Chapter 56: Aurora's Move

Bastian then lowered the glass of his car, and waved to the security he was staring at, asking him to come closer.

The security was slightly surprised when he saw him. Just like Aurora, Bastian also came to this restaurant quite often, so he was familiar with him.

"Is there anything you need, sir?" the security asked politely as he arrived beside Bastian's car.

Bastian didn't respond right away, he took out another cell phone and pressed a few buttons.

"Help me put this phone under Aurora's desk. Later, after she leaves, take it again. You can ask for another favor," he said, instantly making the security guard's mouth open.

"Sir, you?" The security guard was scared because this would practically be an eavesdropping on others. If his actions were discovered, not only would he be fired, he might even be imprisoned.

He was also unsure if the others would agree to help.

Unfortunately, Bastian could only think of this one way, a way that he was sure would not be discovered because if he chose to record a video, the phone would practically have to be placed in an open location.

However, he thought that recording sound would be enough to know the things they would be doing there.

Seeing the security's reaction, he casually knocked on the car door with his finger, producing quite a loud sound.

"You know who I am, do that if you want enough money to get you through life without working again, if found out, I guarantee at most you'll just get fired," he said in a rather high tone.

When hearing his words this time, the security's heartbeat instantly changed. It was no longer a nervous tremor, but an excited one.

Enough money to not work anymore, as a security who had even less than a month's worth of income, how could he not be enticed by an offer like this.

"Sir, will the people who helped me get the same? If not, I might have a hard time asking for help," he said.

"That's for sure," Bastian replied without any hesitation at all.

"Alright, I'll accept this job." The security guard nodded quickly.

He really couldn't help himself, this offer was too tempting. As long as it wasn't discovered, he could continue working while enjoying the extra money from Bastian.

Meanwhile, David and Aurora had arrived at the door of the private room.

"You know Aurora, don't you feel strange living like this?" David suddenly said again.

"Strange why?" asked Aurora with a confused expression. She didn't understand the meaning of David's words.

"Aren't you a famous woman? You should feel strange when you have to take the initiative to pursue a man," David replied.

Hearing that, Aurora seemed to realize something.

Yes, from junior high, high school, it was always her that men chased after because they coveted her beauty. She was even pursued by many modeling companies because they believed her beauty would make them successful.

"Actually, you can stop doing things like this," David continued. "And I can ask Mery not to continue forcing you to work and also ask her to continue protecting your family."

When she heard that, Aurora parted her sexy lips.

She was silent for a long time and then asked, "Is this your way of getting me out of your life?"

David looked at her beautiful face and replied, "no, I don't mind you flirting and wanting me. I'm a normal guy, so being pursued by a beautiful woman is something that makes me proud. I'm just reminding you to live your own way, not what others want."
