Chapter 508: Trying The Dresses

Yuan chose two other simple-looking dresses as well, each made from high-quality fabric. However, compared to the first one, the other two outfits were slightly more stylish, which suited him perfectly.

"Pack these two outfits as well, Lady Natasha," Yuan said, pointing at the outfits.

"Oh, these two outfits? I'm sure you will look dashing in them. Be careful about the noble daughters at the banquet—you may make them fall for you by mistake. Fufu~" Lady Natasha giggled as she retrieved the outfits from the hanger.

"I don't care about those spoiled brats from the noble families. Their arrogance knows no bounds," Yuan replied with a cold look on his face, his tone laced with a hint of annoyance.

Lady Natasha raised her brows upon hearing this, and a smile appeared on her face. "From the tone of your voice, I assume you don't have a pleasant experience with nobles, Mr. Yuan."

"Well, most of the nobles I've encountered are either too arrogant for their own good or too greedy," Yuan said in a calm tone, remembering the nobles he had killed on his way to the capital city. "They're just a bunch of cockroaches who don't know how high the sky is, delusional in thinking they are above everyone else in the world," Yuan added with a hint of killing intent in his tone.

Even though it was just a small fraction of it, it was enough to make Lady Natasha feel a shiver down her spine.

'This young man...what a fascinating individual. No wonder Mireya chose him for her husband...what a terrifying person,' Lady Natasha thought inwardly, trying her best to hide her awkwardness after experiencing his killing intent.

"Darling~ Did you find yourself a nice outfit?"

Suddenly, Yuan and Lady Natasha heard Anna Grace's voice from behind as she came running toward them, wearing a very beautiful dress that suited her perfectly, complementing her curvy and seductive figure.

"I did. And Mom, you look beautiful in that dress, it suits you perfectly...I could hardly take my eyes off you," Yuan said with a big smile on his face, unable to help but admire the beautiful goddess in front of him.

"Fufu~ Thanks, darling," Anna Grace giggled happily, then her eyes landed on the clothes Lady Natasha was carrying for Yuan. "Darling, are those the outfits you've chosen?"

"That's right. What do you think? Will they look good on me?" Yuan asked, nodding his head and glancing at the clothes Lady Natasha was carrying for him.

"Lemme see...Oh, they will look good on you!" Anna Grace said after examining the clothes herself. She loved the softness of the fabric; it was very comfortable to touch.

Shortly, others also arrived after picking up the dresses they liked, but Miss Zara looked hesitant; it was written all over her face.

"Look at all those cute dresses I picked up for Little Zoe. They will look very cute and adorable on her. And Little Zoe will look even more beautiful and adorable!" Lily exclaimed as she displayed more than five cute dresses she picked for Little Zoe, all made from rare fabric and featuring cute designs.

Then she showed two other dresses which were bigger and had beautiful designs for a mature woman. "And these are the dresses for Sister Zara. What do you guys think?"

"Oh, they look lovely. I'm sure Miss Zara will look good in them," Emma said with a faint smile on her face, carrying two dresses as well.

Miss Zara awkwardly smiled upon hearing this, feeling that she didn't deserve to wear such expensive clothes. After all, she was just a lowly commoner.

"Are those the dresses you chose, Emma?" Yuan asked, staring at the clothes in Emma's hand. They had beautiful patterns on them, giving a unique charm to the clothes.

"All right, all right, fine. I'll try on the new clothes..." Yuan grabbed the clothes from his mother's hand and went inside the fitting room.

"Darling~ do you need my help to put them on?" Anna Grace shouted from outside, which shocked Lady Natasha.

"There's no need, just wait with the others," Yuan shouted from inside the fitting room.

'They seem to be extremely close, just as Mireya said... What a unique pair of mother and son,' Lady Natasha muttered inwardly and sighed.

A couple of seconds later, Yuan came out of the fitting room wearing a black outfit with unique-looking golden patterns around his neck and shoulders. He looked very charming in that outfit, as if it was the perfect outfit to complement his handsome appearance.

"Wow! So handsome! My hubby looks so handsome!" Xi Meili exclaimed and quickly threw herself into his arms, and Yuan immediately caught her mid-air.

"That was dangerous, Meili..." Yuan said and kissed her forehead, making her giggle in happiness.

"Oh my god! I knew it would look good on you, but I never thought to this extent! You look incredibly handsome, Darling~!" Anna Grace complimented him with a wide grin on her face. She couldn't help but stare at his handsome appearance.

"Thanks, Mom," Yuan smiled at her.

His wives also complimented him as he looked incredible in the black outfit; it perfectly suited his personality.

After that, he also tried on the other outfit he had picked out. He looked incredible in this outfit too, as if it was made especially for him and would only suit him.

After everyone tried on their dresses, they all headed toward the counter on the ground floor, where the bill would be made.

Lady Natasha personally escorted them to the billing counter on the ground floor, and shortly the cashier began to calculate the total amount of their purchase.

"The total bill comes to twenty-five hundred gold coins, sir," the cashier said after evaluating the total amount and giving a brief explanation of the price of every dress and outfit.

'T-Twenty-five hundred gold coins??' Miss Zara swallowed nervously upon hearing the total amount.

At this moment, Lady Natasha stepped forward and said to the cashier, "Since Lady Mireya is my friend, give them a 30 percent discount on the total amount."

"As you wish, My Lady," the cashier nodded with a smile and quickly applied the thirty percent discount. The cashier then looked at Yuan with a smile and said, "After applying the thirty percent discount, the total bill is 1,750 gold coins."

After hearing this, Yuan quickly retrieved a coin pouch from his system storage and placed the gold coins on the table, shocking Lady Natasha and the others.
