Chapter 203 203. Meeting With The Manager.
The manager was grinning from ear to ear, and Kevin knew the cause of the Manager's jovial attitude this morning.
The manager had come to a conclusion in his thoughts that there was no way Kevin could get thirty thousand in two weeks.
Who exactly does this young man think he is?
A god??
Nonsense!!
Kevin grinned and gave the manager the transcript of his trading account, and the man opened the envelope quickly with mixed emotions.
Once the manager saw the value in it, his entire body began to shake.
"5 million?!!"
The Manager's voice echoed throughout the entire bank, and everyone stopped and stared at his office door with widened eyes.
'What did I just hear right now?'
'I think the manager said five million'
'Oh, then that young master must be the one the manager had a bet with a few weeks ago.'
Distant murmurs began to echo throughout the bank, but the bank manager wasn't interested in what they were saying or doing. His mind was only focused on the numbers in front of him and he still couldn't believe what he could clearly see in front of him.
It just felt impossible for someone to be able to make this much from nothing but stock trading.
The manager instantly grabbed his phone and dialed the contact of the trading company to inquire about Kevin's account.

Meanwhile, in the trading company. The young staff member sought the attention of director Han.
"Director Han!! Director Han!! It's Fidelity Bank's manager!! He said that Kevin Lannister is currently with him and he would like to know if Mr Kevin really has a trading account with our company."
"What?!!" Director Han looked up from his table with shock written all over his face.
'Did this boy just say Kevin Lannister?' The bald director thought in disbelief.
He had been trying to get through to Kevin for days and had been unable to have even one conversation with him!! He couldn't lose this golden opportunity to talk to him now.
"Quick!! Give me the phone!!"
Director Han took the phone and cleared his throat before answering.
"Hello? This is Director Han."
"This is the bank Manager of Fidelity Bank and I would like to ask you a few questions about Mr Kevin Lannister."
"S-sure, go ahead."
Director Han wasn't really pleased to hear the Manager's voice, as he had been expecting to hear Kevin's instead. Regardless of how he felt, he answered the bank Manager's questions before asking the manager to hand the phone over to Kevin so he could talk to him.
The manager agreed and stretched his hand to give the phone to Kevin.
Kevin collected the phone and spoke first.
"Hello, This is Kevin Lannister."
"Yes, I know. I've been trying to get through to you for a long time."
Kevin smiled nervously. He knew the director had been trying to get in touch with him but Kevin never picked up the call.
He had needed every moment of his time so he could focus on trading.
"I'm sorry about that, I've been busy."
"I understand. It seems you're preoccupied with something else right now as well, so I'll be calling you again at a later time. Please endeavor to pick up my call and hear what I have to say."
"I'll try," Kevin replied and the director thanked him before ending the call.
Kevin smiled to himself, he already knew what the director wanted to ask of him, but he still wasn't going to give him a reply for now.
This was because he wanted to confirm something for himself.
Meanwhile, the manager felt his heart rate increase drastically right after Director Han answered every one of his questions before he handed the phone over to Kevin.
Kevin noticed the expression on the bank Manager's face and smirked. This man thought he wouldn't be able to accomplish something as big as this and for some unknown reason, Kevin was pleased with the expression of disbelief the bank manager had on his face.
The manager then looked at Kevin and gave him a shaky smile. In his eyes, Kevin was no longer an ordinary man.
He cleared his throat and began to speak.
"To be honest, Mr Kevin, what you've accomplished is truly astonishing and I never thought that it was possible to make this amount of money within such a short period of time," The Bank Manager remarked, his voice now filled with respect as he spoke to Kevin. n)(o/(V(-e/-l(.b./I)(n
Kevin waved away the Manager's compliment with a smile on his face. He then told the manager to remove the money for his loan.
The manager quickly did what he asked and turned towards Kevin to inform him of something that caught Kevin by surprise.
Well, that was what Kevin wanted the manager to think. Meanwhile, Kevin had predicted that the manager would ask this of him sooner or later.
"Would you like to open a business account? This offer is only open to our best customers and it will allow you to control your money without having to worry about government interference. I'm certain you plan on having a business in the future, so why not start now?"
The bank manager was adamant and persistent and Kevin knew exactly why. He viewed Kevin as a gold mine.
To the bank manager, Kevin was a customer who came into the bank dead broke two weeks ago and now he was already worth five million dollars. With this knowledge at the forefront of his mind, he didn't want Kevin to go to any other bank.
Kevin knew all this and so he smiled. He had already planned on opening a business account with them, and this would be a good opportunity for him to start his own business.
It was also what the director wanted to talk to him about, and Kevin knew of this as well.
