The number of corrupted monsters was far too great. Yuan chuckled, seeing how worried she was about him, and kissed her forehead. "As I've already said, don't worry. I have the perfect technique for a situation like this. It will be very effective in lowering their numbers quickly."

"I see... in that case, I'm less worried about your safety," Valeria said.

The girls let out a soft sigh upon hearing that. Seeing how confident he was, it seemed he indeed had a method to win against an overwhelming number of monsters with ease. Thus, they stopped worrying about his safety.

A few minutes later, Yuan looked at Valeria, who was sitting on his lap, and then at Mireya and Sylvia with a serious expression, as if he was about to say something very important.

"Valeria, Sylvia, and my dear Mireya, I want the three of you to stay with King Richard and the others. Protect them if necessary and also assist them in dealing with the corrupted monsters," Yuan said.

"What? But we want to be with you and help you eliminate the monsters!" Valeria exclaimed with a reluctant tone. She had been planning to fight alongside him and eliminate every corrupted monster.

Anna then stepped forward with a smirk on her face and sat on Yuan's other lap. Valeria smiled back at her and made some space for her mother-in-law to sit comfortably.

"Thanks, Valeria. It's very kind of you to share dear's lap with me," Anna smiled at her.

"Please, don't mention it. After all, we're the wives of the same person," Valeria returned the smile and said.

Suddenly, the air turned heavy with Yuan and his wives' presence. Archmage Isadora immediately stood up from her seat and greeted them with a warm smile.

"Miss Anna, Miss Valeria, you're here! This is wonderful. Please, have a seat," she said, pointing to the rows of empty seats specially prepared for them.

"Thank you, Miss Isadora," Anna greeted her back with a smile and took a seat beside Yuan.

Grace took the other seat beside him, and the other girls also found their seats. Though they felt a bit unfair not getting to sit beside Yuan, they were fine with their seats.

Once Yuan and his wives were seated, the meeting resumed from where it had stopped and continued for almost an hour.

During the meeting, Yuan revealed some of his plans, telling them that he and his wives, except for Valeria, Mireya, and Sylvia, would be fighting the monsters head-on.

Upon hearing this, everyone looked at Yuan and his wives with shocked expressions, seemingly in disbelief. They couldn't help but be dumbfounded by Yuan's words. They never thought that Yuan would attack the monsters head-on. These were not ordinary monsters but corrupted ones.

Dealing with a single corrupted monster was terrible, as they didn't die easily unless their hearts were completely destroyed.

"Don't be shocked about it. With our current strength, we can handle thousands of monsters alone pretty easily," Yuan said with a reassuring look on his face.

'Except for that unique monster from before... it had a very sinister presence, as if its entire body contained a large amount of miasma,' Yuan pondered with a very serious look on his face.

"Indeed. Tomorrow is the most important day for us," King Richard agreed.

After that, King Richard ended the meeting, and everyone returned to their resting tents. Since they had already had dinner, everyone quickly fell asleep.

Meanwhile, Yuan and his wives returned to their tent. As soon as they stepped inside, Sylvia pushed Yuan onto the soft mattress, got on top of him, and cupped his face before pressing her lips against his.
