Chapter 52: MISSING (3)
In an airport:
Edward was standing in front of a private jet silently watching a person who had elated the jet. He had an unreadable expression on his face, more like he did not want any person to penetrate through his thoughts.
When the person had walked towards Edward and was standing in front of him Edward said, "Welcome to Britian Ma'am, I hope you had a peaceful flight?"
The woman in front of him was wearing black jeans, a white-blank jacket with matching white takkies and a pair of sunglasses. Her hair was let down carelessly in order to highlight the paleness of her gorgeous skin.
The woman nodded slightly as to answer Edward's question. After a few minutes she the said, "I haven't been here for the last four-five years, I hope I get a more welcoming greeting next time. I almost forgot, ..." with a huge smile on her face she looked towards the jet she had elated earlier and lightly called out, "Nerissa! You can come down now honey."
A few seconds after that a four – year – old came out of the jet with a bubble-gum pink dress, pink slippers as well as pink sunglasses. She ran towards the woman intently and said, "So this is where my mother came from right?"
Edward who was also standing a few feet away from the little cutie answered her with, "This is where she grew up, you want to take a little stroll around?" The little girl smiled and nodded her head vigorously to his question.
"Now, when did she get kidnapped by this boyfriend of hers again Edward?" asked the woman next to the girl with a totally different, blank face. She had been extremely quite the entire time she had been walking with the little girl, but then it struck him that they were back in the country because of the disappearance of that little troublemaker. Edward sighed slightly and said, "two days ago, she disappeared after settling a deal in Paris with the Mathew family. I'm sorry I couldn't let you know sooner Miss Quin."
Quin smiled lightly hearing his words and answered him with, "Ally is a smart girl Edward, I still don't know why you and Chris never noticed that. It's fine, lets give her a chance to escape first before we can continue with anything, if she can't escape in a week then I'll let you intervene Edward".
Edward nodded slightly and answered her with, "Liam seems more mysterious than we thought, I'm afraid little Ally might not get out of this one unshattered." Quin interrupted him with, "If he wasn't than Alicia wouldn't have gotten herself into such trouble five years ago, do remember that this Alicia that you have gotten used to isn't her originally, so lets see if she can solve this even if she has changed so much."
