[Forest Goblin Lv. 35]
[Forest Goblin Lv. 32]
Nathan watched the goblins from a distance. He could clearly see a group of them sitting around a campfire.
"Their levels are quite high. I think I would really be able to level up quickly in this dungeon."
Luna floated beside him. "Woah… Seven goblins at once. You should be able to easily defeat them with your new skill, Master."
"Okay, let's see how effective this camouflage skill is." Nathan tapped Fang's shoulder lightly.
The wolf immediately exploded into action, darting between the grass and shadows at high speed.
Nathan raised his two swords and activated his skill. "Fire Blade Aura!"
The goblins turned their heads towards him when he got close enough. However, Fang's movement was too quick. He immediately darted between them before they could do much of anything.
Nathan slashed his swords swiftly at the first and second goblin.
Although he wasn't able to decapitate them, he did manage to deal a huge amount of fire damage.
The goblins immediately shouted in alarm and stood up. However, that was all they were able to do. Without an enemy to be the object of their wrath, they could only stand there looking left and right for their assailant.
Nathan smiled with satisfaction, knowing his camouflage skill was enough to fool them.
Fang shot back toward them.
Nathan slashed his sword, instantly making one of them lose his head.

Nathan smiled when he saw how high the experience he got was.
"I love it. Come on, Fang, let's finish this quickly!"
Fang weaved around the goblins with great agility and allowed Nathan to exert his full strength in complete stealth and kill the goblins one by one.

Fang stopped running when all the goblins had been defeated.
Nathan got off Fang's back and confirmed the monster cores of the goblins.
"Woah… Really awesome." Luna clapped her hands, following where Nathan walked.
"I really think I need someone to help me get all these Monster Cores."
Nathan waved his sword to remove the goblin's blood stuck to it.
As he did that, he noticed that the sword he got from the Rat Warrior looked like it was about to break. A huge crack ran down the blade. "This sword is no longer usable. It would be really bad if it broke in the middle of a battle." He then threw the sword away.
Nathan tried to find the weapons left by the goblins.
"These goblin weapons are really in a terrible state. Are all goblins this weak, Luna?"
Luna floated in front of him, and she shook her head. "No, Master Nathan. These goblins you killed were simply the weakest goblins in the world. With higher levels and better evolution, they can become very strong."
Nathan then grabbed a bow. "Hmm… Is it time for me to start using range attacks?"
Nathan was silent for a moment, then shook his head. "No, I would waste too many stat points in this early state."
Nathan walked over to Fang and gave the wolf all the Monster Cores in his hand.
"Woof… Woof…"
"Bitter? Sour?" Nathan chuckled. "If only this monster core could be seasoned or grilled, Fang."
He then jumped back onto Fang's back.
"Let's go. I want to finish this dungeon as soon as possible."

Nathan immediately threw himself off Fang's back, just as he finished another fight.
He lay on the ground gasping for air, exhausted. However, his face looked very satisfied, and a clearly visible smile was on it.
Luna floated above him and chuckled. "Yeah… Congratulations, Master Nathan. Level 30."
Fang walked over to Nathan and rubbed its jaw against his face.
"Is this dungeon really that easy to clear, Luna? So far, I haven't encountered the slightest difficulty."
"Master Nathan, you defeated monsters several levels above yours. And also, all the skill combinations that you have really increase your fighting ability. This is not a simple thing."
Nathan then sat up. He muttered under his breath, "A bottle of water." And a bottle of water appeared in his hand.
"How many monsters have I killed so far? 30? 40? That's a pretty low number in a dungeon like this."
Nathan splashed water on his face and closed his eyes, feeling the freshness of the drops as they entered his mouth.
Luna chuckled again. "30, that is a very large number!"
After resting and recovering his Stamina, Nathan then continued his journey.
Not far ahead, he found a cave. He stopped a distance away and tried to determine roughly what kind of goblins were inside.
From inside the cave, he could see streaks of light coming from the bonfire.
"If only I had the skill to spy from a distance."
Nathan then raised his sword. "Fire Cutting Waves."
Flames immediately formed on his black sword. He threw a slash into the air, and three waves of crescent moon-shaped flames were immediately thrown across the grass like fireworks. And when the fire wave hit the mouth of the cave, a massive explosion sounded.
ROARRRRR
There was a loud scream of anger from inside the cave. And not long after, a figure appeared.
It was a goblin half as tall as a human carrying a stone club. The goblin's form differed a little from the others.
[Elite Forest Goblin Lv. 35 (Boss)]
"Huh? Is this really the boss of this dungeon?"
Nathan then stood up. "Camouflage." His body instantly turned transparent.
"Berserker Form!" There was a drastic change in the color of his irises and the length of his hair.
Nathan walked slowly, holding his sword. He tried to be as quiet as possible until he was close enough to the goblin.
However, to his surprise, the goblin actually followed his progress.
"So, you can see me?"
The goblin roared and ran fast towards Nathan, but at that moment, a blur appeared next to him.
BANG!
The goblin's body was thrown to the side.
It was Fang!
He had attacked him from another direction.
"Accel!!!" Nathan shot up quickly and stabbed his sword into the goblin's chest.
The sword instantly pierced through its body. Nathan deliberately twisted his sword to ensure that the goblin lost his life.
However, against all odds, the goblin was still standing in place even though the sword had clearly pierced its chest. It looked down at the sword, raised its face again, and gave a ghastly smile.
Nathan immediately pulled out his sword from the goblin's chest just as it threw its club wildly forward.
"Accel! Accel!" Nathan tried to keep his distance.
Fang jumped from another direction and held the goblin in place with his fangs.
Seeing that the goblin was locked down, Nathan charged in, ducked, and clashed with the goblin.
Several sword crashes occurred. He was quite amazed that the goblin had a pretty good fighting ability.
The same thing continued until the last slash, where he managed to cut the goblin's neck cleanly.

