Yun Jhin slowly looked around for a white tiger that was further away from the others so he could assassinate him. He found the current situation of the four sacred beasts planet to be quite fishy, it did look like the hand of those old fogies from the Radiance and Light sect, however, that meant they should have reincarnated as well and that meant things would turn ugly if they found and recognized him.
From the memories of that hell creature he absorbed years ago, he saw that hells entrance was currently in the headquarters of the former blood throne sect, if the Radiance and Light sect found him he would become the most wanted person in the world and he would have no backing as well!
Yun Jhin slowly walked through the heavy snow while concealing his presence as he finally saw a younger white tiger looking at the fights from a distance, his eyes were curious as he observed the fights between his kin, it seemed like he wanted to join in the fights as well.
Yun Jhin suddenly appeared behind him as his hands slowly made their way towards his neck, the tiger felt something was wrong as he suddenly turned backward with a spin only to see only snow behind him, he frowned as he felt something was still wrong but he couldn't put his finger on it.
His head fell to the side with a sickening crunch as he thought about it, his body and soul were silently absorbed as Yun Jhin gained the information he needed and he frowned.
There were two strong tiger tribes on the planet and they were infighting for reasons unknown to those of the lower echelons, this tiger he absorbed was from a smaller tribe that wasn't under the two tribes.
The tribes were rather paranoid and they wouldn't accept outsiders from the smaller tribes thinking they could be spies. Yun Jhin also found out that there were 2 peak God Realm experts on this planet, they were the leaders of the tribes and they would fight from time to time to see who was stronger.
The tribes were stuck in a perpetual fight against each other but they didn't seem to be ill-intended, they were fighting to improve themselves but deaths could still be occasionally seen here and there.
Yun Jhin found it strange... it was like they just didn't want to leave their planet, or maybe they weren't allowed to? The young tiger he absorbed didn't have much knowledge, he only know the most basic things, he didn't even know the whole planet!
Yun Jhin looked at the older tigers who were still fighting, a death had been spotted as one of the tiger's throat was slashed open and he bled to death on the ground, the winning tiger didn't care to look at his dying face as he continued to fight with the other tigers, from the tiger stripe patterns on their bodies it could be seen the two fighting parties were from the stronger tribes.
The tigers were rather simple, Yun Jhin thought. They only pursued strength and from what he gathered their civilization was quite backward, they didn't evolve at all in that aspect, they were all savages and lived like prehistoric humans. Yun Jhin wasn't sure what they were wearing because they were all fighting in their tiger forms right now but he was sure it was something along the lines of Uxi-Mammoth skin or something similar.
Yun Jhin then decided to wait for the winners to be decided, he would strike afterward and absorb the bodies and the souls of the winners, maybe they could have more information that he could use, after all, they were quite a bit stronger compared to the youth he absorbed.
A slash here, and a bite there, the snow didn't do much to cover the fighting aura of the tigers, Yun Jhin watched as they fought bloodily, in the end, the tigers from the Hao tribe won, the name of the tribes were Hao and Mao and their strengths were currently unknown to Yun Jhin, but if he guessed by the current situation, the Hao tribe should be a little bit stronger.
Yun Jhin watched as the winning 3 tigers looked at the corpse of their comrades and decided to leave them there to be buried in the snow, Yun Jhin appeared in front of them in the snow, the leader of the tiger's eyes widened as he didn't feel Yun Jhin approach at all, looking at the stranger who had weird clothes on his body made the 3 tigers fall back a bit, his aura was equal to theirs and he was an unknown factor.
The moment they fell back one of the tiger's head flew in the air as blood sprayed to the ground.
The other two didn't cry in anguish, they got angered as Yun Jhin fought dirty, he didn't even issue a challenge!
Yun Jhin knew from the memories of the youngster that issuing challenges was a normal event in those types of fights, thus the tigers let their guard down in front of Yun Jhin because he didn't issue a challenge immediately after appearing. It seemed the Tigers were both honest and dumb folk.
Yun Jhin's image started to flicker as the snow-covered him, the second head flew into the air and the strongest tiger remained alive, he returned to his human form as he tried to reason with Yun Jhin:
"You shameless person stop!"
Yun Jhin looked at the man up and down and nodded, he was wearing an Uxi-Mammoth skin, the man's head flew into the air as their bodies dissipated along with the dead ones that were laying in the snow.
Yun Jhin face remained impassive as the information entered his soul and he muttered:
"It won't be good to join one of the stronger tribes, they are too paranoid, even if I infiltrate as someone I killed there is a chance they would know..."
Tigers had a very keen sense of smell and it was enhanced even more around those of the same blood as theirs, while Yun Jhin could fake the smell of a white tiger if a relative smelled him and found his smell funny he could be found out, each beast had their special attributes and trick under their sleeves that Yun Jhin was somewhat familiar with.
