Chapter 179: Fight Again Leonardo

Leonardo followed them straight into the cafeteria.

His expression only became more stern, enough to make David's back go slightly cold.

He really was a senior among Spiritual Beings. Even if David had become much stronger, he would still struggle if he fought with him.

However, he thought there was a chance for him to gain the upper hand if he used his Excalibur.

He sat at the table chosen by Erza. They sat side by side while Leonardo sat in front of them.

"Is Excalibur in your hand?" he asked David.

Apparently, he already had a conclusion.

Since it was like that, David nodded to him.

"It really is destined for me," he said.

Erza was somewhat surprised that David said that because it was practically a provocation and perhaps a slight threat to warn the vampires that with his Excalibur, he could threaten them.

Sure enough, Leonardo's expression became colder. Erza hurriedly said, "dad, the sword is definitely safe in David's hands. Aside from the fact that he is very strong, he is also by our side as my lover. This time, he came to formalize our relationship. Dad, I hope you support us and help talk about this to grandfather and the others."

When she said that, Erza's gaze looked very intense, as if she was forcing her father to follow her decision.

To David's surprise, Leonardo's expression seemed to soften instantly. He only knitted his eyebrows.

This made him think strangely, wondering if Leonardo was the kind of father who was so loving that he could not refuse anything his daughter wanted.

"Alright," he said suddenly, instantly making Erza smile happily.

"Dad, you're the best," she said.

Unfortunately, after he said that, Leonardo suddenly added, "before that, this man must fight with me first, without using Excalibur."

Erza's expression instantly froze due to her father's requirements.

After freezing, she looked like she wanted to scold the middle-aged man.

However, David held her hand as if asking her to relax.

"Okay, we can fight," David said.

Just a fight as a requirement, David naturally did not object. If he refused, he would only look cowardly, but his strength never feared anyone.

Leonardo's crimson eyes shone for a moment at David's immediate approval.

He then stood up.

"If you are indeed worthy, I assure you that you will have no obstruction from the Morgan Family," he said before turning around.

His confidence as he said that showed that his influence in the family was indeed very high.

"Come on!" Erza also stood up, signaling David to follow the man.

Fighting here was obviously impossible. They should probably go to the outskirts of the city to find a quiet location.

Back in the courtyard of the office building, David and Erza entered the car driven by Mery.

Leonardo, on the other hand, left alone in his car. He did not bring any subordinates.

His driving skills looked very good. His car moved quickly on the city streets. Even Mery with her driving skills seemed to have trouble keeping up.

"Honey, my father is good at attacking, so you need to focus on keeping your distance from him." Erza began to explain her father's abilities to David.

She even explained in detail what the man's dangerous attacks were like.

Because David knew that he couldn't fight casually, so he listened to what Erza said seriously.

He didn't even have time to observe this city.

That one slash was practically enough to make him completely lose.

"Damn it!" When he cursed, he took out his dragon skeleton.

After all, the man had only said that he shouldn't use Excalibur, not anything else.

The dragon skeleton was her doll. It was also part of his power.

In an instant, the giant skeleton appeared above him, charging straight towards Leonardo.

The latter was startled as he stared upwards, and he had no time to dodge as he was even too late to react.

BANG!

The skeleton's hand slammed into his body, pushing him to the ground.

Only the shockwave from the movement of the hand blew away the trees around so that the area there was exposed.

David instantly climbed onto the skeleton's head.

Only, right after that, the skeleton's hand was suddenly pushed up, and it made the skeleton lift into the air.

David was dumbfounded again as he saw that Leonardo could actually lift the skeleton, even pushing it up.

"Where did you get it? Hmph, unfortunately it hasn't been able to stop me," he said, looking at the skeleton with amazement but also showing his superiority over it.

"Eat this..." David was rather annoyed, he counterattacked, sending the skeleton's fist towards the man.

However, it was no ordinary attack as the skeleton's hands were full of his lightning so the speed became unimaginable.

Leonardo ended up observing David's lightning, making him knit his brows occasionally.

He might be able to sense the immense power of that lightning. It was just that David's strength was not enough to make the lightning threaten him.

Shua!

He threw one of his swords towards the skeleton's fist.

When they met, they produced an extremely powerful shockwave blast.

It was enough to push David upwards.

Now David realized that there was no point in knowing Leonardo's abilities and ways of fighting with their difference in strength.

"That's enough," the man said suddenly, which instantly changed the situation.

He stopped attacking, staying where he was.

David showed a confused expression as he suddenly decided to stop.

The question now was what was his decision?

He was a bit worried that he rejected him because this fight he was a bit too helpless.

However, since he wanted to stop, so he also kept quiet, moving the dragon skeleton into his storage ring.

Shua!

He fell from above, landing about three meters in front of the man.

Erza came over to him, looking worried as well.

"Dad, what's your decision?" asked Erza in a high tone.

She was still trying to dominate her own father.

"Your boyfriend is strong," the man said in response.

He apparently considered David strong even though he was helpless when fighting in front of him.

Maybe because from his point of view it was just him being too strong, not David being weak.