"Easy." Nathan smiled when he defeated his opponent.
"Woof… Woof…"
"Finally, level 31!" Luna floated closer and clapped lightly.
"How long will it take until the closing of the registration schedule to enter CEHA, Luna?"
"Hoh..." Luna looked surprised. "September 19, 21 days to go. And you made it to level 31 in 10 days. This is truly a tremendous success, Master."
"Is 21 days a reasonable time to go up to level 50?" Nathan turned to Luna.
"Hmmm, up to level 40 is still pretty easy to catch. But after that, the experience required will be really increased drastically." She explained.
"That's okay. Hopefully, with 21 days remaining, I can still do something."
Nathan walked towards the dungeon exit. "Status." He muttered softly.

"Phew…" Nathan whistled after seeing the information on his status. "Look at how many stat points I have."
Nathan then stopped right in front of the dungeon exit portal. "Hmm, I'm tempted to use these stat points. Let's see."
Luna floated in front of Nathan and noticed him looking thoughtful.
"Okay, make it like this."
[20 Stat Points -> Strength]
[7 Stat Points -> Dexterity]
[5 Stat Points -> Agility]
[2 Stat Points -> Magic]
[20 Stat Points -> Constitution]
[15 Stat Points -> Stamina]
"Why did you put so many stat points on the Constitution, Master Nathan?"
"I don't know how strong the opponent I'll be up against, so it's best if I stay alert by keeping this stat within a reasonable value." Nathan explained with a smile.
Luna chuckled lightly, "Most of the melee fighters who aren't tankers underestimate the Constitution so much that it ends up making them very easy to defeat when encountering an opponent who fights just a little smarter than low-level monsters. However, don't you still need your Dexterity and Agility to be at a reasonable value?"
"I guess, for now, I can rely on Fang for these two stats. Okay, let's see my updated status."

He smiled and turned to Luna. "Don't the numbers on this stat look beautiful?"
Luna chuckled, then she floated, following Nathan out of the dungeon.

Nathan was back outside the dungeon. It was already night. And right in front of him, Edna and Muramoto stood to welcome him.
"Woah… Nathan-San. Did you really clear this dungeon in such a short time?" He walked over with an amazed look on his face.
"If I hadn't seen it myself, I wouldn't have believed it."
Nathan smiled, then he turned to Edna. Immediately, a question popped into his head. "Edna?"
Edna looked thoughtful. She then walked over. "Young master, there is some slightly unfavorable news."
"Unfavorable news?"
"Ah! Yes, hmmm…" Muramoto continued. Then he turned to Edna. "Edna-San, maybe it will be better if you're the one who told the news?"
Edna nodded in response to Muramoto. She then walked over to Nathan, showing the tablet in her hand.
Nathan grabbed the tablet and read the news on its screen. "Are you kidding me?"
