“Well, I heard that many of the servants at the mansion were originally from the orphanage in Ractos.”

“Hmm. Yes, Claire sees them directly and determines whether or not they are suited for the post.”

“Like the ones that the guards rescued during the Deam incident?”

“Yes. There are like many other children there in the slums...”

“...Sebastian. Do you have any idea how many there may be?”

“No... There is too much traffic both in and out of the town. So we could never know the exact numbers. However, this could lead to there being fewer children there, decrease the size of the slums as well.”
