Chapter 11.2 - About Hai Ting 1 Part 2
Yang Mo opened the office door with a loud ‘bang’.
The teachers inside shivered as they looked at him.
“Yang Han’s parent…please be gentler, the door handle’s broken…” The homeroom teacher dry coughed a few times, “I understand your feelings…”
Half an hour ago, Yang Mo who was in the company, suddenly received a call from the homeroom teacher. As the parent ‘Han Lang’ was constantly on a call and couldn’t be reached, they contacted him instead.
Han Lang was Yang Han’s grandmother, also known as Han Shi Yu’s mother. This was because Han Shi Yu’s name and contact information cannot be disclosed.
Han Shi Yu’s mother was one of the board of directors in Ji Xun. She was usually very busy as well.
After learning the reason, Yang Mo immediately put down his work on hand and came over.
“I didn’t exert any strength. It’s about time to get it fixed properly.” Yang Mo evaluated the door handle, then walked straight in Yang Han’s direction.
The corners of Yang Han’s eyes had little tear marks, but she held back her tears, not letting them fall out of her eyes.
Because she felt like she was not at fault. There was no need to feel guilty, let alone shed tears.
Yue Kao was the name of the tattooed man. He rolled up his sleeves and indignantly crossed his legs as he sat on the chair while Yang Han and Xu Jia stood next to him. The two of them had an extremely disgusted expression.
Upon seeing Yang Mo walking over, Yue Kao loudly said, “Are you Yang Han’s parent?”
He pointed at the scratch marks on his hand, angrily saying, “Look at the scratches your daughter gave me!”
Yang Mo asked Yang Han, “Did you do it?”
“Yes…” Yang Han admitted, “But it was unintentional…He also hit me and insulted…”
Yue Kao got riled up and said, “Unintentional? Why don’t you say it was also unintentional for me then? You and your fucking double standards!”
The teacher had been angry earlier on since he sat down without permission and refused to listen, yet he wasn’t allowed to give corporal punishment either. At this time, he shouted out, “Yue Kao! Watch your language! Stand up now.”
Yue Kao didn’t care.
Yang Han glared at him angrily. He said, “What are you looking at? Did I provoke you now? It was you who spoke up first and raised your hand at me. How could I not fight back!”
Yang Han: “You clearly…” She swallowed her words in order to protect Xu Jia who was by her side. She did not finish her first sentence but she continued with, “You insulted us!”
Yue Kao snorted and said, “What did I insult you with? Say it then.”
Yang Han stared at him with widened eyes.
There really wasn’t anything more vicious than the unreasonable request of, “Repeat what I said at you or it’s a false accusation”.
He smugly shoved Yang Han a little, “Say it…”
Before his hand could shove her again, suddenly Yang Mo came forward and punched him quickly. Then, he tugged on his collar and lifted him off the chair.
The homeroom teacher and parents around them hurriedly stopped him and said, “Yang Han’s parent, what are you doing?!”
Yue Kao blanked out a little when he saw Yang Mo’s icy cold gaze.
Yang Mo then let go of his grip, calmly answering them, “Don’t worry, teacher. I was only making him stand up.”
Yang Mo ‘thoughtfully’ smoothed out the creases on his collar, kicked the stool behind him to the side and said, “The other students are all standing, it’s not good for him to remain seated alone.”
Yue Kao blinked a few times. His confusion turned into anger. Yelling at the teacher, he said, “He hit me!”
Yang Mo wondered out loud, “Who saw me hit you, and where did I hit you?”
Yue Kao pointed at the left side of his face, “Here!”
Yang Mo: “Oh, I accidentally scratched you when I lifted you up just now. Don’t be so petty.”
Yue Kao: “……”
Yang Han and Xu Jia looked at Yang Mo and blinked.
He pulled Yang Han to the side and told her and Xu Jia to stay at a far corner of the room first. Then, he said to the homeroom teacher, “What do you need from me when you asked me to drop by.”
The homeroom teacher did not expect Yang Han’s father to be so young. He frowned a little and sighed, “Yang Han’s parent…No matter what happened, you can’t start a fight with a student.”
Yang Han: “Oh. So, my daughter was hit, what should I do then?”
The homeroom teacher explained, “The school has its own school rules. After we investigate and find out the truth, we’ll give him disciplinary punishment.”
Yue Kao yelled: “Bullshit! What did I do!”
The teacher next to him reprimanded him, “Shut up!”
Yang Mo nodded, looking like he agreed to that before continuing, “But my daughter was hit.”
The homeroom teacher frowned again, “If you insist on ‘an eye for an eye’, there’s nothing we can do about that either.”
Yang Mo proposed, “I can’t feel any signs of repentance from him. How about expulsion?”
