'It seems low-level and innate demons can't be resurrected because their souls aren't condensed properly. It was the right decision to upgrade them all to 1st-order higher demons (master level). It seems my guess was right: after upgrading to immortal spirit, my nanobots can now affect the soul; although it's limited to master level and above, it's better than nothing.'
