Han Shi Yu was stunned for a long time before he dragged his ass out there obediently. Before he left, he glanced at his three comrades in the room. All of them were silent, but their gazes were filled with a banner with the message, ‘farewell, may you pass on smoothly’.
Yang Mo did not say a single word, only walking ahead on his own. Han Shi Yu followed behind him, sounding like an ant as he said, “Ge…”
It was until they walked downstairs and reached the lakeside, did Yang Mo stopped in his tracks. The abandoned lakeside were filled with many students chattering and joking around, leisurely carrying out their break time activities.
Yang Mo sat down on a stone bench and pointed at the crowded area with his chin, “Aren’t you an expert at picking people up?”
“Go,” Yang Mo said coldly, “Let me have a look at it then.”
Han Shi Yu: “…….”
He didn’t expect that Yang Mo would take the initiative to look for him all of a sudden. This was the first time. If this was on a normal time, Han Shi Yu would likely revel in this for the entire day. However, he didn’t have the ability to be happy this time, instead he felt pitiful and helpless. He bit down on his lip and said, “Do you really mean that.”
Yang Mo remained unmoving.
Han Shi Yu decided to smash the pot into pieces since it’s cracked and said, “Then I’ll be going.”
As he took two steps out, a voice unsurprisingly came from behind: “You dare?”
Han Shi Yu’s lips pursed into a line before he quietly backed off to Yang Mo’s side. “I dare not.”
The two of them just sat there watching groups of three or two people walking by the lake. The loud chatters drifted beside their ears and finally, there was a moment of silence.
Yang Mo glanced at Han Shi Yu beside him. Somehow, it felt like after meeting this person, his emotions and actions had regressed into that of a younger age’s level.
He didn’t want to spend time with him mulling over anger anymore, he was better at solving problems directly. So he sighed and went straight to the point, “Are you free tonight?”
Han Shi Yu turned towards him and said, “Yeah.”
“We’re going to the barbeque stall in front of the east campus,” Yang Mo said, “To drink.”
Yang Mo: “After drinking, we’re sleeping together.”
Hearing that, it took a long time for Han Shi Yu to remember how to blink. His Adam’s apple vibrated for a bit.
Yang Mo saw that he did not reply back and became puzzled, “What, you can’t drink?”
“I can. Of course I can…” Han Shi Yu used a smile to hide the way his heart was beating wildly. He immediately added, “I’ll be honest with you, I’m someone who doesn’t fall even after a thousand glasses. People know me as the small white dragon in the waves of alcohol, never lost in a battle before up till now.”
Yang Mo didn’t like to bother himself with children: “…Oh.”
Yang Mo knew that Han Shi Yu’s bullshit cannot be trusted.
He had never tried alcohol before and thought that his first taste of it wasn’t much either. With that, he made the small white dragon in the waves of alcohol drink until he threw up.
Yang Mo thanked but refused the female owner for her offer of getting someone to send them back, then he called for a taxi.
Usually, drivers didn’t like to fetch drunkards like these, especially Han Shi Yu who was stimulated by alcohol and was endlessly blabbering a bunch of meaningless things.
The driver frowned and said to Yang Mo, “Watch him properly. There’s a plastic bag there if he wants to throw up.”
Han Shi Yu stood up for himself, “I’m not even drunk, why would I throw up.”
Yang Mo physically shut him up and said to the driver, “Okay.”
On the drive back, Han Shi Yu went up to the driver and leaned forward in the gap between the two front seats and talked to him.
Han Shi Yu: “Uncle, do you have a partner?”
The driver: “My daughter is already in university.”
The delirious Han Shi Yu looked dazed as he said, “That means you don’t have one then.”
Yang Mo: “.”
The driver lost his composure and laughed a little, coaxing him, “Yes, yes, I don’t.”
Han Shi Yu said proudly, “I have one.”
He pointed at himself, then said with his head held high, “Yours is definitely not as beautiful as mine.”
""
The driver: “Didn’t you just say I don’t have one…”
Yang Mo hurriedly pulled this disgraceful thing back and lectured him, “Sit still.”
Han Shi Yu laughed, resting his drunken head on Yang Mo’s shoulder and stayed like that.
The driver glanced at them through the rear-view mirror and asked, “Are you guys attending Shou Cheng University?”
“Yes.” Yang Mo replied.
Having a shoulder to sleep on, Han Shi Yu eventually settled down.
The driver laughed, “Is he your classmate?”
“Hmm?!” Han Shi Yu suddenly got up, even bumping into Yang Mo’s jaw as he yelled, “He is my…”
“Tsk,” Yang Mo grabbed the back of his neck and pushed him back in his seat, “Shut up!”
Han Shi Yu buried his face into the pillow of the back seat and finished his vague sentence in a muffled voice, “…boyfriend.”
After half a night’s trouble, this guy fell asleep when they arrived at the hotel. Yang Mo wasted a lot of energy carrying him to the room, then he threw him onto the bed.
He sat on the edge of the bed, utterly spent.
The deed that he intended to do, was ultimately not done yet again.
If someone was to tell Yang Mo in the past, that he would experience difficulties in his sexual life, filled with such twists and turns – he would definitely be ‘educated’ by Yang Mo.
But now he realized there was only one requirement to that situation happening: the partner you are dating is an idiot.
Unable to do anything else, Yang Mo could only get up and take a shower first.
