Chapter 510 - Don't blame anyone

She sat on a bench and thought hard about it. She was not very rich. Although she was working in HL Entertainment, this was the only money she had at the moment. She wouldn't have any left for herself if she used it to pay his hospital fees.

Her voice was broken from tiredness. "Yes. Erm... are you able to contact anyone from Lin Ye's family? He is admitted at the hospital and I can't get through to Lin Lihua." She gritted her teeth and went straight to the point. 

Wan Jia felt a wave of worry rush to her heart. "Actually, his family is quite complicated... anyway, I will try to contact them." 

"Alright. Thank you." 

Silence followed. Both women seemed unable to continue the conversation. Wan Jia was the first to speak just when Yun Xuan was about to hang up. "How is he? I cannot move around too much at the moment and might be unable to pay him a visit." 

Yun Xuan felt her eyes well up inexplicably. "He..." she was about to say that Lin Ye was in coma and it was not sure when he will wake up, but she remembred in time that Wan Jia had just had a baby. Her emotions should be kept in check. She breathed in deeply to prevent her voice from chocking. "He will recover with time." 

"Send me the adress. I will try to contact his family." 

Yun Xuan sent it right after the call. She would leave right after his family arrived. She still a little boy to take care of. The nanny and nurse would not manage to handle such a troublesome boy on their own.

Wan Jia stared at the new message on her phone and scratched her head. 

She had a way to contact Lin Ye's parents because he had filled in his family details in his contract when he was employed at MAX brand.

But while chatting casually, he had mentioned to her that he had a huge fall out with his family. He had not said what it was about. 

She only hoped that they would not ignore him in such a state. No family would, right?

"What are you so distressed about?" Lu Aotian had walked in and spoken to her bit she had heard nothing of it. She was lost in her own thought dispite his attempts to tap her out of it. 

She hugged his waist and put her head on his chect. "Lin Ye has been admitted to hospital. Although Yun Xuan didn't say anything revealing, I think it's quite serious. If not she wouldn't be so desperate to contact his family. The biggest problem is that I'm not certain that they will care about him." 

Lu Aotian really didn't want his wife to worry about anything. But this was her employee so she would definitely worry. "Which hospital?" 

"Hai Yuan hospital." 

"Do you have his family's contact numbers?" 

"I have his father's. I'll get it." Luckily, she had copies of her employees contracts in the study in case she ever needed them. She led Lu Aotian to the study and found Lin Ye's. 

Lu Aotian took it and found his father's contact. "I'm calling from Hai Yuan hospital. Your son has been involved in an accident and the condition is is rather worrying. If you do not arrive soon, don't blame anyone for what happens." He hung up right after saying this. 

Wan Jia belatedly grabbed his phone. "Aotian, what are you doing? You will shock them to death!" 

"Didn't you say they will not go? The only way to make sure they go is make them absolutely worried." 

Wan Jia could not debate against his logic. It was silly, but true anyway. 

She hugged him, hoping they would take good care of him.

When Wan Jia called her back and told her that Lin Ye's family were probably on their way, Yun Xuan sighed in relief. 

She wanted to rush home to her baby and be back later to check that they actually came. Or else, she would have two patients to take care of instead of one.
