Chapter 51: Collaboration

This may be Mery's way of countering Aurora's unfridly welcome, by showing her that she is not a woman that she can look down upon with her status.

Of course, Aurora was also not a woman who would act inferior. She remained leaning against the wall ev as Mery showed her her watch.

"What is it?" she asked Mery.

"Actually, it's still the same job you received from Chu Fg, which is to become David's lover, but this time, you don't have to have bad inttions like Chu Fg wanted. You can become David's true lover without trying to interfere with David and Jane's relationship. I guarantee that the boss who hires you this time will pay you better.

And that boss will definitely not interfere in your personal life so it seems like it's a partnership betwe two parties. Well, let's just call it a partnership to make it sound more comfortable."

"H-how do you know about that?" Aurora finally lost her composure.

She could no longer lean against the wall.

She ev took a step back, looking at Mery rather fearfully.

Of course, the information came as a shock to Aurora.

This added to her confusion. How could David have another lover? Th why would she want David to be flirted with by another woman?

After sding that message, Chu Fg smiled faintly.
