Aurora passed by David and Mery without noticing them at all.

David nodded after hearing her opinion, accepting it completely.

After Chu Fg finally disappeared from the building, he and Mery stepped out of the shadows.

At this momt, David was standing right beside the window and had yet to look at Mery.

His eyes were fixed on the bottom of the building because he saw something.

"Is that so?" David looked at the woman strangely because now he found her attractive.

David wanted to laugh wh he heard Mery's words. She would probably be so shocked if she knew how he dared to take the initiative to do such a passionate thing with Isabel.

"They are not weird, I was also like that sometimes before today except with people I am really familiar with like Jane," he replied.

"Didn't we just meet now, but you can speak flutly?" Mery looked confused but after that she seemed to understand something.

David just smiled at her words, not responding.

"Are you going to tell me what you think of me now?" Mery asked, bringing up the previous point again.

"I'm not really sure, to be honest," David replied, choosing to tell her now after hearing her opinion of him. "Of course, if we're talking about beauty, you are a beautiful woman. However, I don't think I have a high drive to possess you. Well, maybe being frids with you is a good thing."

"Does your power consider me unimportant so it doesn't drive you to possess me?" Mery was a bit shocked after hearing everything David said.

However, Mery, although she's the daughter of a billionaire, that status is unfortunately very vague as she's a subordinate of Erza plus she's a very obedit subordinate.

Ev if David personally finds her attractive, his power may look down on her.