Azure dragons had very high compatibility to mate everything and create hybrids, however, due to this pure breeds would be harder to create, Phoenixes could revive if any part of their bodies was kept safe for a rather long time, however, this didn't work if the phoenix was dying of old age.
White tigers had very keen senses, their strongest was their sense of smell so stealth and infiltration didn't work properly against them, Yun Jhin stealth worked here because the tigers didn't keep their guards up and they were rather exhausted, combined with the fact that Yun Jhin's killing experience was unrivaled in this universe it made them be easy targets.
The black tortoises were rather unknown, they were hermits and Yun Jhin knew very little about them, all he knew is that they had the longest longevity in the universe nearing 600,000 years and that during their older years they would go and hibernate to conserve energy.
Yun Jhin shook his head, he also gained the map of the planet, the surface was a battlefield and the inside of the planet was where Tigers would rest, the inside of the planet was hot and the energy nearing the core helped tigers recover faster, while the outside was meant to temper the body, the inside was used for recovery. There was also the fact that no civilians existed on this planet, every person was a cultivator!
Those that had no potential were already dead and mummified in the ice of the planet, young tiger cubs would be thrown outside and made to survive the harsh environment of the ice planet. Most people who could survive this would become cultivators, due to this the white tiger population wasn't that big, they had the lowest population of the 4 sacred beasts but also the highest battle power.
Yun Jhin looked around for a while before he left, he disguised himself as a tiger from a small tribe as he walked towards one of the small tribes. The person which led this tribe was at most a sage realm expert around the 4th stage, they were barely allowed to get a den inside the planet and they weren't allowed near the hotter areas.
Yun Jhin decided to go to this tribe because they were welcoming of outsiders, they needed manpower for hunting and farming, they were one of the few lucky lower tribes who got their hands on a plot of land inside the planet that could be used for farming, and if they made a successful planting they would be able to eat for a long while without having to put their warriors lives in peril on the outside. While hunting wasn't that hard if you got the right target.
However, there was a high chance to meet other tribes, and if you met the strongest tribes during hunting all you could do was fight valiantly until you bled to death or your head fell to the ground.
Yun Jhin entered the bounders of the tribe and one of the guards immediately looked him up and down before asking:
"This brother is unfamiliar, might I inquire from where are you from?"
As long as a tiger didn't have the patterns of a stronger tribe and their cultivation wasn't too high or too low while they also looked for work, the smaller tribes would accept them. Yun Jhin fit the criteria perfectly so the guard didn't shoo him away nor did he trigger any type of alarm.
Yun Jhin told him that he came from a tribe that got annihilated recently when he came back from hunting he saw all his brethren slain, he put on an angry expression and sorrowful expression on his face as he told his story to the guard. The guard understood this could happen everyday, smaller tribes were numerous and they could be annihilated overnight, however, new tribes would spring up and take over their locations this way.
Unlike dragons and phoenixes, tigers could easily mate multiple times and have pure bloodlines, but their blood didn't mix that easily with others so hybrids couldn't normally exist.
After Yun Jhin told his story he was let into the tribe and given a hut, he wasn't given any food as he was told he would have to go hunting tomorrow to get any food, or he could help with farming but up till now, there wasn't any success in that regard, he would also be punished if he failed to make any breakthroughs in farming, after all, they didn't have many seeds left and getting more would be more perilous than hunting.
Yun Jhin decided to go and see what kind of farming the tigers were doing, he almost wanted to laugh out loud when he saw how the tigers farmed, they were obviously muscle brains who only knew how to cultivate, even farming was hard for them!
He watched one tiger hit the ground many times with a hoe and another one using a pickaxe to split open seeds, later he was taken away by the guards, and roars of anger could be heard:
"No, they should grow now that I split them open! Let me go so I can watch them grow!"
Yun Jhin shook his head as he looked at the remaining intact seeds, he made small holes into the fertile ground below him before putting them inside the ground, then he created spiritual ki water using his own ki and watered the seeds.
It didn't take much time for the seeds to start growing quickly, small leaves popped out of the ground and the other tigers immediately looked at Yun Jhin as if he was a genius of unparalleled intelligence.
He was immediately summoned to the chief of the tribe that asked him:
"Oh, who are you, one so intelligent and wise in the ways of farming?"
Yun Jhin told him a fake name that was normally used for tigers from small tribes:
"My name is Gao Yating."
Most tigers from the small tribes were named Gao, this were the rules of the two stronger tribes, they wouldn't be allowed to have names similar to theirs as this would go against the pride of the strong!
Yun Jhin waited for a response from the chief as he kept his head down in respect, but inside he was sneering and waiting, he was creating new plans that could help him take over the tribe since the tigers were dumb all he had to do was play smart and create his own tribe, creating the third strongest tribe on the planet!
