uncontrollably.. Actually, she quite liked this feeling.

Crap! She scolded herself. Was he turning her into a masochist? Lu Shaoting…this pervert.

"Ow…why did you bite me?"

"What are you thinking about while I'm kissing you?"

"I'm thinking that you're such a pervert!" her voice was quite incoherent.

Lu Shaoting smirked. What did she just call him? He kissed and licked his way to her neck, her chest, her tummy and even lower…

"What are you doing?" she asked in alarm when she realized where he was going.

"What do you think?" he stopped to ask and went ahead.