The homeroom teacher had quite a bit of a headache as he said, “If it’s true after the investigation, we will give him a major warning and educate him strictly. But it won’t be to the point of expulsion.”
“Oh,” Yang Mo said, “I was only proposing casually. Feel free to do what you want…Where’s his parents?”
At this time, Yue Kao’s parents entered, fashionably late.
Gently opening the door, he appeared in a suit, looking around middle-aged but not losing his poise yet.
He nodded and smiled at the teachers, saying, “Sorry I’m late. Work has been too busy.” He pointed at his watch and smiled, “I only have half an hour of time.”
Yue Kao’s parent is called Yue Qi Mo. He apologized to the teacher and said politely, “My son has caused you a lot of trouble.”
The homeroom teacher nodded in acknowledgement.
He explained to Yue Qi Mo the measures they had discussed.
Yue Kao will be given a warning for fighting, not following the rules and having prohibited clothing. Xu Jia will be subjected to an appropriate punishment as well for wearing shorts with one point deducted from her total.
This sounded relatively fair.
But Yue Qi Mo frowned at that. He first blamed his son for not giving in to girls, but he changed his mind in a second and said, “But…it was this female student who started it first. Yue Kao fighting back is only reasonable. Punishing only him alone is a little improper. Although I usually taught him to give in to female students, but they can’t always receive favoritism just because they are weaker…”
“I don’t need you guys to give in to me. I’m not on the weaker spectrum either.” Yang Han suddenly spoke up, “My resistance wasn’t wrong at all. Deep down, he knows clearly just what he did before that.”
Yue Qi Mo looked at her and said, “What did he do?”
Yang Han gritted her teeth with a lot of pent-up anger.
“I accept the point deduction,” Xu Jia held Yang Han’s hand and bravely said, “But, he touched my butt and Yang Han couldn’t bear it so she spoke up for me.”
The office fell into silence. Yue Qi Mo looked at her with a very surprised expression and his face was written with disdain that said ‘how can a girl say such things openly”.
""
Yang Han suddenly felt like crying, but her expression remained firm and unwavering. She held Xu Jia’s hand back tightly.
Yang Mo said to the two homeroom teachers, “Don’t you think this incident is a little serious?”
Yue Kao roared, “I didn’t! I fucking passed by her and accidentally rubbed against her a little, is that wrong?”
Xu Jia retorted, “Whether or not you touched me, who’d know better than me?!”
Yue Kao: “Fucking…You—”
Yue Qi Mo gave him a harsh look to shut him up.
He let out a cough and gauged Xu Jia with a glance. “My son already said it was an accidental collision. You can’t only base it off this female student’s side of the story, right? Furthermore…did the school regulations allow girls to dress up like this? Even if it’s outside…girls have so little self-respect for themselves…”
Yang Mo was disgusted when he heard the meaning hidden in those words. He said, “Then your son dressed up in a manner that is really asking for a beating. Is he seducing me to beat him up?”
Yue Qi Mo frowned, “This parent, can you watch your language a little?”
Yang Mo stood up, skipping over the nonsense and said, “Let’s be straightforward here. Your son, indecent assault, insulting and harming others. Do you admit it?”
Yue Qi Mo choked a little, seeming like he didn’t want to argue with someone like him any longer. He said, “As a parent yourself, aren’t you too petty? It’s a fight between children. Must it be taken so seriously? Why must things be viewed so extremely…”
Yang Mo: “In short, you won’t admit it, right?”
Yue Qi Mo was red from embarrassment as Yang Mo hit the nail on the head. He took into account how young Yang Mo looked and said, “What level of education do you have? Why do you always misinterpret my meaning? Young people like you should accumulate more experience in dealing with people. How else will you educate your child well?”
Yang Mo raised an eyebrow, “Oh, then what’s your background.”
Yue Qi Mo looked down at his watch with an extremely anxious expression. He chided, “I really don’t have the time to waste on you here. The company’s waiting for me to return.”
He apologized to the teacher, told them to put this matter aside first and he will deal with it when he was done with work.
Teacher: “……”
Yang Han felt dissatisfied and resentful at the sight. That man exuded a sense of self-righteous superiority all over himself, as if the school had to accommodate to his time as well.
Yue Kao realized the school would have to brush this aside by default now, snickered and whispered to Yang Mo smugly, “My dad is the operational manager at Hai Ting Music under Ji Xun. Have you heard of Ji Xun? Let me tell you, if I want to suppress this incident, bribe the school, it’s really easy.”
He scoffed, “Poor bastard who hasn’t seen much.”
Yang Mo looked at him.
Yue Kao was still smug-looking.
Yang Mo said faintly, “Oh, so it’s Hai Ting Music.”
