"Are you serious?" asked David, not expecting that Mery would say that she was the one who would pilot this plane.
Last time it was Lily who said that she could pilot the plane, but she hadn't actually tried it. She only mastered it through the simulator.
Mery was younger, and her life always seemed to be busy. Even if she had actually learned to pilot a plane, David was pessimistic that she was truly skilled.
