After defeating a pack of wolves, Nathan looked for a safe place to rest.

Nathan continued his journey after feeling well rested.

He stopped walking and pulled over between the trees, his body bent over, trying to find the whereabouts of the monsters he had detected using his skills.

There was another pack of wolves who, this time, had also noticed his presence. But he still stayed where he was, waiting for them to approach instead of immediately bringing the fight to them.

"To think that my skill points have increased this much."

"Right, yes… You can create lots of interesting skills with those skill points."

"Yes, I know. But I deliberately delayed until I could make a skill with a higher tier. At least until I reach level 50 and can use tier 2 skills. At the same time, doing this means that I would have many options if I need an immediate upgrade at a critical moment."

"Hummu… Hummu… I totally agree with your decision."

Luna floated away when Nathan suddenly stood up and jumped out.

Several wolves have reached his position. They growled, showing their teeth at him.

Nathan twirled his two swords, and then stood ready to fight.

"Are you guys going to attack first, or are you going to allow me to do it first?"

The wolves remained silent and growled at him. There were four of them.

"Okay then."

"Accel!"

Nathan immediately shot off, and the monster he was attacking didn't have time to dodge when the two swords he was holding nimbly and dexterously slashed through its body.

The other three wolf monsters ran to attack him. But Nathan managed to dodge them all.

With a quick maneuver, he turned around and dealt an attack on the three of them at once.

Nathan jumped quickly and thrust his sword.

Another monster ran towards him, but again he managed to dodge their attack.

He kicked his feet and threw slashes with his two swords at the other wolves.

After a few minutes, Nathan ended the fight with the four carcasses of the wolves lying helplessly on the ground.

"Say, Luna, what happens if the monster I killed is far below me in terms of level?"

Luna floated over to him, who was busy cleaving his victim's body, and took the Monster Cores from them.

"You won't gain any experience if the monster is too far from your level."

"Is that true? Looks like I'll have to find a dungeon with a higher level than this soon. I think my progress is getting slower. At this leveling speed, I'm not sure how long it will take me to reach level 50." Nathan said with a sigh.

Nathan's heart beat faster and faster. He really felt a powerful urge to kill the hidden boss immediately.

"Uhhh..." Luna showed a stiff face. "If you spent all those stat points into Magic, there's a good chance you can finish the monster with one hit. But are you sure you want to use it for Magic? Don't you intend to choose the Tanker or Assassin class?"

Nathan instantly felt a burst of energy in his heart. A stronger vortex of energy than before seemed to spread throughout his body.

The wolf monster in the distance raised its head. He was awake from the attack aura about to come at him.

"Accel! Accel! Accel!"

Nathan shot from behind the trees. He ran fast and straight at his opponent.

Agh-Whooooooooo

The monster just stood up and raised its head in the air. He howled loudly, a howl that seemed to instantly wake up the entire forest.

"Berserker Form!"

Nathan felt another weird thing as his body physically also underwent changes.

"ENERGY BLAST!!!!"

Nathan shot through the air and threw a slash with his two swords. From the two swords were thrown energy beams in the form of two crescent moons that rested on each other in an X shape.

The two energy slashes swiftly hit the body of the huge wolf monster earlier. The energy slash also shattered the huge pile of rocks behind the monster.

"Accel!"

The monster fell to the ground with severe injuries all over its body.

Nathan shot forward, realizing that the monster was still not dead after the attack he gave.

"There is no time to hesitate! I have to do this while it is still in a weak state!"

Nathan stood before the monster and threw slashes with his swords wildly.

He slashed the sword continuously until the wolf fell to the ground.

Nathan stabbed his two swords at the wolf's head and confirmed that the monster had lost its life.

Nathan laughed happily when he managed to defeat the monster. But his body felt stiff, and he realized what had happened to him when he saw the status on his bracelet.

There was another strange thing that happened. The wolf seemed to release white energy from its body and slowly devoured itself.

"Luna, what happened?"

Luna immediately floated up to him. She watched the same thing as him with a gaping face, looking shocked.

"Master Nathan... This is truly an amazing thing! You really are very lucky tonight!!!"

Nathan turned to Luna, increasingly filled with questions at her statement.

"What do you mean?"
