Utakata shut his mouth up as soon as he heard Shiroken's threatening words. He was not dead yet, that meant they were not after his life, and he heard the talk between the tailed beast inside him and the white-haired man, so he knew that the two were acquaintances.
"At least, free me, I won't run away, I promise. And you took away my kimono, I can't sit here naked." Utakata requested.
Shiroken nodded and patted his hand on the metal rings that were holding Utakata. Once released, Utakata quickly wore his clothes back and looked around.
"Um... you know my name, maybe some introductions from your part can be good." He said snarkily.
"I am Shiroken Dama, Supreme Daimyo of Water country and now the Waves country." He revealed.
Utakata was full of questions now, "What? What does that even mean? You're not the Daimyo."
*Sigh*
"I am not the Daimyo, I am the "Supreme" Daimyo. Big difference. I sit even above the Water Country Daimyo and can order him around. Now, no more questions, if you're hungry come downstairs, and if you tried to run away I will once again tie you up, this time naked at the village centre." Shiroken warned him and left the room, his tasty dumplings were getting cold after all.
...
"Waaa... Dumplings. I miss eating them." Saiken's voice resounded in Shiroken's mind.
Then he started non-stop speaking, "How is Monari? And Jin too. Are they safe and happy? How strong are they now? Isobu how are you? What happened to you? Who is your Jinchuriki?"
Shiroken didn't feel annoyed by these questions at all. Saiken's voice was something he missed a lot in these years.
"Calm down, I'm going to get you out soon. Then you can look around yourself." Shiroken assured him and ate the dumplings.
Utakata also awkwardly ate food. This was for the first time he was experiencing such kidnapping. Being the Jinchuriki, he had gone through a fair share of experiences where he was kidnapped. But those were all to kill him and he was treated pretty badly. Here, he was let free and invited to eat at the family dinner table. It was confusing to him.
~Is he not afraid that I will run away?~ he wondered, as he did not know Shiroken's true strength because he was unconscious when all that fight took place.
"ZABUZA?!" Utakata recognised the S ranked Missing-Nin.
Zabuza just nodded towards him, he was not going to change his attitude just because he had changed his lifestyle.
"What are you doing here? And if he is also the Lord Supreme Daimyo of Water Country, why hasn't he caught you?" Utakata asked more.
Shiroken clarified, "He works for me now, he will be the governor of Waves Country at my behest, while I do other important things. Ah, he's also been pardoned by Kirigakure's new Mizukage."
"Why would they do that? He launched a coup on the village." Utakata argued.
Shisui shut him up will a few words, "Your previous Mizukage was under someone's control,"
"OH!..." Utakata realised everything. If the old Mizukage was being controlled and Zabuza had attacked them, then this meant Zabuza did the right thing. He was a bloody hero now.
"Don't use your brain too much, just eat," Shiroken advised him while gobbling down tens of dumplings with each bite.
~This... can't be very healthy.~ Utakata though seeing Shiroken's carelessness. But who would tell him that Shiroken didn't have any organs or heart to clog up. But where all that food went was still a mystery.
...
1 Week Later,
The situation at the Country of Waves was pretty stable now and Shiroken had also helped the people make the bridge with his wood release. This connected the Wave country with Fire Country, making it easier to do business.
Traders from Fire Country were already coming in with all their goods. But, Shiroken ordered that for the coming 1 year, Country of Waves will be a closed economy, so that they can at least build themselves before trading with the outside world. He didn't want some rich businessman to come and take over the whole market, keeping the people again poor.
Zabuza was remaining there to ensure the perfect execution of Shiroken's plans.
After everything was set in motion, he decided it was time to return to Dama country and finally free both Saiken and Isobu.
So they were at the small newly created port, "Zabuza, I will send someone in a few months to relieve you of your duty here. After that, you will have the chance to either go back to your village or come to my Dama country. But make sure you don't choose the wrong path as you are using your last chance to redeem yourself."
Zabuza nodded. After witnessing how easily Shiroken dealt with the tailed beast, he didn't have it in himself to really challenge him.
"ZABUZA... be sure to come to my new home, I will train hard there and beat you soon." Haku confidently challenged him. But, in his heart, he was hoping that Zabuza would really come just for this challenge.
"We will see," Zabuza replied in the least words possible.
Haku was feeling a bit emotional. He had not left Zabuza's side since he was saved, he had unknowingly gotten attached to him. But now he didn't know if he'd ever meet him again.
Shiroken saw this and smacked lightly on Zabuza's head, "If you don't come to Dama country when you are relieved from here then I will find you and I will bring you there."
Shisui chuckled from the side. He had never imagined a being so powerful as Shiroken would also have such a kind heart. He imagined that maybe Hashirama was like this, but again, Hashirama also enslaved and sold Shiroken's family, which used to feel right to Shisui before but now that he knew about the beasts and how intelligent there are, he felt it was wrong.
It was like enslaving a summoning animal. Those animals are intelligent beings capable of human speech. Selling them like commodities would be wrong.
Shiroken then got on to his big boat. "Let's go, Haku and Shisui."
Everyone got on board. Utakata was already sitting on one end of the boat. Haku waved his hand in goodbye, and Shiroken used his wind release to blow air at the sail. He once again took the same route he took before.
The journey would probably take them a day or two at the speed they were going.
"Hehe, I feel so excited." Saiken sounded.
Shiroken chuckled, "For what? To meet everyone or be able to work at your farm?"
"BOTH! But meeting everyone comes first. After all, if I had nobody to feed, why would I keep the cows." Saiken reasoned.
Isobu snorted, "Come on, Saiken. It's been so long, how are you still stuck at being a farmer?"
"Because it's honest work. Unlike you all, sprinkling the fields or keeping an eye. Anybody can do that. Only me and Chomei used to do the most important work." Saiken said boastfully.
Shiroken ignored their squabbling, as it was music to his ear. He looked at Shisui.
"Why are you resting like some king? Get to work. Row the boat." He ordered.
Shisui looked around, "Row with what?"
"Hehe, with your Susanoo of course. It's got two giant sickles, hasn't it? And doing this will train you to have better control over your ability." he advised him.
With a sigh, Shisui activated half of his Susanoo and started delicately rowing the boat.
"MOVE IT FAST, BOY. I made this boat with the wood release, it won't break so easily." Shiroken nudged him.
"Okay okay," Shisui moved fast, making the boat go so fast its front end was in the air.
Shiroken turned back to Haku, "Haku, let's sing a small poem. Sing with me, okay? You too, Saiken and Isobu."
"AYE AYE, CAPTAIN!" Haku cheered.
"Let's do it." Saiken was also happy.
Shiroken turned to Utakata, "Hey, aren't you good at flutes? I want you to play it. Here, take this."
He handed Utakata a flute that he made with the wood on the boat. Utakata was delighted to take it, "Finally, something to kill the boredom."
"OKAY! SING WITH ME, EVERYONE! Shisui, You too."
Next, everyone started repeating after Shiroken's manly voice. But, as they started singing, the lyrics of the song and the manly voice didn't really match up well.
♫Row, row, row your boat, gently down the stream,
Merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily, life is but a dream.
Row, row, row your boat, gently up the creek,
If you see a little mouse, don't forget to squeak!...♫
